A contribuição do PIBID no processo de formação do pedagógico

This paper seeks to understand the importance of Pibid (Institutional Scholarship Program for Teacher Initiation) in initial formation, more specifically in the pedagogue's formation. The interest for research was motivated by my inclusion in this program, through the interdisciplinary subproject called University and school thinking of interdisciplinary teacher formation: research, reflection and action in which I participated from August 2011 to December 2013. I developed a qualitative survey of bibliographic character, which aims to analyze the theoretical productions in the field of education and that has the focus the Pibid's contribution as well as its potential. For this purpose, I considered the articles located in the Annals of the XVI ENDIPE (National Meeting of Didactic and Teaching Practice) in 2012, in all its themes (Educational policies and impacts at school and in the classroom, Policies of initial formation and continuing formation of teachers and Didactics and teaching practices in contemporary school reality: findings, analysis and propositions). I believe that the research can contribute to rethink the initial formation practices by providing subsidies to the graduated on the teaching career, raising the quality of basic education

A educação física no ensino médio em escolas particulares: as perspectivas de alunos, diretores, coordenadores e professores de educação física

Although physical education is regulated by law and recognized as a mandatory component of basic education class, which includes high school, there are many reports that these classes do not actually happen. Such evidence shows the situation experienced by the author of this study, which brought this research to the attention. Therefore, the objective was to investigate and understand the perspective of students, physical education teachers, principals and coordinators forward their ideas to this reality, about the high school physical education in private schools. The research made use of qualitative approach, guided by an exploratory study. The technique was undertaken to collect the questionnaire with open and closed questions, involving 263 students enrolled in high school of four schools in two cities in the state of Sao Paulo and also the director, coordinator and professor of physical education of each one of these institutions, resulting in 12 education professionals. The categories of analysis were defined as: 1. Regarding physical education in high school, 2. The occurrence of physical rducation in high school, 3. Content and dynamic strategies developed in class 4. Student participation in class. The results show that despite, although some schools have physical education classes, there are still many students who do not take them. This reveals a double challenge to the area, which is: although it is essential that such a curriculum component is included in the grades (respecting the regional law legal system) that is not enough students that actually participate in it. As teachers, coordinators and directors recognize the importance of effective physical education, there are numerous of factors that deserve consideration to better understand this reality. A ginástica na educação física escolar de estudantes universitários da Universidade Estadual Paulista/Campus de Rio Claro

Gymnastics is a manifestation of body culture, which has a number of fields (SOUZA, 1997): competition, demonstration, physical conditioning, body awareness and rehabilitation, providing a wide range of knowledge to be presented in physical education. But according to studies conducted by Nista- Piccolo (1988), Polito (1998), Barbosa (1999), Paoliello (2001), Ayoub (2003), Schiavon; Piccolo (2006) knowledge involving gymnastics has been tentatively applied in school. Therefore it is intended to research investigating the experiences of students with gymnastic contents of Physical Education, Universidade Estadual Paulista / Campus Rio Claro. Aiming at the students' perception regarding fitness classes they had in Physical Education. Participated in the survey 133 undergraduate students of Physical Education. On gymnastics experiences in basic education. If they did gymnastics, how often, what content, the materials used and how was that experience. Confirmed the initial hypothesis that the gym has been little applied in Physical Education. Ensino de física e energia: estudo de possibilidades didáticas na educação básica

This monograph has the inspiring theme of the Energy education, concept of extreme importance to physics, but that is rarely addressed in Brazilian schools. We bring a discussion of the problems faced in teaching this subject and present this analysis of how this issue is addressed in some textbooks that are part of the material available to students of basic education in our country. We also discuss a didactic proposal to the Physics Teaching using for this experiment. The proposal considers the student protagonist of the learning process being the builder of his own knowledge. For this proposal selected three experiments (solar plate, looping and looping coffee cups) analyzed from the point of view of energy that have the intention to leave this clearer content and close to the students. O funcionamento de uma escola de ensino integral no município de Rio Claro

EE Prof. Carolina Augusta Seraphim, School of Basic Education Cycle II, located in the municipality of Rio Claro in São Paulo, adopted the new Model School of Integral Education in 2013 from analysis and studies of state and local experiences, as an alternative to the demands of the public. The objective of the study is to characterize the operation of this new teaching model implemented by the Secretary of Education of São Paulo, based on the experiences gained through this school in the city of Rio Claro. This is a documentary research that was grounded on the content analysis of documents relating to the design of the program and the school to be searched. Having the information gathered will be compiled and analyzed using the theoretical framework as bibliographies of authors related to the topic, resulting in discussions about the recovery and casualization of teaching about this new teaching model

Studies show that the disciplines of differential and integral calculus have high failure rates in all schools where they are present and, although this problem has been accentuated in recent years, it is not a local phenomenon. It's observed since 1970s in various Institutions of higher education in Brazil. These studies seek to understand the causes of failures and proposals for teaching methodology that aims to help reduce these rates. However, there is a large contingent of students who are successful at the first time that they perform these disciplines. And these cases, although they have not been studied, can contribute greatly to the understanding the aspects that are related to learning of them. And this understanding can lead to attitudes and learning and teaching methodologies that promote the expansion of this success. The fact that these subjects also have high failure rates in the Degree in Chemistry of this Institute, this study aimed to investigate the factors that were relevant to the cases for approval of the students performed for the first time. For this we constructed a questionnaire containing objective questions and open answers. The objective sought to diagnose the profile of these students with regard to age, gender, basic education (elementary and middle school), study habits, concurrent activities, among others. These questions were analyzed using simple statistics. The open-ended questions asked students to indicate that they attribute the success obtained in the disciplines and to suggest modes of study. These questions were analyzed using thematic categorization, a method of content analysis. This questionnaire was completed, voluntarily and without identification, by students who have passed the first time attended the courses Calculus I and/ or Calculus II and had never started another college prior to this.
