Studies show that the theme of gender relations within the MST (Rural Landless Workers Movement) has incorporated some feminist guidelines discussions in the set of its speeches and daily practices. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the production of meanings about the political militancy of women linked to MST in Rio Grande do Norte. The specific objectives sought to identify the continuities and ruptures related to the women's role in the family of the militant women and to investigate the militant’s discursive positioning about their work. The study is configured as a qualitative research, which six women militants linked to the MST at the RN participated. These women occupy the coordination and leadership functions in the movement. We will use a semi-structured interview, initially guided by triggering questions that included, among others, the dimensions: political militancy, family and work as an access tool to the phenomenon. The reports were analyzed from an initial categorization, based on the guiding principles: militancy, family and work, and were based on theoretical perspective of studies about the production of meaning, discursive practices, social psychology and gender studies. The meanings of militancy point to: contribution, hope, recognition, transformation, awareness and fight. The results show that there is always a positivation speech of life, achievements of a formation and about a new place as a woman at stake. These results come justified by the collective investment of struggle, not only for the access to land, but for social rights achievements too. Finally, the MST stands with a discursive agency that contributes to produce in these women not only the way of political participation: but a way to be exercised with collective subjects and their rights.

The use and abuse of Psychoactive Substances (PAS) in contemporaneity corresponds to a social issue and a public health issue. Few social phenomena entail more costs with justice and health, family difficulties, and appearances in the media than the PAS abuse comsumption. The government power has been facing this situation allocating investments and developing public policies. Despite the current Mental Health Policy, based on the principles of Psychiatric Reform that prioritizes outpatient services, the number of investments from various government spheres and families requests for admissions continue increasing. This study aimed to understand the pathos experienced by an individual toward the involuntary internment of a family member who is an abusive user of PAS. The research also aimed to investigate what led that individual to choose this type of treatment. The Psychoanalysis was the theoretical basis of this work, and the exercise of the psychoanalytic method, from the collection of bibliographic references up to the interpretation of the semi-structured interview, conducted in depth, was intended. The findings of this research gave us the oportunity of thinking about how the social callings to the family were made, especially in regard of atention and care with their family members who are user of PAS and how it affects this family individual. It also allowed to discuss how the public policies that preconize involuntary internment, affectivity, prohibitionist and mono-disciplinarity – that cross the State in the attention given to this issue – are formulated and implemented. The interview analysis showed us how happen the agencying of pathos, the libidinal aspects of joy and guilt, the desire to punish and atonement, working in family relations and in caring relations, especially in the decision for involuntary internment. The survey also made possible to understand how a mother, facing the chaotic scene of public health, helpless, finds in the involuntary internment a way to reverberate her affections.

La reciente crisis en la Argentina no sólo puso de manifiesto un deterioro macroeconómico de magnitud, sino que además trajo aparejado el incremento de personas que padecen hambre y la profundización de los problemas socioeconómicos y nutricionales de los estratos en situación de pobreza. Bahía Blanca no estuvo ajena a esta situación, por lo que surgieron numerosos comedores comunitarios con el fin de dar una respuesta inmediata a esta problemática. Pasado el momento más álgido de la crisis, el Gobierno Municipal de Bahía Blanca puso en marcha el programa "Volviendo a casa". Este trabajo tiene como propósito no sólo presentar el programa "Volviendo a casa" como una política pública innovadora, sino también exponer su metodología de evaluación. La propuesta de este programa se basa en la asignación directa a las familias de mayor vulnerabilidad de módulos alimentarios (víveres frescos y secos), kits de limpieza, mobiliario elemental, entre otras cosas. En forma paralela, se realizan educación alimentaria y talleres de fortalecimiento familiar, con el objetivo de reestablecer sus derechos y mejorar el nivel nutricional de los individuos y sus vínculos familiares. La evaluación se desarrollará en forma conjunta entre el Gobierno Municipal y la Universidad Nacional del Sur. Se trata de una investigación exploratoria descriptiva que a través de técnicas cualitativas (grupos focales) revelará la sustentabilidad del programa. En la sección 1 presentamos la metodología cualitativa como una vía de evaluación de programas. En la sección 2 se describe cómo se desarrolló la crisis en Bahía Blanca y a continuación se presenta el Programa "Volviendo a Casa". En la sección 4 se exponen los resultados preliminares de la primera actividad evaluativa del Programa desarrollada. Por último, en las consideraciones finales se vierten las primeras ideas sobre algunos de los aspectos principales del programa

En este trabajo nos ocuparemos de la frontera agraria de Misiones, considerándola desde el punto de vista de la política oficial y desde la perspectiva de los productores agrícolas allí asentados. En la primera parte consideraremos la frontera agraria de Misiones desde el punto de vista de la política oficial referida al tema. Los inicios de la década del setenta marcan la intensificación del control estatal sobre el espacio fronterizo y la mayor afluencia de población hacia el área. En la segunda parte describiremos el proceso de ocupación agrícola de uno de los departamentos del área Guaraní, centrándonos en el período 1970-1986.

