O conceito da televisão pública para a rede nacional de televisão pública digital

A Rede Nacional de Televisão Pública Digital3 (RNTPD), antes prevista para ser implantada por meio de um Operador de Rede Público, passa agora a ser estudada para ser efetivada por meio da malha de fibra óptica da Telebrás (banda larga), empresa que apresentou projeto com possibilidade de redução em 50% dos gastos da implantação da rede. Com a previsão da parceria, a meta da implantação da rede deve atingir cerca 4,3 mil cidades em quatro anos, chegando a aproximadamente 80% dos municípios brasileiros. Por meio de uma pesquisa exploratória, este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar alguns conceitos de televisão pública discutidos pela sociedade civil organizada e academia para a RNTPD.

Parque dos Macacos: em busca de reconhecimento e urbanidade

This paper aims to discuss the current issues involving urban water courses and, subsequently through the design of an urban park qualify the Permanent Preservation Area of the Córrego dos Macacos, locate in the city of São José do Rio Preto - São Paulo, seeking the population recognition on this living hydric resource and therefore achieve urbanity. For that purpose, we studied the urbanistic planning of the city of São José do Rio Preto regarding the proposed theme and the area of the Córrego dos Macacos valley, one of the segments of the Parque Setorial, in two previous moments as well as some key concepts, starting from a methodology of bibliographic studies analysis. After this analysis, it were determined some general guidelines for the entire extension of the stream, and finally it was chosen a specific segment to formulate proposals for a planned and design space according to the characteristics of the place

Parque da Sanbra: requalificando um vazio urbano em Ourinhos

This work consists in analyzing an urban area of the city of Ourinhos. That site was located an old industry, the 40s, the Brazilian Northeast Algodoeira Society (Sanbra). Which was shut down and the existing buildings were demolished. With the demolition, was an area unused to city, and became an urban empty in the railway area of Ourinhos. The local study is an example of what happened in many Brazilian cities, where old factories were closed, making it useless to the city and also without identity with the urban space. Therefore, this project sought the potentialities and problematics of the area and its surroundings, for the purpose to get elements to create a quality space for the life of ourinhenses and give a new use to space

The housing issue in Brazil is'nt a recent problem and has been discussed, worked and questioned in the institutional framework, especially with regard to the critical considerations on the topic and urban problems involved. We as milestones in the Brazilian housing policy the National Housing Bank - BNH, 1964, the height of the military regime in Brazil, and the Minha Casa, Minha Vida, in 2009. Both have questions that approach and distance themselves regarding changes in the Brazilian housing policy, where we have the emergence of new forms of knowledge production and housing consumption. Thus we have a number of advances in ways of acquiring social housing, even at different times, it is characterized as capitalist forms of this issue. Thus the spatial process of housing developments arising from these programs reflect the change in space - time that they lay down, turning the urban space of the cities in this case the city of Presidente Prudente / SP

Procedimentos de pesquisa em geografia do comércio: uma proposição para o estudo das áreas centrais em cidades médias a partir da análise dos índices de densidade informacional da cidade de São Carlos (SP)

In this work, we address the informational Density Index (IDI) a methodological Option How To be used on the Research Procedures Analysis of Commerce Geography. The IDI and an indicator of Technological Complexity level of economic activities and a review and made a database from CNEFE / NCEA, where the first signifies the National Register of Establishments for statistical purposes and the second means a National Classification Economic Activities. Elaborated with emphasis on discussion of between center and centrality relations, wish to present a constitution of a data base on level sampling with an analysis elaboration do IDI from the criteria: home-page and e - commerce.
