Heterologous murrel gonadotropic hormone (m-GtH) binds to common carp oocyte plasma membrane and enhances steroid secretion. With increasing concentration of radio-labelled hormone the receptor binding is also found to increase linearly up to a certain concentration and then decrease. The [¹²⁵I] murrel GtH binding characteristics to a preparation of common carp ovarian plasma membrane shows saturability with high affinity. Scat chard plot analysis gave dissociation constant (Kd) of 0.81 X 10(super -9) M and maximum binding capacity (MBC) of 22.05 f mole/mg protein.

The total aerobic viable plate counts (TPCs) of skin, gills and intestine of newly caught oil sardine (Sardinella longiceps) and Indian mackerel ( Rastrelliger kanagurta) at four different temperatures, namely 36 ± 1°C, 28 ± 2°C (RT), 8 ± 1°C and 1 ±1°C, are reported. The total plate count at RT of the skin of oil sardine and Indian mackerel were in the range of l0 super(3) to 10 super(7) and 10 super(4) to 10 super(6) per cm², that of gills in the range of 10 super(5) to 10 super(9) and 10 super(4) to 10 super(8) per g and that intestine in the range of 10 super(5) to 10 sueper(9) and 10 super(5) to 10 super(8) per g respectively. The TPCs were markedly affected by the incubation temperature. Incubation at 28 ± 2°C gave the highest count; at 36 ± 1°C and 8 ± 1°C, the counts decreased by nearly 1-2 log cycles from that at RT. Incubation at 1 ± 1°C registered the lowest count. The peak values for bacterial counts of these fishes occurred at different periods of the year.

鸡胚角膜上皮组织离体培养试验表明,小鼠表皮生长因子对10日龄鸡胚角膜上皮组织有显著的增殖效应。培养24h的实验组角膜上皮厚度较正常胚胎角膜上皮厚度增殖9.43倍。提示鸡胚角膜上皮组织离体培养可作为评价表皮生长因子制剂活性的生物检定法。

Two separate experiments using the Differential Decay Curve Method have been performed to extract mean lifetimes of excited states in 106Cd. The medium-spin states of interest were populated by the 98Mo( 12C, 4n) 106Cd reaction performed at the Wright Nuclear Structure Lab., Yale University. From this experiment, two isomeric state mean lifetimes have been deduced. The low-lying states were populated by the 96Mo(13C, 3n)106Cd reaction performed at the Institut für Kernphysik, Universität zu Köln. The mean lifetime of the Iπ = 21 + state was deduced, tentatively, as 16.4(9) ps. This value differs from the previously accepted literature value from Coulomb excitation of 10.43(9) ps.

采用放养了斑点叉尾鮰苗种和少量白鲢的人工湿地-池塘复合养殖系统研究各养殖塘浮游藻类的生态特征,并通过对不同密度养殖塘的比较探讨人工湿地对鱼塘中浮游藻类生态结构的调节作用。结果表明,塘中共鉴定出浮游藻类7门63属142种,其中绿藻门34属60种,硅藻和蓝藻分别有10属34种、10属30种,裸、隐、甲、金藻门种类较少,共9属18种。各养殖塘优势种类主要为四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda)、衣藻(Chlamydomonas sp.)、二角盘星藻(Pediastrum duplex)、小环

于1990—1991年的5—10月间,从湖北、湖南、河南和广东4省的9种淡水养殖鱼类的发病鱼睥、肝、肾中分离的93株细菌为材料,经100多个表型特征和细菌DNA中G+Cmol%遗传型特性测定等研究结果,可归属为产气单胞菌属中的运动性嗜中温产气单胞菌和弧菌属中的河弧菌。按照国际细菌命名法规优先律应为点状产气单胞菌[Aeromonas punctata(Zimmermann)nom.rev];而河弧菌与以前所描述的生物变种Ⅰ、Ⅱ型不同:在43℃能生长;发酵水杨苷产酸;利用D-葡糖酸钙、腐胺;不能利用戊二酸,D

