Levantamento da mastofauna terrestre de médio e grande porte em remanescente de floresta neotropical – Itatinga, SP

The Brazil´s Atlantic coastal forest biome is considered one of the richest and most exuberant biodiversity of the whole planet. Still, other data shows the reality of this Brazilian forest: more than 93% of its original formation has been already devastated, being the human actions the greatest threat to the perpetuation of the balance and diversity of this ecosystem. This destruction affects all the fauna and flora, with even greater impact on medium and large mammals, due to its high demand on the availability of resources, living area and sensitivity to disturbances. However, today it is known the vital importance of these mammals in the preservation and maintenance of biological systems. Thus, the purpose of this study was to survey the species richness of medium and large mammals in a remnant neotropical forest located in Itatinga, SP,Brazil, using the indirect method of recording (traces on sand-plots, marking territorial, faeces, carcasses, scratches on tree trunks and vocalizations) and camera trapping. Data were collected during ten (10) consecutive months in the year 2008, from February to November. Within twenty-five plots of sand installed and monitored during the ten months were found fifteen (15) species of terrestrial mammals of medium and large, five (5) orders and twelve (12) families. Among them, we highlight the presence of threated species like the puma (Puma concolor), the deer (Mazama gouazoubira) and the giant anteaters (Myrmecophaga tridactyla). The chosen method showed up effective in raising terrestrial mammalian species of medium and large neotropical forest area, having a good applicability and advantages over other existing methods. Estudo da estabilidade dinâmica e controle da aeronave AF-X da equipe AeroFEG

The present work aims to study the stability and control of the aircraft AF-X of AeroFEG team for AeroDesign to contribute with it in developing its theoretical project report for the competition and present the shortcomings of stability that it might measures for the practical test. In the first moment, it was presented forces and motion of the aircraft, so to define the equations of motion. After the equations of motion were calculated, the transfer functions were found and the aircraft response was analyzed under longitudinal stability and lateral-directional. We obtained responses from the aircraft and through the method of Root Locus the gains required to improve responses and reduce the overshoot, finally some changes and improvements for increased stability have been addressed. Identificando tipos de personalidade na dança de salão

Many studies have shown a variety of benefits that the practice of Ballroom Dancing can bring, such as leisure and entertainment, the release of tension from a stressful routine, improving relationships, expanding social contacts. The rationale of this study is by the need to evaluate a different sphere of life of people involving the structure that is the personality. The man is humanized in contact with other men and the culture it is almost impossible to grow it in isolation, that is, are the social relationships that allow men to become human and her personality structure. The relationship brought about by the ballroom dancing can benefit the development of personality or simply put individuals in situations that provide a greater understanding of yourself, as this activity has characteristics that greatly facilitate social contact between people who practice it as the relationship between gentleman and lady for a dance, the contact with people in different classes, social events where it is practiced and even the music that is danced. This work aimed to be able to identify the type or types, the most common personalities exist in one group of participants in a course of Ballroom, based on the technique of Enneagram developed and disseminated by Gurdjieff, whose characteristic is to divide into nine different personality types. Participants were 42 students of the extent to ballroom dancing. We administered a questionnaire to identify the personality of each participant and then there was a second observation time the behavior of six participants in the class for confirmation of your psychological type to issofoi used a checklist developed by the author. Estudo e aplicação da técnica de vibroacustografia em ensaios não destrutivos

A presença de falhas, trincas, furos e fadigas causam perturbações nos modos vibracionais (normais) de uma estrutura, por exemplo, tubos, gasodutos e peças metálicas. Uma vez conhecido o espectro de freqüência de uma estrutura instalada em condições normais (sem falhas), é possível acompanhar através, de ensaios não destrutivos uma alteração no espectro de freqüência que pode estar associado a alguma falha mecânica na estrutura.O presente trabalho busca encontrar um padrão nos sinais de resposta dos materiais analisados pela técnica de Vibroacustografia, antes e depois das deformidades causadas. Tentando viabilizar a técnica para a utilização em Ensaios Não Destrutivos (END). E futuramente, para as amostras biológicas, espera-se estender os conhecimentos obtidos dos ensaios anteriores para detecção e prevenção de possíveis fraturas do tecido ósseo

Whereas acts of violence in the school environment reflect cultural changes and social developments experienced by contemporary society, an important aspect to be studied with regard to gender issues, specifically those related to the new role assumed by women in contemporary society. Thus, this project aims to analyze the relationship between gender and school violence from the investigation of the perception that students in a class of high school, a public school in the city of Rio Claro, have on the subject. In addition, we attempted to contextualize historically gender relations throughout history; identify which gender is the highest occurrence of fights, as well as list the reasons identified by students for violence in the school environment. The results showed that school violence committed by females is performed by the towering male. And that in a nutshell, the reasons identified for the occurrence of school violence are related to disrespect, prejudices, misunderstandings, emotional issues and conflicts occurring in everyday spot.

A importância das relações familiares para a sexualidade e a autoestima de pessoas com deficiência física

O artigo trata de uma reflexão sobre o impacto da deficiência adquirida na vida da pessoa e a importância das relações familiares e afetivas como condições importantes para a reestruturação emocional e o resgate da autoestima a partir de uma nova imagem corporal marcada pela deficiência física. Parte-se do pressuposto que a deficiência é um fenômeno social que atinge, sobretudo, os aspectos psicológicos do indivíduo deficiente. O desenvolvimento da autoestima da pessoa com deficiência dependerá de relações sociais e eróticas favoráveis, tanto na família quanto em outras instituições, assim como de condições adequadas, que devem ser favorecidas pela sociedade inclusiva, visando desenvolver para esses sujeitos aceitação social, integração, independência e autonomia.

Desamparo psíquico na contemporaneidade

This article has as a purpose to make a theoretical reflection on the experience of helplessness in the recent days. It starts from the Freud’s concept of helplessness, and compares it with analyses and reflections from contemporary authors on models of subjectivation which have risen at the present time. In the first experiences of life helplessness comes out as a result of an incompleteness of the organism, its need to perform exchanges with the world, and the extreme dependency on help from others. On the one hand, the contemporary culture highlights the individualism, which indicates good possibilities for granting desires. On the other hand, it makes bonds and relationships ephemeral and fragile. At the absence of a solid, safe and stable continent for affective and emotional experiences a feeling of helplessness appears. It activates primary defense mechanisms, contributing to the intensification of regressive forms of subjectivation and the decline of the symbolic sphere.