As mudanças e o aumento da concorrência em todos os segmentos econômicos têm exigido das empresas um grau de profissionalização cada vez maior. As empresas familiares, além desse desafio frente ao mercado, ainda se deparam com dificuldades intrínsecas às suas características, como a dificuldade em separar o que é família, empresa e patrimônio. Portanto, é necessário se preparar para continuar no mercado e desenvolver um plano de sucessão para as próximas gerações. O objetivo geral deste trabalho é propor um instrumento de avaliação do processo sucessório em empresas familiares. Dentre os objetivos específicos, encontram-se identificar itens de maturidade no processo sucessório, oferecer diretrizes estratégicas para promover a sucessão em empresas familiares e avaliar a aplicabilidade do instrumento de pesquisa. Para a empresa estar preparada para a sucessão, ela não pode tratar somente o assunto isoladamente. Portanto, os temas estratégia, planejamento estratégico, distinção entre família, propriedade e gestão, governança corporativa e maturidade, também são aprofundados ao longo da revisão de literatura. Por meio de um estudo de caso com abordagem exploratória, o trabalho foi desenvolvido tendo-se como base modelos disponíveis na literatura para avaliação de maturidade. Antes da aplicação, o instrumento foi submetido à avaliação por cinco especialistas em empresas familiares. Como resultado, foi possível propor uma avaliação para o processo sucessório, identificando itens de maturidade e oferecendo diretrizes estratégicas para promover a sucessão em empresas familiares. Conclui-se que a avaliação do processo sucessório pode contribuir para a empresa identificar seus pontos fortes, minimizando dificuldades e superando obstáculos para sua sobrevivência no mercado ao longo das gerações. / The advance of competition in all of the economy markets has being demanding companies to have professional businesses, in an increasing way. The family business, beyond this challenge, still faces particular difficulties, such as the difference among family, business and ownership. So, it is a necessity for them being ready for their continuity in the market and developing a succession plan for the next generations. The main objective of this work is to propose an evaluation instrument for succession process. Specific objectives are to identify maturity items in the succession process, offer strategic directions to promote succession in family businesses and evaluate the usage of the research instrument. To get ready for succession, the company can not work just this subject. Therefore, it includes topics like: strategy, strategic planning, difference among family, business and ownership, corporate governance, and maturity are reviewed along the literature. Using a case study research method with an exploratory approach, it was developed based on maturity models available in the literature for maturity evaluation. Prior to the application, the research instrument was applied to five specialists in family businesses. As a result, it was possible to propose an evaluation model for succession, identifying maturity items and offering strategic perspectives to promote the succession process in family businesses. As conclusion, the succession evaluation could contribute for the company identifies its strengths, minimizing difficulties and overcoming obstacles for survival throughout generations.

This thesis aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Food Acquisition Program(PAA) through CONAB RN in the period of 2003-2010 with the perception of all agents involved in the implementation of the government program.For the methodological trajectory it was adopted a descriptive bibliographical and documentary approach with triangular qualitative and quantitative, also called evaluative research.The theoretical model was supported by the authors Draibe (2001), Aguilar and Ander-Egg (1994) and Silva(2001), among others, that focused on family farming and evaluation of implementation of public policy having as a category of analysis the size implementation of policy and the latter divided into 10 theoretical dimensions.The universe consisted of three groups: the first were the managers and technicians from CONAB(RN and Brasilia), totaling 15 subjects. The second group was of associations/cooperatives that participated in the programin 2010, totaling a sample in each access of 15 representatives. The third group of subjects totaled with 309 representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations that received donations of food for the same period. Semi-structured interviews and forms were adopted as instruments of data collection.The data were processed qualitatively by the analysis of content (interviews and documents) and quantitatively by means of statistical tests that allowed inferences and adoption of frequencies. Among the key find ingests that the program is not standing as a structure supported by planning. The interests of the performers do not necessarily converge with the objectives of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA). A shockof goals was identified (within the same program) when comparingthe financial agent (Ministry of Rural Development and of Social Development and Fight Against Hunger Ministry r) and the executor, CONAB/RN. Within the assessed dimensions, the most fragileis the sub-managerial decision-making and Organizational Environment and internal assessment, still deserves attention the sizeof logistical and operational Subsystem, as this also proved weak.The focusin the quest toexpand thequantificationof the resultsof theFood Acquisition Program (PAA)by CONAB/RN does forget a quality management focused on what really should be:the compliance with the institutional objectives of the government program.Finally, the perspective for the traded implementation should be re-examined because excessive discretion by managers along with technical staff has characterized there al role of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) as public policy. We conclude that the implementation model, which apparently aggregates values to the benefitted citizens, has weakened the context of work on family farms having the management model of the implementation process be reviewed by the Federal Government and point too ther paths, which have as a guide line the emancipation and developmentof the field or in the field andat the same time enables the reduction of nutritional deficiency of beneficiaries in a balanced and coherent way