Practical testing of the feasibility of cyanobacterial inoculation to speed up the recovery of biological soil crusts in the field was conducted in this experiment. Results showed that cyanobacterial and algal cover climbed up to 48.5% and a total of 14 cyanobacterial and algal species were identified at the termination of inoculation experiment; biological crusts' thickness, compressive and chlorophyll a content increased with inoculation time among 3 years; moss species appeared in the second year; cyanobacterial inoculation increased organic carbon and total nitrogen of the soil; total salt, calcium carbonate and electrical conductivity in the soil also increased after inoculation. Diverse vascular plant communities composed of 10 and 9 species are established by cyanobacterial inoculation on the windward and leeward surface of the dunes, respectively, after 3 years. The Simpson index for the above two communities are 0.842 and 0.852, while the Shannon-Weiner index are 2.097 and 2.053, respectively. In conclusion, we suggest that cyanobacterial inoculation would be a suitable and effective technique to recover biological soil crusts, and may further restore the ecological system. 选用直径5 cm和10 cm的盘式吸渗仪,对杨凌土(粘土)和神木砂黄土(砂壤土)两种质地的土壤在1 cm、3 cm6、cm9、cm和12 cm水头5种负压下进行了室内盘式吸渗仪三维吸渗实验,选取Vandervaere公式作为参考模型,对Philip公式确定吸渗率的时间尺度选取进行了分析。结果表明,对两种质地的土壤,在相同盘径下,随着负压的降低,吸渗率随之减小;在相同负压下,盘径越小,吸渗率越大;质地较砂的砂黄土吸渗率明显大于质地较粘的土的吸渗率。从相对误差来看,两种质地土壤吸渗率均被高估;在同一盘径下,随着负压的减小,误差值逐渐降低;即在选取的时间范围内,负压越低,计算吸渗率的准确性越高。对土而言,5 cm盘径下-12 cm水头1、0 cm盘径下-9 cm水头和-12 cm水头时确定吸渗率的适宜时间分别为30~40 s和40~50 s;其余确定吸渗率的适宜时间均应小于30 s;对砂黄土而言,10 cm盘径下-9 cm水头和-12 cm水头时确定吸渗率的适宜时间分别为30~40 s和40~50 s,其余确定吸渗率的适宜时间也均应小于30 s。对于质地较砂的土壤推荐使用大盘径进行盘式吸渗仪实验。

