Em palestra realizada no dia 06 de julho de 2012, na FGV/ SP, Ricardo Baitelo, Coordenador de Campanhas de Energia Renovável do Greenpeace Brasil fala acerca dos temas: Negociações internacionais ligadas ao Setor Energético e Plano Nacional de mudanças climáticas. A oficina foi realizada no contexto das Iniciativas Empresariais em Clima, rede que agrega CT Clima (CEBDS), Plataforma Empresas pelo Clima (GVces), Fórum Clima (Ethos) e Rede Clima (CNI). O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar e discutir o modelo de gestão de inovação da Copesul, uma empresa do setor petroquímico, cujas principais características serão mostradas logo a seguir. Posteriormente, será apresentado um breve histórico da evolução da empresa a partir do processo de privatização, com o intuito de destacar os eventos marcantes que deram a feição do seu atual modelo de gestão. Ao final, serão apresentadas algumas inovações de sucesso da Copesul, cuja percepção, desenvolvimento e implementação se devem, segundo os autores deste texto, às condições internas e externas geradas pelas diretrizes e ações decorrentes desse modelo de gestão.

O objetivo deste livro é realizar uma análise comparada das políticas comerciais de cada integrante do BRICS, tendo a Organização Mundial de Comércio (OMC) como quadro de referência. Assim, busca-se examinar a inserção de cada um deles no comércio internacional, bem como sua participação no regime multilateral de comércio, tanto em seu pilar diplomático-jurídico, o sistema de solução de controvérsias, quanto em seu pilar político-negociador, as negociações da Rodada Doha, nas quais se observa um importante exercício de articulação entre os países do grupo. O capítulo I apresenta os principais momentos do desenvolvimento da interação política dos BRICS e revive a história da participação de Brasil, Índia e África do Sul no GATT e na OMC, além de traçar as fases de acessão da China e da Rússia à organização. O capítulo II traz análises do perfil do comércio internacional de cada país, apresentando a evolução dos principais indicadores de comércio desde o início da década de 2000. A partir deste quadro geral, os dez capítulos seguintes, do capítulo III ao XII, examinam os principais temas de política comercial: tarifas de bens agrícolas e não agrícolas; agricultura; barreiras técnicas, sanitárias e fitossanitárias; defesa comercial (antidumping, medidas compensatórias, salvaguardas); serviços; propriedade intelectual; investimentos; acordos plurilaterais (tecnologia da informação e compras governamentais); novos temas (temas de Cingapura e meio ambiente); e acordos preferenciais. No capítulo XIII, destaca-se a participação de cada país do BRICS em uma das instâncias mais relevantes da OMC, o Órgão de Solução de Controvérsias (OSC), fórum de resolução de conflitos comerciais e de interpretação de importantes conceitos que, devido ao esforço de se concluir a Rodada Uruguai, foram deixados na ambiguidade. O capítulo XIV trata da participação de cada integrante do BRICS na Rodada Doha, examinando suas principais propostas e posições. Analisam-se detalhadamente as primeiras iniciativas de articulação política em diferentes temas de negociação, como o G20 Agrícola e o Grupo sobre Acesso ao Mercado de Produtos Não Agrícolas (Nama-11). Por fim, no capítulo de síntese e conclusões, destacam-se os pontos de convergência e os de divergência em cada tema de política comercial analisado nesta obra, com o objetivo de ilustrar as dificuldades enfrentadas para coordenar posições e identificar os temas em que a cooperação poderia ser realizada de forma mais ativa

Seted in the context of the educational actions of Casa Renascer, a non-governmental organization, located in Natal city, which had as its primary purpose the care with children and adolescent girls in vulnerable situations, this research is based on describing and analysis on the topic in the creative process developed by Asmarias Theatre Company from 1993 to 2003, a process that culminated in the assembly of the dramatic text, Mateus e Mateusa, of Qorpo-Santo. In this research is focused on the route of the Theatre Company has done so much theater in its early history (1993), with the practice of reading and dramatic writing in the preparation of didactic material called Primer of Inventions, as in the procedures with theater street and forum theater (1997 to 2000) to the reunion in 2001 of seven teenagers which articulated the last group formation next to the assembly's text Qorpo-Santo (2002- 2003). During the development on this learning, the evolution of the creative process based on institutional theme when asked if one can provide moments of educational experiences through the traditional form of theater, with reference to the issues inherent in the dramatic texts considered classics. The debate on the issue through research and analysis in its descriptions and finds in the interim between his past and present indications that lead to conclusive guises. The methodology, which is guided by research, is based in theatrical archeology (PAVIS, 2005), the evidential paradigm (GINZBURG, 1989) and the second approaches the experiences narrated by Benjamin (1985). We selected documents in formats of written texts, photographic and filmed, and identified in these files, marks and tracks which took us to understand the subject in the creative process of Asmarias Theatre Company during the tests with the dramatic text, Mateus and Mateusa, of Qorpo-Santo. In this theatrical practice, located in the field of the theater pedagogy, it appears that the actions across thematic theater in the Casa Renascer and allowed the formation of critical aesthetic perspective and personal social dimension of the subjects involved. The theme has gained a significant proportion in the theatrical activity as a guiding point of the creative process of Theatre Company, taking in the theatrical art form. In this sense, the creative process with the dramatic and classic texts won the educational dimension to address the issue in the movement of the drama as the focus of individual creation which added to the collective universe of the interactive game

