It is proposed the search of teaching methodology with socio-cognitive approach to present teaching strategies that simulate the experience of professional context that is propitious to work out the tasks of subject analysis for the indexing of documents. Taking into account the contact of the learner indexers with the actual professional context, the proposals of Fourie Portfolio (2002) and Hjørland (2002) principle of the information science social context were applied in the discipline “Indexing” at UNESP Librarianship course in Marília, SP, Brazil. The results taken from this research on teaching strategies in documentary reading show that the methodological and theoretical knowledge, in socio-cognitive perspective, provide a view of a professional context in which the learner indexer is conscious of his strategies of documentary reading and can develop his previous professional knowledge in order to accomplish the indexing tasks compatible to the user informational demand.

This article aims to address the relationship between work and professional education, specifically the ideology skills and the new pedagogy business under the globalization of capital. Is analyzed at first, the world-historical context, the restructuring of the productive and political capital from the 1970s, and the demand for a new organization of work based on model Toyota. Second, discuss such changes are productive within the Brazilian state and its influence on educational policies geared to work, permeated by the ideology skills as an instrument that seeks to obscure the relationshipcapital. It discusses the emergence of new education business connected to the ideals of human capital. It is the influence of international organizations in Brazil of the United Nations (UN) and the United Nations Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO), aimed at articulating the education according to the ideological aspect global, verified legislative apparatus in education. Ends up not only to reflect the content of the skills ideology, but it is suggested the redemption value of the denied promise of emancipation human-general.

Using qualitative and collaborative research, this article refl ects on the professional development of high school teachers in the context of activities of an interdisciplinary group of collaborative research that studies and promotes didactic innovations, focusing on the environmental context, and discusses the contribution of research with teachers in the generation of a scientifi c culture. The research project involves teachers of different curricular components (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Geography and History) and researchers from universities in the areas of Education and Teaching of Earth Sciences. For data collection, three focal groups were formed with the group participants. Changes in the concept of Nature among the teachers and changes in teaching topics focused on the understanding of nature were identifi ed. The article concludes that the construction of didactic innovations helps teachers to make decisions about what, how and why to teach subjects that relate nature to society.

The information professional as essential component in the soccer‟s club and this article approaches the importance of the information professional insertion inside the soccer‟s club. Know the structure of the clubs, as well like identify the diverse information that are inserted in this context – internal and external environment – of these organizations is necessary for a better comprehension of the activities that the information professional can perform in the clubs. Carrying out a parallel with the organizational structure model proposal by Mintzberg (1995) with the structure of Marília Athletic Club stayed clear the need of the information professional insert, therefore the Club is inserted in a highly competitive environment, there is many information, but little explored.

In Brazil, the practice of Soccer is encouraged very early. It is common remark that parents enroll their sons into soccer schools, promoting the involvement of these children in formal practice. However, there are not many studies that assess the effects of this practice in the physical capacities of children. Thus, the question that guides this study is: children who practice soccer systematically present better development of physical, especially agility, coordination and speed? The objective of this study was to compare the performance in velocity tests, agility and coordination of boys of 10 and 11 years, category dentinho or Sub-11, practitioners of soccer in schools and non practicing. The study included male children, born in 1997 and 1998, formed two groups: group of practitioners of soccer and group of non practicing. To belong to the group of practitioners, the child was regularly engaged for at least 1 year, with 1 hour daily and 2 to 3 times per week. The participants of the group of non practicing were not involved in regular practice of soccer and were paired in weight and stature with participants of the group of practitioners of soccer. Each participant was individually assessed in neutral environment and without foreign interference. For the assessment of the agility, was utilized the (shuttle run) test. The race test 30 meters stopped was employed for the assessment of the speed. The test of fiddling between the cones was employed to measure the coordination. The time spent to perform 1 attempt to each test was used for the comparison between groups. These data were treated, initially, by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and, subsequently, were compared by means of Anova, for independent samples. The Projects of Extension in dance of the State University of São Paulo- Campus Rio Claro in 1994 and 1995 with the Dance Companies: Éxciton and Contratempo respectively. From this moment, the dance has always been present on the campus of Rio Claro, is participating actively in group or even as spectators of the many presentations. This research aims to understand and analyze the influence at the participants professional formation of the two companies, already graduated and working since the Dance Companies from the beginning until today. For the development of this study will be conducted qualitative research involving literature and area of study research. The technique used for the collection is a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The research subjects students trained by Physical Education Department of the State University of São Paulo - Campus Rio Claro, active in this area of academic formation, with one participant from each Dance Company in each year of existence. Data analysis will be based on the technique of content analysis proposed by Bardin (2010). The results found that the extension projects contribute to the professional acting, because they enable exchange of experience, acquisition and incorporation of new knowledge, different from previously built on a broad vision of dance. This new framework allows the development of education/ teaching/ methodology, enabling the contact since graduating with professional practice and obtaining safety and confidence to act in the labor maker

The enterprises are in the midst of a competitive and open market, in which, rapidly, new enterprises are created, international competitors are installed on the local market and products and services are invented or improved to ensure quality, sophistication and low cost. In this scenario, the familial enterprises seek survival through new information and strategies to solve existing conflicts and overcome the challenges of the globalized market. However, resistance to change is a factor common to more traditional familial enterprise culture, therefore, modify solid structures, built over many years, reflects insecurity, fragility and threats facing the different. This project aims to analyze the brazilian familial enterprise, in particular the enterprise Móveis Zacarias, as its historical trajectory, representativeness, economic importance, concept, structure, culture and problems that are peculiar, for example, problems with succession, management, professionalism and communication. In addition to demonstrating the importance of Public Relations professional in mediating conflicts in family businesses. In addition to demonstrating the importance of PR, that when using any of the communication tools, can mediate and facilitate the relationship between members of the family business, and maintain both systems, leading to cooperation between business and family through preventive actions

This research has the purpose of highlighting one of the acting areas of the public relations' professional, ensuring that he has enough competence to develop his work within an organization, implementing actions and programs in pursuit of a sustainable growth. The study starts with an analysis of the organizations and their communication process to further expand the understanding of the concept of sustainable development and finally addressing the role of public relations and the scenario organizational that it is envolved. In the globalized world we live in, our relationships are mediated by the capitalism: economic system that is concerned with the higher production seeking only profits. Thus, some organizations - acting in accordance with this model, end up don't caring about the environment around them, using it only like an instrument for achieving their goals. However, because this type of action, the contemporary society is facing serious environmental problems, fact that arouses the attention of civil society members and international organs, concerned to combine progress with sustainable development. The public relations' professional, concerned about the concretization of a concept and favorable institutional identities, besides the obvious envolvement with environment, can act in defense of this, implementing policies and campaigns ecologically correct for sustainability

The success and recognition for their dedication put into the work are the need of every worker, and for that there is a constant quest for success in organizations. In this scenario, the Brazilian publishing market offers self-help literature as a practical method of acquiring the fundamental knowledge for professional development. The self-help literature for professional development addresses motivation as an essential characteristic for success, as a motivated worker earns more visibility and prominence to motivate other team members, thus arousing a spirit of leadership among the players. The motivation of workers also meets the expectations of organizations, because they improve productivity without requiring new investments. Thus, the literature on professional development is positioned as one of the best selling literary styles sold in Brazil over the years. To have an understanding of the discourse of literary style and persuasive methods known in them, we present a semiotic analysis of the five introductory chapters of selected works. Greimassian Semiotics offers great tools for understanding the introductory speeches of professional development books, which are intended to present the synthesis of the work, or demonstrate the values and knowledge of the authors, coaxing the reader to read on and be receptive to the idea of motivation presented in the books