本论文共合成了两种类型12个稀土金属配合物和一个硅化合物,分别对它们进行了红外、核磁等表征,对其中的9个配合物进行了晶体结构的测定。考察了配体结构和反应条件对所生成的配合物结构的影响,研究了稀土单烷基配合物的反应性,以及稀土双烷基配合物在烷基铝和有机硼盐的共同作用下对丁二烯聚合的催化活性和选择性。主要工作内容和结论如下: (1) 合成了噻吩苯胺配体(HL1),该配体与(Lu,Y)稀土三烷基化合物反应,通过C–H活化和烷基消除反应制备了稀土(Lu,Y)单烷基配合物1和2,配体以少见的C,N模式配位,S原子并不参与配位。配体(HL1)与Sc三烷基化合物反应制备了配体分别以C, N和N, S配位的双配的Sc配合物5。 (2) 通过改变反应时间和溶剂体系,HL1与稀土钇三烷基化合物反应可得到罕见的由稀土烷基化物和胺化物两部分组成的配合物3,它们通过噻吩环上活化的C原子连接在一起。HL1和Lu(CH2SiMe3)2(THF)2LiCH2SiMe3在甲苯和正己烷溶剂中反应可得到以L12Lu(CH2SiMe3)2为阴离子,Li(THF)4为阳离子的离子对4。 (3) 研究配合物1和2的反应性。1和2与过量的PhSiH3反应得到中心金属与Si元素交换的Si化合物。 (4) 合成了噻吩苯基膦胺配体(HL2-4)和苯基膦胺配体(HL5)配体。HL2-5与稀土(Y, Lu和Sc)三烷基化合物反应制备了稀土双烷基配合物6,7,8,9,10,11和12。进一步研究了稀土金属双烷基配合物6–12对丁二烯的催化特性,发现该系列催化剂具有独特的催化性质,能够催化丁二烯高反1,4-聚合(91.3%),得到的聚合物分子量在1到2万之间,分子量分布较窄(1.4–1.6)。 (5) 研究了金属钇(Y),镥(Lu),钪(Sc)三种中心金属对丁二烯聚合活性和反式1,4选择性的影响,发现催化剂对丁二烯聚合活性和反1,4选择性取决于配合物的中心金属原子,其中选择性最高为钪配合物,催化活性最佳的为钇配合物。 (6) 研究了配体HL2-4的N-芳环上的取代基分别为甲基,乙基,异丙基时催化体系对丁二烯反式1,4聚合活性和选择性的影响,发现随着N-芳环上取代基空间位阻的增大,催化剂活性逐渐下降,选择性逐渐增加,但当其取代基为异丙基时,过大的空间位阻导致活性和选择性同时有明显的下降。我们通过改变噻吩基为苯基,比较了相同聚合条件下含噻吩基的稀土双烷基配合物和含苯基的稀土双烷基配合物对丁二烯聚合活性和选择性的影响,发现噻吩环的存在对催化剂的活性和选择性有较大的影响。 (7) 在相同催化剂条件下,研究了不同聚合条件(不同类型的AlR3,不同类型的Borate,Al/Ln比等)对丁二烯反1,4聚合活性和选择性的影响。 我们发现,在AlR3和Borate这两种影响因素中,以烷基铝的类型对催化剂催化活性和选择性的影响最大,而有机硼盐的影响则比较轻微,其中以烷基铝为AliBu3,Borate为[B(C6F5)4][Me2NHPh]时,反1,4选择性为最佳。Al/Ln增大并不能够显著增加催化剂的活性,对选择性的影响也并不明显,相反,随着铝比的增加,聚合过程中的链转移增加,导致分子量下降,对于该系列稀土烷基催化剂,最佳Ln/Al 为10。