This proposal is to search, investigate practical experience in environmental education for the construction of Local Agenda 21, in the municipality of Maxaranguape-RN, attended that brought together various subject and collective social actors of civil society organizations, among them, the Center for Education and Advice Herbert de Souza - CEAHS (NGOs who serves on the council since 1999), associations of farmers and farmers in areas of settlements, teachers / as, groups of women and young people, entrepreneurs, public power, the German partner entities IBAMA. INCRA, BNB in the project of Agenda 21. They are members and participants, constituents of the Permanent Forum of Agenda 21, the main actor privileged in the search. As an object of study to identify the limits and scope of this practice, with regard to aspects of awareness / participation and awaken to an awareness of critical social subjects in the collective social and environmental perspective. The study seeks to investigate if this experience has allowed the individual and collective social subjects, understand and act in their daily life, as the changes in attitudes postures, and expand their interests to participate in various public spaces this intention, is considered the educational activities made with the principles of environmental education in the construction of Agenda 21 that have contributed in raising awareness / participation of social actors of the Permanent Forum of Agenda 21. While reference methodology, the research focuses on theoretical design Freireana with relevance on the dimensions of dialogue, critical thinking and the human dimension comprising the act as educational practice of freedom, the prospect of human emancipation and social transformation of reality, and bring other thinkers as, Carvalho (2004), Trigueiro (2003), Days (2004), among others. The investigation of this practice points to the subject of education, which ECOCIENCIA to install the Agenda 21 and its effect on demand under municipal, German, providing a change of attitudes and postures and certainly, generating a new look and act in the world, broadening their interests and desires of inserting themselves, to participate in public spheres, particularly in establishing relations with dialogical criticality with the authorities and face the demands socio-environmental locations.

This thesis discusses family as a social and historical construction and concerns to the perceptions developed by the peripheral youth living in suburbs. It investigates the speeches of young boys and girls who take part in Engenho de sonhos a forum composed by a pool of eleven non-governmental organizations and UFRN which aim is the elaboration and execution of projects focusing local development of poor communities in violence and social exclusion context. Throughout interactive diagnosis seminars in five communities in West Side of Natal with six hundred teenagers, it was detected the need to work with family relationships. In order to build the methodological corpus a range variety of procedures were done such as: interviews, focal groups and psychosocial questionnaires with nine local young leaders. The purpose to understand data guided the research through the theory of social imagery and pointed out the following themes: conceptions, relationship, roles, family projects. Live stories of these young population reveals conflicts when it comes to the configuration of family ties, far from the family model stated by society. Family is also, in their perception, an important space to the development of affection, in experiences of all sorts, affecting personality development and determining behaviors in local contexts. The field of education is very rich and allows us to research in various aspects. The area of chemical education has been growing more and more, and an important aspect that has been researching this area is about the learning difficulties of students. The approach of the themes atomic structure and chemical bonds are developed in high school and have many problems that are often brought to higher education becoming an obstacle to the advancement of learning. It is necessary for these initial themes - the atomic structure and chemical bonds - are well understood by the student to the other contents of Chemistry will be understood more easily. This paper aims to describe, analyze errors and difficulties presented in the assessments of the discipline Atomic and Molecular Architecture, the students of the degree course in Chemistry - EAD, with respect to the contents of " Atomic Structure and Chemical Bonding ", by of the assessments made by the students and the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), taking into account the activities , discussion forum and access to materials . AVA allows obtaining reports which were used to analyze regarding access / participation to assess their contribution to learning and its relation to the final result (pass / fail). It was observed that the most frequent errors in the assessments are related to the early part of the chemistry that is the understanding of atomic structure and evolution models. Students who accessed the extra material and participated in the activities and forums were students who achieved success in the course. Ie, the difficulties were emerging and the use of available teaching strategies, students could minimize such difficulties, making their performance in activities and assessments were better. Was also observed by attending the AVA, the discipline began with a large withdrawal from the page access as well as the frequency of face- evidence from observation in Listing presence of classroom assessments

Este trabalho analisa um conjunto de notícias publicadas pelo The New York Times , versão on-line, que aborda a presença do presidente do Brasil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, no Fórum Social Mundial em Porto Alegre, Brasil, e no Fórum Econômico Mundial em Davos, Suíça, em janeiro de 2003. Baseando-se no referencial teórico-metodológico da Análise Crítica do Discurso - Bell e Garrett (1998), Fairclough (1995 e 2001) e Fowler (1991) -, investigam-se as estratégias discursivas utilizadas pelo jornal para referir-se ao presidente brasileiro participando de dois eventos de repercussão internacional, que representam pólos ideológicos opostos.

O uso da metáfora da sob-existência do plano de um velho fórum na mente de seu arquiteto, a fim de entender o modo de ser do estado inicial do cosmos poderia dar origem a uma postulação de um plano na mente divina ou na natureza. A perfeição divina e o processo evolucionário do cosmos e da Razão, tais como são expostos na filosofia de PEIRCE, parecem opor-se à realidade de um tal plano. O presente artigo é um ensaio de discussão desta questão.
