Significando práticas e praticando significações: quais os significados para o trabalho docente?

O psicólogo angolano Felizardo Tchiengo Bartolomeu Costa, que atua na formação de professores em seu país, compara neste livro o modo como os professores de Angola pensam sua profissão com a forma como a percebem os professores do Brasil. E também promove uma ampla discussão sobre a subjetividade e o trabalho no mundo atual, a partir das experiências desses docentes. A obra busca entender o significado do trabalho para professores da rede pública dos dois países, analisando fatores relacionados ao propósito social, aspectos morais, oportunidade de desenvolvimento de potencialidades pessoais, autonomia, centralidade do trabalho, bem-estar psicológico e reconhecimento. Foram escolhidas classes do primeiro ciclo do ensino primário de duas escolas de ensino fundamental e médio, uma do município paulista de Assis e outra do município dos Gambos, na província de Huíla. De acordo com Costa, a inclusão da escola angolana no estudo deve-se à sua experiência como professor de ensino fundamental em Angola e a seu interesse em abrir um campo de pesquisas sobre o significado do trabalho naquele país que contextualizasse seus aspectos socioculturais, políticos e econômicos. Com o livro, Costa busca suprir a falta de estudos estratégicos para o desenvolvimento de Angola, escassos como reflexo, ainda, dos trinta anos de guerra civil, conflito que encerrado em 2002

Compreender o trabalho na Atenção Primária à Saúde para desenvolver ações em Saúde do Trabalhador: o caso de um município de médio porte

INTRODUCTION: Attention in Worker's Health (WH) integrality incites expansion of Primary Health Care (PHC) actions. So, it is necessary to understand the work carried out at PHC units and its possibilities to subside WH plans and procedures aiming at workers' health integral attention. OBJECTIVE: To present PHC workers' perception concerning WH actions performed in health care units of a mediumsized municipality in the state of São Paulo. METHODOLOGY: data collected through a 20 question-self-assessment questionnaire prepared by the researcher, using descriptive analysis of closed questions and content analysis of open questions. RESULTS: 45% of all workers answered the questionnaire. All health units in the municipality and all the professional categories part of the PHC teams were enclosed. The answers indicated that the PHC personnel, when providing assistance to users, take their jobs into consideration, and that some actions concerning worker's health are carried out at health care units. The respondents also pointed out that their difficulties to perform these actions are much more related to aspects of the system organization and management, than to the particularities of the worker's health area. CONCLUSION: The study indicates that health care worker's working condition is an important issue for the implementation of PHC worker's health actions

Employees May Be the Key to Success for O rganizations and develop the conclusions and recommendations portray motivation and a good working environment stood out the factors that employees develop skills and competencies. Organizational behavior that is present in forms of rewards, recognition, social man and informal groups. The nature of research contribute to the process archive management. Development and suggested that the findings of the analysis are applied to a larger structure of archive organization, as well as public archive case study.

Motivação de equipes em unidades de informação

This article, through the revision of literature in the areas of Information Science and Administration, sought to rescue the theoretical yardstick about leadership, motivation, team works, competences, abilities and attitudes of leader. Beyond that was elaborated an exploratory study with directors/managers of university libraries. From the analysis of literature selected and the exploratory research, infers that the leader which works in units of information can develop some actions that are going to motivate the team, to which leads, as by example: implant participatory programs; establish challenging goals; encourage works in group; promote turnaround of post and functions; create results disclosure systems; stimulate the creativity; promote a good environment at work; promote education and training individual/group; defined clearly the responsibilities; delegate authority consciously, charge results; and others possibilities. In this manner, understands that leader that works in units of information is going to know the factors that enable the motivation of the team. For so much, it is necessary observe the aspirations of his collaborators and verify if organization has been capable of satisfy them. In that sense, falls to the informational professional qualify itself for perform that function.

