Pedagogía y política. La campaña de alfabetización CREAR en la historia reciente de la educación de adultos en la Argentina de los '70

La tesis que presentamos es el resultado de un trabajo de investigación sobre la campaña de alfabetización CREAR realizada entre 1973 y 1975. La Campaña de Reactivación de la Educación del Adulto para la Reconstrucción, estuvo dirigida por la Dirección Nacional de Educación de Adultos (DINEA) en la etapa de la recuperación democrática luego de dieciocho años de gobiernos autoritarios combinados con la proscripción de la fuerza política mayoritaria. Apoyada en el registro testimonial de quienes fueron sus inspiradores, conductores, coordinadores, alfabetizadores, la investigación se propone analizar la articulación entre pedagogía y política durante la realización de la campaña. Los testimonios rescatados en la presente investigación, representan figuras destacadas de la campaña de alfabetización en su doble dimensión de pedagogos y militantes políticos. En esta dirección, la presente tesis se propone recuperar los principales debates y discusiones que se generaron en torno a su desarrollo a partir de quienes fueron sus testigos. ¿Qué sueños proyectaban en la alfabetización? ¿Qué formas de imbricación entre lo político y lo pedagógico se produjo en su desarrollo? ¿Cómo se plasmó dicha articulación? ¿Sobre qué ejes vertebraron su discurso? Entre la pedagogía de la liberación y la doctrina del peronismo ¿qué lectura predominó? El desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación se propone invitar a recorrer este camino cargado de tensiones y contradicciones que, esperamos, se convierta en una contribución al campo de la historia de la educación reciente de la Argentina

Let's put in order the accounting records and annual accounts of the agrarian processing companies

The substantive legislation on which Agricultural Processing Companies is based has some notable gaps with regard to the pertinent accounting system. There are grey areas concerning compulsory accounting records and their legalization, together with the process for drawing up, checking, approving and depositing the annual accounts.Consequently, in this paper, we will look first at the corporate and accounting records for Agricultural Processing Companies, putting forward proposals in the wake of recent legislation on the legalization of generally applied corporate and accounting documents.A critical analysis will also be made of the entire process of drafting, auditing, approving and depositing the annual accounts and other documents that Agricultural Processing Companies must send each year to their respective regional registries. Legal and mercantile registries will be differentiated from administrative ones and, in this last sense, changes will be suggested with regard to the place and objective of the deposit of such documents.After thirty-four years old, the substantive legislation in economic and accounting matters of the SAT is out of step with the current law, so a review is necessary. Recent regional regulations have not been a real breakthrough in this regard. We assert the existence of a gap between the substantive rules of the SAT and general accounting rules on financial statements, which is unsustainable and it needs a quick legislative action to be canceled.

Las estatuas-menhir noroccidentales en contexto: conectividad y conexiones materiales durante el Bronce Tardío/Final

Este artículo analiza las estatuas-menhir noroccidentales que se distribuyen en el área comprendida entre los valles del río Duero y el río Miño, pero que descubrimientos recientes han extendido a regiones fuera de este área nuclear. Partiendo de tres aspectos claves para su interpretación (la cronología, su relación con el paisaje y su sentido iconográfico), se examinan las relaciones entre estas formas materiales y un paisaje socio-material de acción específico (las formas socio-materiales de interacción propias del Bronce final atlántico). Para ello, se tiene en cuenta diferentes conexiones materiales (presencia, encuentro, coexistencia, hibridación, etc.) que permiten contextualizar las estatuasmenhir dentro de un proceso histórico particular: la integración del noroeste de la península Ibérica en un contexto de relaciones mediterráneo-atlánticas, en la segunda mitad del II milenio a.C.

Trayectorias locales y proyecciones nacionales en el proceso de centralización sanitaria en Tucumán (1900-1950)

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en examinar el proceso de centralización sanitaria en la provincia de Tucumán durante la primera mitad del siglo XX, atendiendo a sus particularidades y a sus vinculaciones con la administración sanitaria nacional. Se abordan tópicos que permiten reconstruir, en instancias diferenciadas, los rasgos del desarrollo institucional, las tensiones al interior del sistema y los cambios que pautaron el recorrido hasta la centralización sanitaria lograda durante los gobiernos peronistas.

Analysis of cohesion calls in "Orcinus orca" (Linnaeus, 1758)

[EN]The killer whales emit emit vocal signals to maintain group cohesion. It is assumed discrete calls are used as cohesion calls, nevertheless has not been tested if any of them could be used for other reason. Combining different stereotyped discretes calls into specific sequences increases the probability to happen a call with response. The acoustic activity of five orcas (Orcinus orca) was monitored during five different nights and distributed in three pools, leaving one orca in pool A and the rest of the group between pools B and C. Out of 4311 classified vocalizations were obtained 632 call-response sequences between different pools.