本论文由三章组成。第一章介绍了中药蜘蛛香的化学成分的研究成果,第二章为羧甲基魔芋葡苷聚糖-壳聚糖为细胞膜的天冬酰胺酶人工细胞的研究,第三章综述了人工细胞在生物医学领域的应用。 第一章报道了中药蜘蛛香(Valeriana wallichii)根部乙醇提取物的化学成分,采用正、反相硅胶层析等分离方法和MS、NMR等多种波谱手段,从中共分离鉴定出17个化合物,分别为缬草素(valtrate,1),valechlorine(2),homobadrinal(3),baldrinal(4),乙酰缬草素(acevaltrate 5),valeriotetrate C(6),valeriotetrate B(7),对羟基苯乙酮(4'-hydroxy-acetophenone 8),7-hydroxy valtrate(9),8-methylvalepotriate(10),1,5-dihydroxy-3,8-epoxyvalechlorine A(11),二氢缬草素(didrovaltrate 12),胡萝卜苷(13),橙皮苷 (hesperidin 14),prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),longiflorone(16),乙基糖苷(17)。其中化合物6、7、10、和11为新化合物,化合物9、15、16为首次从该植物中得到。新化合物11为含有氯原子的刚性骨架环烯醚萜,并且确定了其绝对构型。 第二章报道了以羧甲基魔芋葡苷聚糖(CKGM)和壳聚糖(CS)为膜的固定化L-天冬酰胺酶人工细胞研究成果。利用羧甲基魔芋葡苷聚糖和壳聚糖两种生物相容性很好的天然多糖之间的静电吸引力,在非常温和的条件下制备成具有半透过性膜的人工细胞,将治疗儿童急性成淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)的药物L-天冬酰胺酶包裹在内。通过考察温度和pH对人工细胞的影响,结果表明以CKGM- CS为膜的L-天冬酰胺酶人工细胞对温度和pH的稳定性和耐受性均高于自由酶,说明CKGM-CS对酶具有保护作用,而且小分子底物和产物可以自由进出膜内外,而包裹在膜内的生物大分子则不能泄露出来。 第三章综述了微囊化人工细胞的研究进展。 This dissertation consists of three parts. In the first part, the chemical constituents from the root of Valeriana wallichii were reported. In the second part, preparation and characteristics of L-Asparaginase Artificial cell were reported. The third part is a review on progress of microcapsule artificial cell. The first chapter is about the isolation and identification of the chemical constituents from the root of V. wallichii. Seventeen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of roots of V. wallichii through repeated column chromatography on normal and reversed phase silica gel. By the spectroscopic and chemical evidence, their structures were elucidated as valtrate (1), valechlorine (2), homobadrinal (3), baldrinal (4), acevaltrate (5), valeriotetrate C (6), valeriotetrate B (7), 4'-hydroxy-acetophenone (8), 7-hydroxy valtrate (9), 8-methylvalepotriate (10), 1,5-dihydroxy-3,8-epoxyvalechlorine A (11), didrovaltrate (12), daucosterol (13), hesperidin (14), prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (15), longiflorone (16), and ethyl glucoside (17). Among them, 6, 7, 10, and 11 are new compounds. 15, 16 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The absolute configuration of compound 11, an unusual iridoid bearing a C-10 chlor-group and an oxo-bridge connecting C-3 and C-8 resulting in a rigid skeleton, was confirmed. The second chapter is about the semi-permeable microcapsule of carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan-chitosan for L-asparaginase immobilization. Carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan-chitosan (CKGM-CS) microcapsules, which have good biocompatibility, prepared under very mild conditions via polyelectrostatic complexation, were used for immobilize L-asparaginase-a kind of drug for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The activity and stability under different temperature and pH of the enzyme loaded-microcapsules were studied. The results indicated the immobilized enzyme has better stability and activity contrasting to the native enzyme. The study illustrates that the L-asparaginase could be protected in CKGM-CS microcapsules, the substrate and product could pass through the system freely.

介绍了一种超低频/超大脉宽脉冲信号产生器。它的主要功能是产生低频、超低频/超大脉宽脉冲信号,其最大周期Tmin=800s,最小周期Tmin=1ms。其脉宽可在(1/10)T~(9/10)T范围内分9挡进行调节。输出脉冲f/T的精确度≤0.02‰,输出脉冲f/T的稳定性≤±0.01‰。输出脉冲分连续输出和单次手动触发输出。该电路可以输出NIM/TTL和NIM/INM信号。NIM快信号的上升时间tr≤4ns,下降时间tf≤4ns。

首先介绍了重离子束治癌的特点及当前的技术进步, 着重讨论了放射性离子束(RIB)在肿瘤治疗上增添的优势, 详细叙述了在日本放射医学综合研究所(NIRS)重离子医用加速器(HIMAC)上旨在肿瘤治疗的放射性离子束 C 的实验研究, 包括束流产生、参数优化、深度物理剂量分布、细胞辐照后的存 9活效应以及 C 和 C 束的相对生物效率(RBE)比较. 最终结果: 在40 mm 厚铍靶、10 mm 厚铝降能器、 9 125%动量接收度时, 采用 430 MeV/u、1.8×109 粒子/s 的初试束 C, 得到的 C 束的产生率为 9.07×10?6, 12 9纯度为 82.88%, 采用点扫描技术时, 在直径为 10 mm 的中心面积内, 可获得均匀度为 89.6%的辐照场,这时在入口处的剂量率为0.5Gy/h. 在Bragg峰附近范围内的细胞存活实验中, C束的平均RBE为5.28, 9而 C 束的平均 RBE 为 2.93, C 束的 RBE 要比 C 束的高1.8 倍, 这显示 C 束在 Bragg 峰附近范围内, 12 9 12 9对细胞的杀伤力要比 C 强, 在肿瘤治疗上会更有效. 12
