Criação e manutenção de brinquedotecas: reflexões acerca do desenvolvimento de parcerias

O objetivo deste trabalho é fazer uma reflexão acerca da prática de instalar e manter brinquedotecas. O relato aqui apresentado refere-se à experiência de nossa equipe, no período de 1997 a 1999, na prestação de assessoria entre a Universidade e instituições escolares com o objetivo de criar e manter funcionando brinquedotecas. Este relato também enfatiza alguns fatores instrumentais e a continuidade destes programas.

Epidemiologia descritiva de Salmonella em ecossistemas aquáticos de diferentes áreas do Estado do Pará

A vigilância dos sorovares de Salmonella em ambientes aquáticos constitui um dos principais elementos do monitoramento das infecções humanas e animais. Foram analisadas 694 amostas de águas de diferentes origens (rio, igarapé, baía, praias, lago, poço, nascente, abastecimento, córrego, drenagem e esgoto) procedentes de 11 municípios do Estado do Pará, e de 212 (30,5%) amostras foram isoladas 2.115 cepas de 91 sorovares de Salmonella. Foram identificados 77 sorovares de Salmonella do total de 1.300 isolamentos de água doce e esgoto no município de Belém, destacando os sorovares S. Saintpaul, S. Panama, S. Muenster, S. Hadar e S. Agona. Na Floresta Nacional de Caxiuanã, 69,4% das amostras de águas foram positivas para Salmonella e 17 sorovares foram identificados, sendo S. Panama, S. Miami e S. Gaminara os mais freqüentes. Dentre os isolados de Salmonella dos ambientes aquáticos, 64,8% foram resistentes às drogas, com especial destaque para a estreptomicina (97,1%) e a tetraciclina (10,8%). Ocorreu distribuição uniforme quanto a presença de Salmonella e coliformes termotolerantes em águas superficiais e subterrâneas, porém em 10 situações positivas para Salmonella não foi possível isolar E.coli. O meio de enriquecimento Rappaport-Vassiliadis foi mais eficiente do que o Selenito Cistina para o isolamento de Salmonella quando mantido a 42,5ºC. Os sorovares isolados em esgoto foram os mesmos obtidos a partir de coproculturas humanas no mesmo período. Os resultados mostram a grande disseminação/dispersão da Salmonella em ecossistemas aquáticos no Estado do Pará e o risco potencial à saúde da população humana.

Technological development in the IT and telecommunications sectors have transformed the way organizations communicate with their audiences. Social Media allow the exchange of information instantaneously, in a communication from many to many. With few studies in the area, many companies venture into the social media without a strategy and a generally end up denigrating their image itself. Thus, this study was conceived from the idea of contributing, analytically, based on the main concepts of Public Relations so the organizations effectively take advantage of their online presence to generate relationships, more specifically, on Twitter.Twitter is a social media with a mature public, requiring dynamics of information and quick answers, based on dialogue, referring to the idea of text messages (SMS). To better expose the results of this research, three organizations with expertise in twitter were chosen: Bradesco , Positivo Informática and Ponto Frio. The choice of case studies was based on the different segments that each one operates and that they are large companies with reputable commercial operations in the Brazilian scenario. To analyze their profiles, several authors were studied, like Fábio França, Maria Aparecida Ferrari, Margarida Kunsch e Marlene Machiori.The intent of the analysis of the Twitter profiles of these organizations is to understand whether they are using strategies for creating and maintaining relationships with your followers and how this occurs from specific categories, as other companies have committed serious errors and impairing their business because of mismanagement in social media. Therefore, the profiles were analyzed from the netnográfica methodology. Comparação de custo e viabilidade técnica de obras com parede de concreto em relação a obras de alvenaria estrutural

