Mänskliga faktorer som till exempel kommunikation och tillit påverkar hur människor interagerar med varandra. I agil systemutveckling ingår relationer, samspel och samarbete mellan människor och dessa påverkar om systemutvecklingsprojektet anses framgångsrikt eller ej. Men ofta i systemutvecklingsprojekt så läggs det mer tid på själva tekniken än de sociala aspekterna, där de mänskliga faktorerna i många fall är en avgörande faktor för projektets slutresultat. Syftet med det nuvarande arbetet är att beskriva vilka mänskliga faktorer som är viktiga för att effektivisera samarbete i agila systemutvecklingsprojekt, samt att beskriva hur agil systemutveckling på Trafikverket utförs. Trafikverket ville ha studien genomförd för att resultatet av studien skulle hjälpa till att minska antalet mindre framgångsrika systemutvecklingsprojekt på Trafikverket. Huvudfrågan i arbetet är: Vilka mänskliga faktorer är viktiga för att effektivisera samarbetet mellan verksamhetskunniga och utvecklare i agila systemutvecklingsprojekt? En fallstudie utfördes vid Trafikverket genom sju semistrukturerade intervjuer som följdes upp av enkäter och dokumentstudier. Det sammanlagda resultatet tyder på att för att effektivisera samarbetet mellan verksamhetskunniga och utvecklare i agila systemutvecklingsprojekt på Trafikverket krävs fokus på följande fem mänskliga faktorer: kommunikation, tillit, ledarskap, kunskap och motivation.

Dagens samhälle blir allt mer mångkulturellt. Det ställer högre krav på både omvårdnaden och sjuksköterskan. Sjuksköterskans eventuella brist på kompetens om kulturskillnader kan skapa kulturkrockar, missförstånd och felaktig omvårdnad. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilka förväntningar äldre invandrare från förre detta Jugoslavien har i möten med sjuksköterskan i Sverige samt hur sjuksköterskans kompetens kan skiljas från undersköterskor, sjukgymnaster och arbetsterapeuter. Metod: Studien är kvalitativ med en induktiv ansats och baseras på sex intervjuer med äldre invandrare som ursprungligen kom från fd. Jugoslavien. Personlig kontakt togs med informanterna om deltagande i undersökningen genom serbiska/bosniska/kroatiska/makedoniska. Författaren informerade om studien och att de som ville delta kontaktade författaren. Insamlat material analyserades systematiskt med innehållsanalys. Resultat: Det som framkom att de äldre invandrarna förväntade sig i mötet med sjuksköterskan presenteras i följande fem kategorier; Att få bekräftelse för uttalade behov; Empatisk kontakt; Kommunikation och dialog i mötet; Respekt för sina värderingar och syn på hälsa och Trygghet. Slutsatsen: omvårdnad av äldre patienter med en annan kulturell bakgrund kräver båda kulturell kompetens och professionellt förhållningssätt. Sjuksköterskan behöver kunna identifiera patientens vårdbehov och i detta fallet även övergå de språkliga barriärer och nå patienten och förstå deras behov.

This article focuses how power and resistance are exercised in one of Stockholm’s biggest shopping centres. Power and resistance are key words in Cultural Studies. However, the tradition is dominated by studies where 'ordinary/common’ people and their everyday resistance against economical, political and symbolic power is analysed. Critics of Cultural Studies have pointed out that this domination in some cases has led to a romanticized view on common people s resistance and an unproblematic, simplified concept of power. This article works in the tradition of Cultural Studies, but takes this critique seriously by distinguishing three arenas where economic, political and symbolical forms of power intersect and clash with other interests. These are located in the tension between three sets of relations: a) the shopping centre versus the local municipality, b) the centre management versus the individual businesses that run shops in the centre, and c) the shopping centre as a whole (comprising the owners, the shops and the space itself) versus the visitors (who are predominantly women). The empirical material consists of observations and field-notes, branch statistics, interviews with customers, shop employees and centre managers, photographic documentation, advertisements and other public sources from 1998 to 2002.

The global climate threat has intensified Sweden’s ambitions to build wind power stations. This thesis explores the planning of, and opposition to, wind power in the inland rural and forest regions of Sweden. It is in these autonomous communities that the plans are implemented and the aim of the thesis was to, from a local perspective, understand and analyse the planning and acceptance challenges that large-scale wind power development faces in places that are both sparsely populated and have good wind conditions. This thesis is based on qualitative methods and was conducted as two studies. The case study area comprises four municipalities in Dalarna County. The first study analyses the planning and establishment process in three municipalities using interviews and an analysis method called process tracing. The second study analyses one wind power establishment, in which the interviews form the basis for a discourse analytical approach. One striking finding highlights the relationship between the global and the local. Global environment and energy aspects are absent in the local process, and wind power becomes a technical land issue that clashes with other local land interests. Another finding of the study reveals that planning for wind power establishment follows a rational planning tradition. The feelings and memories of the individual – different views regarding the landscape – play a background role in the formal permit process, while measurable observable conditions have a more prominent role. Wind power developers thereby acquire a more significant position than what they probably would have had if the planning had included local residents’ views on wind power in the landscape at an early stage.