We will discuss the new determinations of the degradation of work in the historical conditions of the 21st century. Thus, considering the determinations of the structural value appreciation crisis and the prevalence of machinefacture as a new form of capital production, the degradation of work sets itself not only as wage degradation but also as existential degradation, changing the historical records of the social issue in the 21st century. A organização do trabalho pedagógico na escola e o sistema apostilado de ensino: estudo de caso

Educação democrática e trabalho associado no contexto político-econômico do movimento dos trabalhadores rurais sem terra

Os objetivos deste trabalho são os de expor os elementos pedagógicos principais presentes nas escolas Construindo o Caminho e Instituto de Educação Josué de Castro, verificar qual a força determinante na organização da proposta educacional do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra e elucidar se essa proposta contém elementos educacionais de interesse para as classes trabalhadoras em geral, do ponto de vista democrático e popular. A investigação revelou que o modo de apropriação do excedente econômico e a luta de classes constituem-se na força determinante na organização da proposta educacional e, também, que as escolas do Movimento, estruturadas e organizadas de forma diferente daquela usualmente encontrada nas escolas oficiais, colocam em epígrafe categorias educacionais como a união do ensino com o trabalho e a gestão democrática compartilhada entre alunos, professores e funcionários.

Cooperviva: análise das possibilidades e limites do trabalho dos catadores de resíduos recicláveis de Rio Claro (SP)

The issue of waste, historically, has been getting worse as a result of the world´s population increase and in order to meet their needs the consumption of natural resources and the generation has been constantly increasing, especially in large urban centers. The people involved in the collection of recyclable solid waste, called from now on as collectors, are responsible for about 90% of the waste sent to recycling industry in Brazil. Apart from having a role in the economy, the collectors have specific knowledge and skills necessary to identify, collect, sort and sell these wastes. This study aims to examine the possibilities and limits of COOPERVIVA – Cooperativa de Trabalho dos Catadores de Material Reaproveitável de Rio Claro - as an instrument of the municipal solid waste management system, and its experience as a recyclable waste collectors cooperative. The methodological procedures of this study rely on the literature research on the experiences of cooperative and the management of municipal solid waste. In addition to this review of the literature, fortnightly visits to the cooperative were held in order to experience their daily activities, and testimonies of the cooperative members were collected as well as documents and reports produced by COOPERVIVA. The results of this analysis are considerations of the limitations of the cooperative and recommendations aimed at maximizing their potential as a tool of the domestic solid waste management system of and as a recyclable waste collectors cooperative. Among other things it can be concluded that the urban selective collection of waste challenges the community to the reinvention of life and the relationships each individual with the planet.

Revisão de literatura: a importância de um trabalho motivacional pré-competitivo para atletas de futebol feminino

Atualmente a busca da mulher pelo esporte vem crescendo, juntamente com o seu desempenho e a participação em competições. No futebol de campo não é diferente e a adesão das mulheres, ou seja, o número de atletas do sexo feminino vem se tornado expressivo nos últimos anos. A motivação é o combustível para o atleta, seja ele homem ou mulher, independente da modalidade. Por isso não pode prescindir dela. “É através desse que o atleta vai conseguir empenhar-se, dedicar-se e até superar obstáculos dentro do meio esportivo” (MARQUES, 2003, p.99). A motivação é a totalidade daqueles fatores, que determinam a atualização de formas de comportamento dirigido a um determinado objetivo e é caracterizada como um processo ativo, intencional e dirigido a uma meta, o qual depende da interação de fatores pessoais (intrínsecos) e ambientais (extrínsecos). (SAMULSKI, 2002). Contudo o objetivo do presente estudo é verificar o quão importante e influente é o trabalho motivacional na preparação de equipes de futebol feminino para competições. Diante do exposto, estudaremos, no meio de uma revisão de literatura, a importância da motivação em atletas de equipes de futebol feminino

This course conclusion paper has as its theme the critical analysis of the Educational Policy Continued Progression. At this juncture when much is produced on specific themes of interest in continued progression in the reflection on the consequences of implementing this policy in organizing the work of teachers an their autonomy, seeking to contribute to public policy debates.The problematization that will undertake this work wonders if the policy continued progression is, in fact, a government strategy to remove the teacher control over their work and contribute to the process of alienation and loss of autonomy of a schoolteacher. Proposta de um procedimento de trabalho para gerenciamento de estoque em uma instituição pública de ensino superior

This paper aims to discuss the system of inventory management in a public university. The present paper shows the definitions, classification of materials and the advantages and disadvantages of storage, besides exposing the public procurement bidding system since the acquisition until receipt of materials to be stored. This paper presents a survey of the items stored in the warehouse and use of control tools such as ABC curve to demand flow prized for verification of critical items and idle items. Displays also a calculation for the minimum value of stock and replacement of an item in inventory and an analysis of the conditions of the warehouse layout. As a result, knowledge is acquired and a revised system of inventory management of the institution was proposed
