The main purpose of this study is to show how internal communication can be allied to people management in the process of transformation of the organizations. It is known that the advent of new technologies and the information age, consequences of globalization, are provoking deep transformations in organizations and reaching people too. This way there is the human and the social issue that goes beyond the race for profit. The new forms of management are becoming increasingly concerned with the value of human being and communication professionals, more specifically public relations, can facilitate processes and significantly improve the relationships towards positive results

This paper aims to present the importance of public relations professional in the sustainability context at the organizations. For this, we discussed the sustainability issue, and the concepts that comprise the function of the professional of public relations and the importance of communication to make the sustainable practices a management tool of the company's image and improve the relationship with stakeholders. Were presented and discussed four cases of companies to discuss the pathway of sustainability practices in Brazil

This project aims to study and verify the importance of effective communication in contemporary organizations, considering current factors such as globalization, new technologies and market competition that make companies be always updated. The choice of the theme is due to the necessity to know that it is important to have an integrated communication between the employees and the customers, so that the established functions in the organizations occur positively. In this context, we present the concept of management, communication and organizational culture, focusing on the integration of business communication. The importance of the employee was also a focus of the study, involving the positioning of organizations. In this context, the case study is placed, considering that companies are characterized by carefully reading the feedback and reformulating the communication, making it effective as “Grendene” has done. Opposing to those ideas is “Terra” company. Thus, the project defends the importance to work on the communication, so that it becomes effective. During the project ways and means to manage communication are shown, so that it recognizes this need and become efficient, benefiting organizations and their audiences

This research has the purpose of highlighting one of the acting areas of the public relations' professional, ensuring that he has enough competence to develop his work within an organization, implementing actions and programs in pursuit of a sustainable growth. The study starts with an analysis of the organizations and their communication process to further expand the understanding of the concept of sustainable development and finally addressing the role of public relations and the scenario organizational that it is envolved. In the globalized world we live in, our relationships are mediated by the capitalism: economic system that is concerned with the higher production seeking only profits. Thus, some organizations - acting in accordance with this model, end up don't caring about the environment around them, using it only like an instrument for achieving their goals. However, because this type of action, the contemporary society is facing serious environmental problems, fact that arouses the attention of civil society members and international organs, concerned to combine progress with sustainable development. The public relations' professional, concerned about the concretization of a concept and favorable institutional identities, besides the obvious envolvement with environment, can act in defense of this, implementing policies and campaigns ecologically correct for sustainability

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as organizações esportivas brasileiras, comparando o modelo de gestão profissional implementado no vôlei a partir da década de 70, apresentando os resultados que este alcançou e o modelo baseado na cartolagem utilizado no futebol ainda hoje. Será enfoque do trabalho também a participação da mulher na gestão esportiva e as conquistas das mesma no mundo esportivos a partir do século XX

It is known that gymnastics and sports, for the most part, were made by men for men, and its practice was almost exclusively for males, especially until the First World War. Vestiges of this strong male influence in sports still remain to this day, especially in leadership positions. It is clear that most sports, both male and female, are mostly coached by men. Thus, this study aimed to examine, through quantiqualitative research, the number of women and men who lead male and female volleyball, basketball and soccer elite teams, participating in the most important national championships, and the number of men and women graduated in physical education courses in Brazil in order to check a possible relationship between the low number of women working as a coach and the percentage of women graduated in physical education. For the acquisition of data, Internet searches were made on the sites of confederations, leagues and sports leagues selected for the study, and on the site of the National Institute of Educational Studies Anísio Teixeira (INEP). It was identified that the total number of graduates from 1995 to 2008 was 192,707, with 99,869 men and 92,838 women, showing a balance between these numbers, which did not happen with the numbers of male and female coaches. The data indicated that no women worked as a coach in male and female volleyball teams in the seasons 2006 to 2010, no woman worked as a coach in the male basketball teams in the seasons from 2000 to 2010, and only an average of 1.67 women led female basketball teams in the seasons 1998 to 2010, and no woman has ever worked as a coach for male soccer teams, while only an average of 2.67 women acted as a coach of female soccer teams. This monograph ha as objective to study the process of integrating new employees in organizations. As the individual becomes inserted into a new professional reality, he is subject to some adjustment variables that can directly affect your income. Identifying this, companies started to worry about how to get these new members, since the way it is conducted is directly related to the success of your performance and productivity in the organization. The central focus of this study is to identify the characteristics of an integration program, as well as the grounds on which it is based. Thus, it is developed a literature review into three parts: the first discusses the importance of people in an organizational context, people management, organizational culture and socialization; the second part discusses organizational communication, and how it is an essential factor for the integrating process is finalized; the third part is allocated to programs of integration and report author's experience in organization Colégio Interativo. The integration process also brings benefits for new employees, once they start to feel like part of the team, is also advantageous for the organization, because the employee who knows what the company hopes it has more possibilities to meet the their needs