Humanismo, sujeto, modernidad. Sobre la crítica de la razón mítica de Franz Hinkelammert

El trabajo aborda la concepción de la historia y la crítica de la modernidad desarrolladas por F. Hinkelammert, a las que se ubica en la perspectiva desarrollada por (la primera) Escuela de Frankfurt, particularmente por Walter Benjamin. En la elaboración de las categorías fundamentales de la reflexion hinkelammertiana sobre la historia, se destaca un primer hito fundamental, constituido por la Crítica de la razón utópica. En esta obra, el autor presenta la aspiración de alcanzar verdaderas metas imposibles, pensadas en términos de instituciones perfectas, a partir de acercamientos progresivos, como una tendencia propia de la racionalidad moderna que debe ser sometida a critica. La Crítica de la razón mítica constituye el segundo hito de ese desarrollo critico, en el cual se retoma la relación entre cristianismo y modernidad a partir del concepto de “secularización”, mostrando sus relaciones de continuidad/ ruptura respecto a los resortes miticos que alientan paradójicamente la razón instrumental Abstract The work approaches the conception of history and the critique of modernity developed by F. Hinkelammert’s, which lies in the perspective developed by the (first) Frankfurt School, particularly by Walter Benjamin. In the developing of the fundamental categories of the Hinkelammert reflection on history, highlights a fundamental first landmark, constituted by the Critic of the utopian reason. In this work, the author presents the aspiration to achieve real impossible goals, thought in terms of perfect institutions, from progressive approaches, as an own tendency of the modern rationality that must be subjected to criticism. The Critic of the mythical reason constitutes the second landmark of that critical development, in which retakes the relation between Christianity and modernity from the concept of “secularization”, showing its relations of continuity/rupture in respect to the mythical springs that paradoxically encourage the instrumental reason.

Sexual functioning in people with stable chronic diseases

Backgound - In developed countries people are living longer and the incidence of chronic disease (CD) is increasing. CD and its treatments can have a negative impact on sexual functioning and sexual satisfaction. Objective - To explore and to compare sexual function and sexual satisfaction in people with stable chronic diseases.

Percepción de las enfermeras y las pacientes sobre el respeto a la intimidad durante el proceso hospitalario

Estudio de tipo cualitativo, que utilizó como abordaje metodológico estudio de caso. Sus objetivos fueron caracterizar, analizar y comprender la percepción de enfermeras y pacientes sobre el respeto a la intimidad en el servicio de ginecología del Hospital Regional Docente las Mercedes de Chiclayo. Para la obtención de datos se aplicó la entrevista semiestructurada a profundidad y la observación no participante, estos datos se procesaron a través del análisis de contenido temático y de la técnica de triangulación. El estudio se desarrolló basándose en los principios éticos de Ellio Sgreccia y de rigor científico planteados por Guba y Linconl. Las categorías emergidas fueron: Apreciaciones de enfermeras y pacientes sobre el respeto a la intimidad, desposesión de la intimidad de la paciente mujer, condiciones desfavorables para ejercer el cuidado de la intimidad y reacciones de la mujer frente a la intimidad vulnerada. Los resultados demostraron que las enfermeras perciben la intimidad como una dimensión holística, pero se ve violentada por el gran número de pacientes, la inadecuada infraestructura, los deficientes recursos materiales, la intervención de otros profesionales, deficiente empatía, formación y resistencia al cambio. La mujer percibe la intimidad como el respeto a su cuerpo, enfocado a sus partes íntimas, asegurando sufrir situaciones de desposesión durante los cuidados, por falta de vocación y empatía, manifestando actitudes pasivas, sentimientos de vergüenza e incomodidad, tristeza y llanto, justificando dichas reacciones de pasividad por estar enferma, sentirse vulnerable y por miedo a que los profesionales tomen venganza, renieguen o se desquiten con ellas.

GeoPlexo: um material manipulável para o ensino dos números complexos

This study aims to develop a manipulative material to assist the teaching and learning of Complex Numbers. Primarily, It tries to define the status of the current teaching of Complex Numbers, having as guide the bias of the research produced in dissertations and published on the website of Capes and the Virtual Library of Profmat from 2004 to 2014. It presents historical aspects of the theme, a mathematical foundation and a discussion of the use of manipulative materials as teaching resources for the teaching of mathematics. It introduces the manipulative material called GeoPlexo and a sequence of activities of potentiation and settling of complex numbers, explaining its use. It concludes with the importance of manipulative materials as a teaching resource for the teaching of Complex Numbers, especially regarding the geometric visualization of this mathematical object.

Internacionalização da educação superior: estratégias e ações da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná

The present dissertation is inserted in the internationalization of the university-level education research field and aimed to analyze the strategies and internationalization actions of the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), locus of research. The study sought to establish the current context in which the internationalization is inserted and contextualize the research problematic presenting definitions, concepts, reasons and strategies linked to an international dimension. It also presents a historical context of the internationalization of Brazil and current public policies related to this topic. This research used content analysis to analyze institutional documents (Institutional Development Plans (2004-2017) and Management Reports (2000-2014)); semi-structured interviews (Director of International Relations, Coordinator of programs and actions related to the mobility of students, Head of the Department of Education and Dean of Research and Graduate Studies); information pertaining to the theme from the university’s website and events held in the Campus of the institution. Data were analyzed using the procedures prescribed for this type of analysis with the establishment of three categories: concepts, strategies and actions. Based on the foregoing, in terms of synthesis, could be understood that increasing the participation of UTFPR on the international scene has always been linked to the institution’s policies and goals, yet without an political institutional plan without objectives, strategies and goals established systematically. In the case of the conception of the internationalization of UTFPR it was realized that the theme currently gained more focus and greater coverage in the institution. In this context, Ciência Sem Fronteiras program contributed to, giving greater visibility to UTFPR on the world stage. From then on, specific strategies and actions are being developed in seeking internationalization under institutional perspective, of the servers, the expansion of mobility, and greater visibility of the institution in the international arena, regional integration and promotion of internationalization at the university. Overall, the management of internationalization in the institution does not have a formal project, but has specific strategies and actions seeking their expansion. Thus, the process of internationalization in UTFPR presents itself in an early stage, with strategies and actions seeking to expand the international dimension in the institution who takes singular importance to its expansion and consolidation.
