Em reunião no gabinete do Ministro Paulo Brossard, Governo e Constituinte conversam sobre Sistema de Governo. 4 partidos que juntos representam 85% dos votos da Constituinte. O Ministro da Justiça Paulo Brossard assegura que o Presidente Sarney acatará o que ficar definido na Constituinte. O Governo respeita a soberania da Constituinte. Em reunião entre o presidente da Constituinte e os líderes partidários fica definido a data para a votação do Sistema de Governo e o mandato de 5 anos para Presidente da República. Para os parlamentaristas a decisão será a mudança imediata ou para o próximo mandato. Entre os presidencialistas a tendência maior é manter o atual sistema realizando eleições para Presidente da República ainda este ano. A Constituinte está terminando o capítulo do Poder: Legislativo. Principais votações: Bancadas de até 70 membros; recesso de 90 dias: pagamento de imposto de renda integral para parlamentares: criação da figura do primeiro ministro. Na prática, todo o capítulo do Poder Legislativo até agora votado é parlamentarista.

Futebol e cultura de massa em Maracanã, adeus: onze contos de futebol: sociedade brasileira pós-64

O presente trabalho se propõe a analisar a leitura sociocultural do Brasil pós-64 feita por Edilberto Coutinho através das narrativas do livro Maracanã, Adeus e, tendo como base os postulados mais recentes da Teoria da Literatura, procurar identificar as contribuições literárias, históricas, sociológicas e antropológicas deixadas pelo autor em sua narrativa. O estudo procurará demonstrar determinadas minúcias do comportamento do brasileiro e de sua sociedade pelo viés futebolístico, pensando o futebol como Esporte Nacional e elemento dessa cultura. Procurará também apresentar mecanismos de controle social e cultural exercidos durante esse período pelos governos militares e, principalmente, a maneira escolhida pelo escritor para apresentar esse poder. Esta pesquisa privilegia o estudo das técnicas contemporâneas de escrever e das possíveis inovações estilísticas introduzidas no conjunto dos contos e busca contextualizar a escolha do autor pelo conto enquanto gênero literário. E com todo rigor científico comprovar a importância de Edilberto Coutinho no cenário literário brasileiro

A pollen/dinoflagellate chronology for DSDP Site 480, Gulf of California

DSDP Site 480 in the Gulf of California represents a paleoclimatic record of great potential significance. Much of the 152-meter section is varved, which means that proxy records of climatic change can be analyzed with unusual precision on a variety of time scales. In this paper we present pollen and dinoflagellate evidence that suggests that the base of the section is much older than was previously thought. We propose a basal date of between 300,000 and 350,000 YBP.

On the troll line investigations off Cochin during five fishing seasons. Pt. 2. Investigations during 1963-64 season

During this season the investigations were mainly directed towards elucidation of the selective action of trolling lures. Feather jigs, buffalo horn jigs, stainless steel jigs, Japanese whale bone jigs and plastic jigs were selected. Operations were carried out from Fisheries technology No. 5.

杂交水稻威优64及其亲本叶绿体D1蛋白基因psbA的分子克隆与结构比较研究

水稻是我国及东南亚广大地区的主要粮食作物之一。已发现由叶绿体基因组编码的某些多肽与光合效率之间存在着密切的联系。但是，根据我们所掌握的资料，直至目前为止，还没有见到从分子水平上阐明高光效植物与低光效植物之间相互关系的研究报导。 本工作主要从编码D1蛋白的psbA基因着手研究。D1蛋白是光系统Ⅱ反应中心的组成之一,它是均三氮苯类(triazine)除草剂的结合受体。 实验采用无水法从杂交水稻威优64及其亲本V20A和测64的幼苗叶片中提联并纯化各自的ctDNA，然后用限制性内切酶BamHI、EcoRI、Hind III、PstⅠ分别进行切割消化。Southern吸印杂交结果表明，在水稻ctDNA2.2Kb的EcoRI限制片段上，编码着psbA基因的全序列。据此，我们用2.0-2.5 Kb范围的ctDNA的EcoR I酶切片段和pBR322质粒载体进行重组，并转化到E. coli HB101菌株中，构成水稻叶绿体DNA专一性基因文库。用分子杂交方法分别从三种水稻品种的专一性基因文库中调到了各自的psbA基因，它们的重组体质粒分别定名为pWsbA, pVsbA和ZsbA并构建了这三个基因的核酸内切酶图谱。结果发现，在本实验体检测的若干种核酸内切酶切割位点分布上，这三个基因并无差异，但同已发表的双子叶植物（豆，烟草等）比较，则有明显的不同。

Fishery methods and fish diversity in the Kilombero River in south-eastern Tanzania

Assessment of common fishery methods and of fish diversity was undertaken in two fishing camps on the Kilombero River in south-eastern Tanzania in surveys towards the end of the dry season, 1994. Fishermen identified 23 different types of fish that they caught on a regular basis. Only 19 species of fish, belonging to 17 genera and 11 families were, however, identified according to Linnean taxonomy. Hooks, nets, traps and spears were used to catch fish. Fish were either sold fresh. or preserved for storage and long-distance tranport by smoking or frying. based un frequency distributions of the numbers of fish landed over a 4 day period at one of the camps, a Shannon-diversity index of 1.95 was calculted. The fork (or total) length of 480 fish and the weight of 413 fish were measured and length frequency distributions as well as length-weight relationships determined for the six most common species. It is concluded that local fishing methods applied in the Kilombero River allow for sustainable fish production.

Silica-based 64-channel arrayed waveguide gratings with double functions

Silica-based 64-channel arrayed waveguide gratings (AWGs) with double functions and 0.4 nm (50 GHz) channel spacing have been designed and fabricated. On the same component, Gauss and flat-top output response spectra are obtained simultaneously. The test results show that when the insertion loss ranges from 3.5 dB to 6 dB,the crosstalk is better than -34 dB, the 1 dB bandwidth is 0.12 nm, the 3 dB bandwidth is 0,218 nm, and the polarization-dependent loss (PDL) is less than 0.5 dB for Gauss response. When the insertion loss ranges,from 5.8 dB to 7.8 dB, the crosstalk is better than -30 dB, the 1 dB bandwidth is 0.24 nm, the 3 dB bandwidth is 0.33 nm, and the PDL is less than 0.2 dB for flat-top response.
