The books are part of the school routine in the course of our lives, currently, we are the gateway to the processes of social literacy that begins with the presentation of these objects for babies and children in early childhood education (EI). This research has the main question: to know how are the libraries or reading rooms in Early Childhood Education Centres (CEI) of Botucatu. Thus, the overall goal is to understand, characterize and analyze the CEIs libraries Botucatu. What implies: investigate and analyze the existing legislation on school libraries, their approach to the reality of the CEIs and the official documents of early childhood education; To investigate the relationship between the child and the playful objects (books, toys etc.) and finally discover and describe the reality of School Libraries in CEIs studied. The research is qualitative orientation, more precisely a Case Study. The space, proper equipment and support provide a rich learning that will serve as the basis for school achievements. However, the offering of School Libraries and Reading Rooms in many cases it is not a reality. The survey took into account which of the schools have assets, how is the organization of space, the playful activities with learners users and which functions, training and professional responsibilities designated as responsible for School Library/Reading Room. It is noteworthy to say the official documents as a basis and motive of this research as well as the fulfillment of established targets and carried out by the municipal, state and national governments on the implementation of School Libraries in schools, with the help of programs like National Fund Development of Education (ENDF), National School Library program (PNBE) and the National Book and Reading Plan (PNLL)

O ensino da escrita no último ano da Educação Infantil: práticas convertidas ao traçado das letras excludentes à noção de símbolo

The theme of the writing learning in childhood education has conquered space in academic works, which occupy in analyze and understand how this process in contexts of meaning and not more before the mechanics of learning letters. Thus, in this work, it constitutes general objective to investigate whether and how the practice of teaching of oral and written expression in the last year of child education promotes the development of the symbol (sign) in children, so necessary to the learning of writing from inside to outside. The questions that served as the North for the study were the following: the teaching of writing, in the last year of child education, is organized to promote the development of the symbol (sign) in children? Which and how the ratings graphics made by children demarcate the stage of development of their writing? For its implementation, a bibliographic research was performed, using as a theoretical support for the prospect of Psychology socio-historical, especially authors as Vygotsky (1984), Luria (2001), Oliveira (1995) and Mello (2005). In addition to this was performed the empirical research of qualitative approach, according to his purpose. The data were collected by six instruments: systematic observation and direct in the classroom; audio-recording; records in a field diary, annual teaching plan of the school; lesson plan weekly and material produced by children, result of write activities. By means of the analysis of these data, we note that the writing has been worked from outside to inside, as an imposition, practice that opposes the theory of Vygotsky, already that the writing has been tackled in a way mechanical, in contexts not significant, with focused practices to the trace of the letters and copy of words, exclusive to the notion of symbol. Morfologia dos cardiomiócitos e quantificação do colágeno no miocárdio de ratas tratadas com isoflavonas ou estrogênios

OBJETIVOS: Avaliar a morfologia dos cardiomiócitos e quantificar o colágeno presente no miocárdio de ratas tratadas com extrato concentrado de soja ou 17β-estradiol (E2). MÉTODOS: Vinte e oito ratas foram divididas em quatro grupos: GCtrl - fase de estro; GOvx - ovariectomizadas (Ovx); GIso - Ovx tratadas com extrato de soja (150 mg/kg, por dia); GE2 - Ovx tratadas com E2 (10 µg/kg, por dia). As drogas e o veículo (0,2 mL de propilenoglicol) foram administrados após 30 dias da realização da ovariectomia, por 30 dias consecutivos. No último dia os animais foram anestesiados, o coração retirado, mergulhado em formaldeído a 10%, e fragmentos dos ventrículos submetidos a processamento histológico, sendo os cortes corados pela hematoxilina e eosina ou pelo picrosirius-red. As análises histomorfométricas (contagem, volume nuclear e quantificação do colágeno) foram realizadas em microscópio de luz e software AxioVision Rel. 4.2, sendo o colágeno determinado pelo programa Imagelab 2000. Os dados foram submetidos ao teste de ANOVA complementado pelo teste de Tukey (p<0,05). RESULTADOS: Notamos maior quantidade de núcleos de cardiomiócitos nos animais dos grupos Ovx e Iso do que no GE2 e GCtrl (GOvx=121,7±20,2=GIso=92,8±15,4>GE2=70,5±14,8=GCtrl=66,3±9,6; p<0,05), sendo o volume nuclear maior nos animais do grupo Ctrl e E2 (GE2=35,7±4,8=GCtrl=29,9±3,6>GIso=26,5±4,5=GOvx=22,4±2,9; p<0,05). Com relação ao colágeno notamos maior concentração no grupo Ovx (GOvx=5,4±0,1>GCtrl=4,0±0,1=GIso=4,4±0,08=GE2=4,3±0,5; p<0,05). CONCLUSÕES: Os estrogênios previnem a diminuição do volume nuclear dos cardiomiócitos e a deposição de colágeno entre as fibras musculares cardíacas. Já a administração de isoflavonas previne somente a deposição de colágeno, o que pode preservar as propriedades mecânicas das fibras cardíacas.

Por uma definição de terceirização

O leitor tem em mãos um texto cujo objetivo principal é propor uma definição de terceirização que seja, ao mesmo tempo, rigorosa do ponto de vista analítico e útil do ponto de vista político. Defenderemos que a terceirização é todo processo de contratação de trabalhadores por empresa interposta, cujo objetivo último é a redução de custos com a força de trabalho e (ou) a externalização dos conflitos trabalhistas. Se a formulação parece e é simples, de maneira alguma ela é consensual. Tal como veremos ao longo do texto, a terceirização é objeto de estudo de várias disciplinas e, dentro de cada uma delas, muitas são as controvérsias em torno da sua definição. Este texto é resultado de ampla pesquisa bibliográfica e de estudos de casos específicos realizados pelos autores ao longo de suas pesquisas de pós-graduação.