This article explores the work that female archivists undertake today. It is based upon a series of six interviews—conducted largely in Europe in 2015—with noted female archivists, curators, and programmers. Through conversations with Bryony Dixon (British Film Institute), Giovanna Fossati (EYE Film Institute, Amsterdam), Karola Gramann (Kinothek Asta Nielsen, Frankfurt), Mariann Lewinsky (Il Cinema Ritrovato, Bologna), Elif Rongen-Kaynakçi (EYE Film Institute, Amsterdam), and Meg Labrum (National Film and Sound Archive, Canberra), it argues that women have a disproportionate impact upon the programming of silent film at festivals. It also suggests that there is a growing public that is attracted to festivals such as Il Cinema Ritrovato precisely because these festivals give us access to a vision of film history and feminism that we cannot find in traditional history books. Finally, it asks how these women work and, specifically, how the change to digital has impacted archival outreach and access today.

BACKGROUND: Emerging research indicates that standard treatments for alcohol use disorders may not fully meet the needs of patients with co-occurring severe mental health symptoms. Investigating health quality indicators may provide insight into how current treatment might be improved.

OBJECTIVE: To better understand the experiences of patients receiving treatment for alcohol use disorders and compare the experiences of patients with and without co-occurring severe mental health symptoms.

DESIGN: Cross-sectional qualitative research design using semi-structured interviews methods and framework analysis approach.

SETTING: Inpatient hospital, outpatient service, inpatient detoxification clinic and a residential/ therapeutic community.

PARTICIPANT'S: Thirty-four patients receiving treatment for an alcohol use disorder.

MAIN VARIABLES STUDIED: Themes relating to patients' experiences of continuity of care, treatment need and satisfaction with treatment were studied. The qualitative data were divided into two groups: patients with (n = 15) and without (n = 19) severe mental health symptoms.

RESULTS: Five themes relating to patient satisfaction with treatment were identified, including: perceived effectiveness of treatment, supportive relationships, specialized but holistic care, patient autonomy and continuity of care. A diverse range of patient treatment needs, staff and service continuity and stigma were also identified as major themes. Five basic themes were identified as more critical to the experiences of patients with severe mental health symptoms.

DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS: Findings suggest that patients look for supportive relationships with others, to be involved in treatment decisions, effective specialized and holistic approaches to care and a non-judgemental treatment environment.

Sydney in spring is a palette of luminous intensity. Fresh green spaces meet vivid blue skies. Lilac jacarandas burst into life throughout the city and its suburbs. It is time of renewal when locals and tourists take full advantage of this most favoured of seasons. It is a curious setting for a gothic tale, albeit the location for Michelle de Kretser’s latest work, <i>Springtime: A Ghost Storyi>. Bringing light to darkness this ‘black-spring’ interview with Michelle de Kretser questions Australian literary and cultural customs and environmental stereotypes. It also probes literary fashions, short form fiction, the Melbourne / Sydney cultural divide, gothic tropes, and the psychology of space. Through her discussion with interviewer Alix Watkins, de Kretser reflects on her interest in haunting, the influence of her Sri Lankan background, and the attraction of brevity following her previous epic <i>Questions of Traveli> (Miles Franklin Award 2012).

BACKGROUND: Palliative care patients have numerous rehabilitation needs that increase with disease progression. Palliative rehabilitation practices and perceptions of palliative medicine physicians towards the role of rehabilitation are largely unstudied. AIM: To explore palliative medicine physicians' attitudes and perceptions towards rehabilitation delivered within inpatient palliative care units. DESIGN: Qualitative study utilizing semi-structured interviews. Transcribed interviews were analysed using thematic analysis and major themes reported as results. PARTICIPANTS: Australian palliative medicine physicians working in inpatient palliative care units. RESULTS: In total, 20 physicians participated, representing specialist palliative care services across Australia. A total of 11 (55%) were males with an average of 12.5&thinsp;years' experience working in palliative care. Most participants believed rehabilitation was an important aspect of palliative care; however, few felt adequate rehabilitation programmes were available. Participants varied in their concepts of what palliative rehabilitation entailed. The term rehabilitation was seen by some as helpful (fostering hope and aiding transitions) and by others to be misleading (creating unrealistic expectations). Four key themes emerged when describing physicians' attitudes, including (1) integrating rehabilitation within palliative care, (2) the intervention, (3) possibilities and (4) the message of rehabilitation. CONCLUSION: A lack of consensus exists among palliative medicine specialists regarding the definition and scope of palliative rehabilitation. Participants generally expressed a wish to offer enhanced rehabilitation interventions, however described resource and skill-set limitations as significant barriers. Further research is required to establish an evidence base for palliative rehabilitation, to support its acceptance and widespread integration within specialist inpatient palliative care.

