This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. Readings were taken from several authors who treat on the subject

This study has its objective to analyze how the Technology of Information and Communication-TIC will be applied in the construction on new knowledge in the schools bounded to the program Acessa Escola.( School turned on) This program from São Paulo’s Government, developed by the Secretary of Education of the State , under the coordination of the Foundation to the Development of the Education-FDE, which has the work proposal to promote the digital inclusion to all the educational community. Making it possible the access of the Technology of Information and Communication to the users; Students, teachers, and school employees to have the exchange of information and knowledge. Therefore, there is the collaboration between teachers and student.For the development of this research, there will be semi-structured interviews with high school teacher from 3 different High Schools of Piracicaba-SP. These interviews will be done in a qualitative approach and will be submitted to the Ethic Committee from the University

Observando-se o desenvolvimento de uma criança, podemos perceber que, na verdade, nossa primeira e natural forma de comunicação se dá através de nossos corpos, sendo a linguagem oral e escrita as substitutas impostas pela atual cultura social. A execução de movimentos corporais como o dançar, por exemplo, é adequada para o desenvolvimento da criança como um todo, pois estimula aspectos como o senso de coletivismo/individualismo, a cooperação, a criatividade e a livre expressão. A dança encontra-se inserida no currículo da Educação Básica, porém cada vez mais ela só toma forma às vésperas de alguma festividade escolar. Além disso, as coreografias são elaboradas e ensaiadas por professores despreparados e sem formação na área de dança, o que leva a um aprendizado vazio, sem conteúdo significativo para o desenvolvimento dos indivíduos. Tendo como base o desenvolvimento infantil e sua relação com a dança, esse projeto desenvolvido com crianças do 3° e 4° ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola municipal de Botucatu, teve como principal objetivo despertar nas mesmas o gosto pela dança. As atividades foram desenvolvidas em aulas semanais de uma hora e focalizaram o conhecimento teórico-prático de alguns tipos de dança, além de desenvolverem, dentre outras, a capacidade criativa, de socialização, de conhecimento do próprio corpo e expressão do ser. De uma forma geral, houve participação e dedicação durante as atividades propostas, apesar da alta instabilidade e oscilação quanto ao número de alunos que participavam do projeto. Mesmo assim, pode-se perceber significativa evolução em relação à socialização, criatividade e motricidade das crianças. The teaching of modern and contemporary Physics subjects in high school is indispensable and it was already justified by several researchers. Among the subjects which must be taught, there is, for instance, Bohr atomics model. However, as it was noticed in literature review, many didactic materials do not deal with this model adequately, since that they do not take into account Bohr ideas, which involved Planck studies on black-body radiation, Einsten theory for photoelectric effect, Rutherford experiences and atomics model and the empiric results upon the spectrums of chemical elements emission. From that, it is extremely important teaching through approaches which potentialize the learning of the model proposed by Niels Bohr. On the other hand, teachers from high schools cannot have clearness about which approaches can be applied for teaching the mentioned model. Thus, it is presented some possibilities for teaching Bohr atomics model, with examples and justifications for the use of each one. Special treatment was attributed to the teaching from Science History and Philosophy, from the reading of scientific diffusion and original scientific texts, from analogies, from comic strips and from computer simulations.

The objective of this work is to present an analysis of the results of a study about the reading practices of a group of teachers from the public school, discussing how these practices constitute themselves since the initial formation until the teaching period. The selected teachers had their formation between the end of the 60’s and the beginning of the 80’s, remaining as teachers of the public school for the next twenty years. Using as methodology the narrative research, we are going to discuss how the reading appears in the lives of these professionals, what their representations about it are and how the reading permeates their lives and their actuations in the school, passing through the first contacts with the books until the collision between theory and practice, observed in the speech of the teachers who were interviewed, always taking into account the teaching formation.

Results of educative actions on the control of vectors for dengue and leishmaniasis were evaluated by using an online semi-present course directed to teachers from Fundamental I Education level in Araçatuba-SP. 40 teachers from municipal schools located on geographical areas of town with higher occurrence of dengue and leishmaniasis cases, attended to the course, which consisted in a conceptual part directed to specific subjects such as vector borne and zoonotic diseases, responsible ownership of pets and health education and a practical phase, directed to execution and application of educative projects in the target schools. Data about the teacher’s specific knowledge, before and after the attendance to the course, were submitted to the Wilcoxon test with a 5% of significant level. The application of practical educative projects was evaluated by multiplicative actions involving target public. Tests showed statistically significant increase in the knowledge about the studied diseases (p<0.0001) after the course, especially on questions related to etiological agent, clinical symptoms on man and animals and prevention. Activities of knowledge multiplication envolved teachers and students which detected the problems and promoted education actions in their neighborhood as stage performing, group cleaning activities and elaboration and distribution of folders during a student pared. In conclusion, educative actions direct to the control of diseases vectors using a semi-present course, provides new knowledge to the teachers, impelling them to motivate their students to adopt vectors control measures and environmental cares and to sensitive the community to collaborate with control diseases.

In modern society technologies have played an important space exerting influences in different spheres. Today's young people are born immersed in the digital and virtual reality, which has changed the ways of learning, as well as to relate to the world. All this context has intensified the debate on the potential of ICT in education and training means. In this study, we sought to investigate the teachers' vision of ICT in the school environment, how they are being incorporated into the school and the limits and possibilities of the use of ICT in the learning process. Questionnaires were administered to 150 teachers who teach in high school in the state network of São Paulo teaching, but specifically in Piracicaba. Continuing, semi-structured interviews with a group of 8 directors were carried out so that there was a deepening on the issues raised by teachers in the questionnaire. The research brought to light important issues for discussion and referral measures striving to support public policies of integration of ICT in schools. Teachers spoke about the advantages and disadvantages of their use and the process of integration. It was observed that, despite efforts to implementation, there are still problems with infrastructure of schools, teacher training and working conditions