Are being released in the construction market in Brazil ventures called Super 6. These businesses sell the promise of delivery of the apartment in six months after the launch of the venture. To meet this deadline are being deployed the constructive method of concrete walls using aluminum shapes. This system basically consists of pouring slabs and walls once, i.e. building up the wall shapes and slab joints. On the walls are used cloth, with reinforcements in vain and corners of walls and on these screens are tied the electrical boxes and conduits. For each tower is used the so-called system of half way, i.e. the system so it is sufficient to mount the Middle deck. Using a concrete which can be deformed in the next day you can lift one deck every two days with ready electric and hydraulicsystem, without having to tow the wall doing only minor fixes in the imperfections after concrete. With this system won an incredible speed in the construction of the structure reducing in almost one-third the length of the work. This work aims to compare in terms of cost-benefit of masonry structural systems and this new concrete wall system called Super 6. For this comparison will be used as parameter values used for the achievement of the Enterprise Portal of Roses of constructor Tenda which is one of the first to use concrete wall system. This project basically consists of seven towers of six floors each and will be budgeted the cost of this project if it were held in structural masonry. From these data it will be possible to make a comparison about the actual beneficial to adopt this system

This study aims to analyze the experience of Solidarity Economy in the City of Várzea Paulista - SP and from the incubation of the enterprise of aesthetics Casa da Beleza. Therefore, we need to present a historical overview of the Solidarity Economy in Brazil to understand how and why it has been developing in the country, as it has become State policies on the national scene, as well as on municipal. Single-cell expression profiling reveals a dynamic state of cardiac precursor cells in the early mouse embryo

In the early vertebrate embryo, cardiac progenitor/precursor cells (CPs) give rise to cardiac structures. Better understanding their biological character is critical to understand the heart development and to apply CPs for the clinical arena. However, our knowledge remains incomplete. With the use of single-cell expression profiling, we have now revealed rapid and dynamic changes in gene expression profiles of the embryonic CPs during the early phase after their segregation from the cardiac mesoderm. Progressively, the nascent mesodermal gene Mesp1 terminated, and Nkx2-5+/Tbx5+ population rapidly replaced the Tbx5low+ population as the expression of the cardiac genes Tbx5 and Nkx2-5 increased. At the Early Headfold stage, Tbx5-expressing CPs gradually showed a unique molecular signature with signs of cardiomyocyte differentiation. Lineage-tracing revealed a developmentally distinct characteristic of this population. They underwent progressive differentiation only towards the cardiomyocyte lineage corresponding to the first heart field rather than being maintained as a progenitor pool. More importantly, Tbx5 likely plays an important role in a transcriptional network to regulate the distinct character of the FHF via a positive feedback loop to activate the robust expression of Tbx5 in CPs. These data expands our knowledge on the behavior of CPs during the early phase of cardiac development, subsequently providing a platform for further study.

In many oral rehabilitation professionals seeking venture renew people smile. However, these procedures have functional implications and aesthetic criteria which must be satisfied so that the final result is predictable. The restoration of relations intermaxillary, phonetics, masticatory function, esthetics and patient comfort are the goals to be achieved. An effective way to achieve these goals when immediate reconstruction with permanent dentures is not possible, make use of a type of partial denture called overlay. Bruxism is a manifestation of biopsychological imbalance that affects the stomatognathic system, characterized by clenching and / or attrition of teeth together so centric or eccentric, can be manifestation of nocturnal or diurnal. Its effects can manifest themselves in different parts of the stomatognathic system, varying the severity of the damage as the resistance of the structures affected, the time of existence, its regularity and the general state of the wearer. The description of the steps followed in solving this case, in which the patient edentulous mandibular arch while the maxillary arch showed absence of teeth 16 and 26 and, except for the teeth 17 and 27, all other teeth showed wear very sharp in the sense denoting incisal cervical, severe impairment of the vertical dimension, the quality of masticatory function and a marked impairment phonetic, this case report aims to guide the beginning of a rehabilitation, as well as the transitional phase of treatment for recovery of functional and aesthetic relationships intermaxillary .