O presente estudo, sobre avaliação de aprendizagens, apesar de ser abordado por outros autores de variadas formas, esboça-se aqui com o tema A Avaliação da Aprendizagem na Escola Waldecy Corrêa: um estudo na terceira e quarta série do ensino fundamental I que tem como finalidade uma análise teórica e prática acerca da avaliação no processo de ensino e aprendizagem na escola supracitada. Essa abordagem constitui-se de extrema relevância para o entendimento da temática, haja vista, que a avaliação da aprendizagem ser um assunto bastante discutido entre os teóricos que postularam um significado com o propósito de nortear a base conceituai sobre o tema em estudo. Para embasar teoricamente foram imprescindíveis as ideias produzidas por alguns autores como Luckesi, Hoffmann, Perrenoud, Sant’Anna, Saul, além das políticas públicas como a LDB\ PCN's2, a Sistemática de Avaliação do Estado do Amapá entre outros, que focalizam a importância desta temática. Embora a estimativa produzida na presente pesquisas se traduza em efeitos de mudança na forma de aplicar a avaliação da aprendizagem com a realidade analisada. Os procedimentos metodológicos envolveram tanto a técnica qualitativa - articulada com o estudo de caso envolvendo como instrumentos na coleta de dados as observações e entrevistas, bem como a quantitativa como tratamento das informações recolhidas pela aplicação dos questionários para obtenção de resultados em consonância com nossos objetivos. As informações obtidas por meio dos resultados revelaram tendencialmente que os investigados estão perpassando de uma concepção de avaliação seletiva para uma avaliação de processo, embora tenha se observado alguns contrapontos. Nesse sentido, a proposta é que o professor busque ampliar o seu entendimento acerca da avaliação para que possa promover uma nova cultura do verdadeiro sentido do que, como, quando e para que avaliar. Dessa forma, a avaliação da aprendizagem se manifestará objetivando uma ação reflexiva e emancipatória dos sujeitos envolvidos em sua processualização. ABSTRACT: ln spite of being approached in several ways by other authors, the present study here outlines itself with the theme "The Evaluation of the Learning at Waldecy Corrêa School: a study in the third and fourth year of the primary education" and its purpose is a theoretical and practical analysis about the evaluation in the process of teaching and learning at the aforesaid school. This approach is constituted of extreme relevance for the understanding of the thematic in as much as the evaluation is a subject discussed a lot among the theorists who postulate a meaning with the purpose of guiding conceptual basis on the theme studied. The ideas produced by some authors, such as Luckesi, Hoffmann, Perrenoud, Sant'Anna, Saul, besides the public politics like the LDB\ PCN's2, the systematic of evaluation of the State of Amapá, among others that focus on the importance of this thematic were indispensable to give it basis theoretically. Although the estimate produced in the present research is translated into effect of change in the way of applying the evaluation in the learning together with the reality analyzed. The methodological procedures have involved the qualitative technique - articulated with the study of cases having as the tools in the data collection the observations and interviews - as well as the quantitative technique as treatment of the information collected by applying the questionnaires for obtaining the outcomes in harmony with our goals. The information obtained by the results has revealed the tendency that the investigated students are changing from a conception of selective evaluation to an evaluation of process. Although we have observed some counterpoints. ln this sense, the proposal is that the teacher looks for enlarging his understanding about the evaluation so that he can promote a new culture of the true sense of "what", "how", "when" and ''what for" to evaluate. This way, the evaluation of learning will be made known by aiming at a reflexive and emancipating action of the subjects involved in their processing.

Recibido 22 de noviembre 2006 • Aprobado 14 de marzo 2007  La presente investigación aborda las representaciones que tienen las estudiantes de la carrera de Educación Preescolar de la División de Educación Básica (DEB), sobre el curso Educación para la Sexualidad, impartido en el IV nivel del Bachillerato, a partir de la información que tienen las estudiantes sobre la sexualidad y de las expectativas respecto a su práctica profesional en las aulas preescolares sobre la educación para la sexualidad, con el fin de reflexionar acerca del impacto en los niveles pedagógico y subjetivo de la propuesta metodológica y de contenidos. También, se sugieren estrategias didácticas áulicas y la consecuente incorporación de éstas de parte de las y los estudiantes en su práctica profesional. La metodología utilizada, desde el enfoque cualitativo, consideró adecuada la realización de entrevistas en profundidad, así como de relatos inducidos que dieran cuenta de las vivencias en torno a la educación para la sexualidad las dudas, temores, práctica docente y las estrategias para abordar la temática, entre otros. La investigación obtuvo como resultados una propuesta en contenidos y método para este curso. Además, una Prueba de Oraciones Incompletas (TOI), diseñado para conocer la información general que manejan las y los estudiantes que se matriculan en él, respecto de: la sexualidad, educación para la sexualidad, la sexualidad de las mujeres, la sexualidad de mujeres adolescentes, la sexualidad de las niñas, la sexualidad de los varones, sexualidad de varones adolescentes y la sexualidad de los niños.