Dans l‟“A historia de Lina et Lélio, le troisième récit de Corpo de baile, l‟oeuvre de Guimarães Rosa, Lélio arrive à la ferme Pinhém à la recherche de l'amour, de la paix d'esprit et de l'auto-connaissance, mais il n'a pas la claire conscience de cela. Dans cette trajectoire, on peut voir le poids des femmes: bien que Lélio soit le protagoniste de cette histoire, les personnages féminins présentent des différents profils et sont construites sur des aspects mythiques et archétypiques, qui ont des influences directes sur le destin de ce personnage masculin. On cherche, donc, comprendre comment l‟auteur fait la caractérisation mythique et archétypique des personnages féminins, voir l'influence de celles-ci sur la suite du récit ainsi que dans la construction du protagoniste. De la même façon, on veut vérifier comment les autres catégories du récit – telles que le temps, l'espace, le narrateur et la focalisation – peuvent contribuer à cette caractérisation. Cette recherche est développée à travers des lectures, des notes et des discussions autour du corpus, en s'appuyant sur une base théorique déterminée en trois dimensions : a) des essais critiques à propos de l‟oeuvre de l'auteur, en particulier au sujet en cause, comme celui dans l‟A raiz da alma, de Heloisa Vilhena Araujo, b) des études sur le mythe, comme celles de Ernest Cassirer, dans le Linguagem e mito et Antropologia filosófica, et les propositions de Meletínski dans l‟A poética do mito et dans l‟Os arquétipos literários et, encore, c) des textes théoriques sur les catégories du récit, présentées dans le Dicionário de teoria da narrativa, de Reis et Lopes, et des études sur l'espace, comme celui d'Antonio Dimas, Espaço e romance, et sur le temps, de Benedito Nunes, O tempo na narrativa. The implications of modernity and globalization stimulated the establishment of a new type of organization. Resilient organizations, as they will be called, representing the twenty-first century and are aligned with the social, political and economic context for their adaptability and flexibility. The study of the case will be the communication of the NGO Periferia Legal, also linked to the plane of the creative economy because of the intangible asset it produces. The study will be focused on the ways which public relations can help in the development of the NGO by analyzing their media. Thus, the three fronts of communication from the NGO (external, internal and institutional) will be analyzed through observations and interviews and their channels are categorized into: inefficient, low efficiency , average efficiency and efficient. The media will be key to understanding the phenomenon and the degree of efficiency will be marked as it achieves the proposed and designed objectives by the project itself - through the mission and vision of the NGO - using communication. In this way, the study seeks to understand the characteristics of resilient organizations from the standpoint of public relations

This article is devoted to a brief analysis of representations of women in As meninas, by Lygia Fagundes Telles, focusing on the three main characters of the novel and also on some secondary characters. The novel is set within a context that was characterized by a double crisis: the political crisis arising from authoritarianism and violence of the military dictatorship, and the crisis of the patriarchy system, due to the gradual political and social emancipation of women. Our paper aims to understand, in a succinct way, the critical dialogue established in the novel between the representations of women and that context of the dual crisis that constitute the novelistic material of As meninas

This article intends to contribute to a reflection about the relationship between the body, media and femininities, thus seeking to indicate some elements in order to clarify how the media currently interferes in this relationship, especially for the construction of female identity with the presentation of styles of femininity that are part of a particular body standard. In order to do so, we present a brief bibliographical debate on media issues, identity, discourse and power, electing as empirical choices examples of print media aimed at the female segment in Brazil and Barbie dolls.

As questões que motivaram o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foram decorrentes do debate permanente acerca do significado dos partidos políticos na atualidade. Partiu-se da hipótese de que a dinâmica organizacional do partido político poderia ser explicada por meio da análise das relações entre os seus filiados, substancialmente dos vínculos estabelecidos com os líderes partidários, com vistas a atenderem os objetivos políticos dos respectivos atores e, ao mesmo tempo, do partido. Assim, foi adotada uma abordagem e uma metodologia de análise que compreende a dinâmica organizacional a partir do capital político que circula no interior do partido, considerando os elementos orientadores das estratégias políticas: as relações entre os atores políticos, os aspectos institucionais e os resultados eleitorais. Para demonstrar o potencial teórico- metodológico da análise de redes sociais na compreensão do capital político, intra-organizacional, dos partidos políticos brasileiros, o texto apresenta resultados referentes a um estudo de caso: o Partido da Social Democracia Brasileria no estado de São Paulo (PSDB-SP), período entre 1988 e 2006.
