Ao viver uma gesta����o, a mulher passa por mudan��as biol��gicas, som��ticas, psicol��gicas e sociais. �� de fundamental import��ncia que as gestantes recebam apoio, sejam orientadas sobre tais mudan��as e tamb��m sobre o parto, momento comumente temido por elas. A assist��ncia pr��-natal �� oferecida em n��vel nacional pelo Minist��rio da Saúde, que prop��em a realiza����o de a����es educativas e a cria����o de grupos de apoio, que visam complementar o atendimento realizado nas consultas m��dicas. Por��m, apesar de serem preconizadas, tais a����es ainda s��o insuficientes ou insatisfat��rias. O presente estudo visa contribuir com a ��rea de Educa����o em Saúde buscando, a partir do conhecimento da realidade de gestantes, realizar uma a����o de orienta����o, com a inten����o de complementar o pr��-natal realizado em Unidades de Saúde da Fam��lia (USFs). Para tanto, o objetivo geral da pesquisa foi investigar aspectos do conhecimento e dos sentimentos de gestantes usu��rias do SUS de Rio Claro a respeito da gesta����o e parto, orientando-as sobre tais assuntos. A pesquisa, com abordagem Qualitativa, objetivo Descritivo e que usou como procedimento t��cnico a Pesquisa-a����o, ocorreu no munic��pio de Rio Claro e teve como sujeitos 15 gestantes. A coleta de dados se deu atrav��s de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, que foram gravadas e de um di��rio de campo. Foi elaborado um material contendo 16 imagens coloridas, que foram utilizadas nas orienta����es individuais com o intuito de esclarecer os processos da gesta����o e parto. Os dados foram analisados atrav��s da t��cnica de An��lise de Conte��do. A maioria das entrevistadas afirmou que n��o planejava engravidar e, ainda assim, mais da metade delas n��o fazia uso de nenhum m��todo contraceptivo, mostrando que n��o houve um planejamento familiar efetivo. De direito social a dispositivo de saúde: o trabalho na legisla����o de saúde vigente

Starting from the theoretical contributions of Michel Foucault and from a critical appraisal of the Declaration of Universal Human Rights and the 1988 Brazilian Constitution, this article maps the constitution of labor as a dimension that goes from social right to health device. In our analysis we find that labor as a social right and health device has a subjective protagonism and has social and economic aspects contemplated by documents. However in defining and orienting ways of being of individuals that work delivered speeches that fall in and control, hindering the openness of workers for movements of creation expansion of life and work in its positivity of experimentations. We conclude that is not enough to recognize labor as a social right, indicate its role as a health strategy or direct political efforts without problematizing not ���what kind of work��� can be supportive in a more creative construction of its own work and health.

Gest��o da saúde no trabalho: uma experi��ncia institucional

This article aims to disseminate the results of a university action which occurred through the Extension Course entitled Management and Health at Work, conducted from March to September 2011 and offered by ���Coordenadoria de Saúde e Seguran��a do Trabalhador e Sustentabilidade Ambiental��� (a kind of Workers' health and safety and environmental sustainability agency) - an agency managed by ���Pr��-Reitoria de Administra����o - PRAd/Unesp���. This action had the audience of the technical and administrative staff of the several Institutes (Units) of UNESP in positions of Leadership and Supervision. The course was proposed to equip managers to deal with issues related to health and safety at work in daily labor. Six hundred managers of all UNESP Institutes participated in the course. The meetings were logistically designed respecting the proximity of the participants��� Institutes. The methodology adopted was based on qualitative techniques such as group discussion, role-plays, analysis of film, reading and discussing texts, together with the preparation of a proposal for health promotion by the participants. As a result it was considered that the course offered a convenient and timely opportunity to reflect on and discuss the theme of health and safety at UNESP, as well as to make leaders and managers effective agents to implement programs of disease prevention and health promotion at work.

Intera����es metodol��gicas e interrela����es humanas: alicer��ando a transdisciplinaridade no campo da saúde no trabalho

This article provides reflections and discussions about the importance of human interactions and methodological interrelations to substantiate the integrity in the transdisciplinary process in teams that operate in health area. Should be taken as reference the Complexity Theory of Edgar Morin, the logic transdisciplinary of Basarab Nicolescu and the formation groups principles based on the Socionomic Theory of Jacob Levy Moreno. It was concluded that the complexity of the methodologies in the field of workplace health, are influenced by factors that intersect between the scientific interaction and human interrelationships, which allow the transdisciplinary construction. However, the constructions requires the development of professionals in their areas and in their relationship with others as a way of supporting the perspective of transdisciplinarity, ie, interaction, in which different individuals are interrelated with the methodologies and providing articulations and coconstructions from which actualize the transformations.