The Women s experiences in the private sphere under the work s field changes the family relationship allowing them more freedom, autonomy and independence. This study turns possible conclude that the women s participations in productive groups in solidary economical change significantly their life and their family life. The group s organisations process, the training was received, the collective production, the marketing and the mobilized participation to move it all was fundamental for women share with their families partners some homemade and take care with the children. Debido a la escasa literatura existente en español sobre el tema de protocolo familiar la presente ponencia se propone mostrar los rasgos característicos de esta importante carta de navegación para las familias en entornos empresariales. En primera instancia se aborda con brevedad el marco conflictivo que más frecuentemente se manifiesta en las empresas familiares y luego se ilustra sobre los principales soportes existentes para prevenir o evitar tal problemática. El trabajo muestra luego la razón de serdel protocolo resaltando los principales beneficios que se persiguen con los compromisos asumidos en él. Se muestran posteriormente los factores relevantes previos a la elaboración yse induce hacia una posible estructura guía, obviamente sujeta a modificaciones y ajustes para cada caso de empresa familiar.la inercia inicial a los interesados en esta temática para que su esfuerzo en la elaboración de un protocolo familiar se vea favorecido con algunas pautas que ayuden a clarificar ese proceso. El autor, sin embargo, hace un llamado a quienes conocen o tienen estudios sobre este tema, para que manifiesten los criterios, aportes o sugerencias que puedan contribuir a la complementación y mejora de este documento. This paper comprises an investigation on the influence of the variable family backgrounds (father school level, mother school level and family income) over the pupil s performance in admissions examination (entrance test or PROITEC) at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN). From that point of view, the main goal of this research is to analyze the influence of the family background as a determiner of the pupil´s performance in the access to Technical and Professional education at IFRN. Secondary data were used from two databases (entrance test and PROITEC) adding up to 19.226 observations to the vacancies offered in the year of 2013. Aiming at achieving the proposed goal, a conceptual model composed of three hypothesis was developed. The results were presented in four stages: stage I presentation of the descriptive statistical results of the two databases; stage II separation of the campi in clusters; stage III analysis of multiple regressions; stage IV analysis of the logistics regressions. Two statistical tests were used to validate the hypothesis: T-test and Wald test. Hypothesis 1 and 2 were confirmed and H3 was refused. The results presented favorable causal connections to the family income and the father school level variables (with bigger effect for fathers with a higher education degree). The mother school level variable did not provide statistical significance for this research. Based on this result, after this work, this institution is to develop a strategic plan to assist in the success rate of students preparing diagnoses in order to diminish the effects of the variables that impacted negatively

This research studies the relation between city and nature in the urbanity s plans from Natal RN, Brazil, during the 20th century. Investigates and analyses the main documents that bring environmental s ideas inside from the urbanity s plans of Natal; gives the historical and economical situation from the city in each period studied; features the urbanity s plans, using categories of analyses to comprehension of this instruments. Try to contribute in the bigger process of historical rescue of Natal, and stimulates new studies. It was used documental s research, and bibliographic material. It was identified four (04) kinds of plans: the ones that focus in health and aesthetic (1901, 1929, 1935) technology and science (1968), zoning and control (1974, 1984) and environment. The hints founded shows that environmental ideas were put inside of the plans by government demands, especially in 1994 s plan, almost always without popular contribution and without this population get understands its meanings and implications
