Discussing skill issues is dealing with what is most recent and usual in the field of education. Skill teaching has already entered the classroom, influenced teachers's vocabulary and has been a fixture in the educational projects and curriculum proposals. But in what aspect is pedagogy focused on skills different from other pedagogical theories to become so fundamental to schooling? Why do governments increasingly adopt skill teaching as a strategy and as goals of state education? Somehow we will treat these questions by looking at the concrete fundamentals of Skill Pedagogy Skill, its philosophical, political and economic bases to enable its incorporation into contemporary school practice.

Uso de sistemas de comunicação suplementar e alternativa na Educação Infantil: percepção do professor

Augmentative and Alternative Communication Resources have proven to be helpful in the insertion of students with disabilities and complex communication needs into a variety of pedagogical activities and expand the skills and competencies of the teacher in the teaching-learning. The objective of this research was to identify the perception of teachers regarding the use of augmentative and alternative communication during an intervention program in Preschool. Participants were a special class of Preschool students with disabilities and severe communication complexity, along with their teacher and the researcher. For the development of this research, a Alternative Communication Program was applied. The teacher was provided with systematic guidance concerning language and communication. In a collaborative process, three children’s songs were selected according to the teacher’s pedagogical planning and adapted resources through Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems. During the intervention program, assisted evaluations also took place immediately after the activities with the music. The data were collected in audio recordings. For data analysis, content analysis was carried out resulting in the outlining of themes and subthemes. Results indicated that the teacher identified that Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems can to facilitate expression abilities of students with disabilities; that Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems can be used by children in Preschool; and that resources adapted through augmentative and alternative communication systems should be in accordance with the specificities of students.

Proposta Curricular do Estado de São Paulo: retorno do discurso regulativo da tylerização na educação pública

This paper analyses how innovations and educational reforms affect curricular construction at public schools. It aims at reflecting if the Curricular Proposal for the state of São Paulo preserves the autonomy and identity of schools, if it respects their pedagogical political project, without attempting to homogenize them; how it changes every‐day school life, teacher’s practices, interpersonal relationships and power relations. We depart from the presupposition that this proposal adopts principles of the educational reforms started in the middle of the 90s, such as: adoption of national guidelines; introduction of market mechanisms, generating the fragility of teachers’ representation and their de‐ professionalization; relativity of the State’s role; stimuli to partnerships between public and private institutions in the fields of administration, allocation of financial resources for teaching    and implementation of external evaluating systems. At the same time, official discourse highlights decentralization, democratic administration, community participation. Some of these principles are recurrent in curriculum reforms: emphasis on the knowledge society, pedagogy of competencies and of learning to learn. In this way, we understand that the proposal aims at homogenizing school knowledge and curriculum practices, representing the notion of curriculum as product. We consider that the novelty and relevance of implemented measures demand further research, and that will be implemented by the author in 2010.

Assessoria Fonoaudiológica na Educação Infantil

This study aims at indicating possibilities for speech therapists at schools of Primary Education. The project was developed in three centers of Primary Education in Irati, Paraná. It took into consideration 114 students and 30 teachers. Teachers filled in questionnaires and attended conferences. Regarding to the children, it was constructed a profile and activities related to phonological subjects. The extension project represented an important role for development of academic skills and competence of the school community.

A construção dos saberes docentes na formação inicial de professores de educação física

Alguns estudiosos e pesquisadores nos últimos anos têm voltado atenção para a formação de professores, no que se refere sobretudo as questões dos saberes docentes, tentando, assim, compreender que saberes estão presentes na prática pedagógica. No âmbito desse processo e com o ingresso no PIBID (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência), tive um contato mais próximo com a escola, especificamente com os professores em exercício. Assim algumas indagações surgiram sobre o fato dos estudantes apresentarem um tipo de saber (discursivo) e os professores outros (pragmático). Embora ambos possam compartilhar algumas experiências comuns vinculadas ao processo de escolarização, cada um fala de um lugar diferente. Isto aponta para outro questionamento: qual é o lugar que o estudante, os professores da escola e da universidade ocupam no campo da formação. A partir deste contexto, o presente trabalho abrange a formação dos professores, a prática docente e os saberes docentes. Dessa forma objetiva-se compreender como os estudantes da disciplina de estágio supervisionado na escola e os professores da escola constroem/constituem/apontam os saberes que são mobilizados na prática de ensino. Especificadamente se busca (a) identificar os saberes que são mobilizados por estudantes de Educação Física na construção dos Projetos de Ensino e da Prática de Ensino no estágio;(b) analisar a origem desses saberes, tomando como referência a elaboração do Projeto de Ensino, a Prática de Ensino na escola e as Experiências no processo de escolarização;(c) estabelecer relações, se possível entre a aquisição desses saberes e a identidade docente;(d) apontar a compreensão que os professores da escola que recebem estagiários têm sobre os saberes docentes.Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva, que utiliza como técnicas para a coleta, a entrevista e a fonte documental, tendo na análise do conteúdo a...

Programas de educação ambiental de empresas privadas: concepções que sustentam algumas propostas

This study is supposed to identify the Environmental Education of the State of São Paulo that offers Environmental Education programs based on companies proposals. It was carried out a survey of private companies proposals for Environmental Education to schools from Rio Claro city. An analysis of the documents found on their programmes was done, through knowledge, participation and values, whereas the prospect of an Environmental Education toward the construction of citizenship. A trend was identified in materials of submitting an Environmental Education based on knowledge and actions involving changes claim based on antropocentric values and day by day concepts. Many of these proposals are restricted to important days and ⁄ or specific activities, that are taken in an certain way.

A arte do teatro na educação durante a infância: a percepção dos professores acerca de suas contribuições

Seeking new ways to be used in the process of teaching and learning, he turned a look at alternative lines of research, going to value the arts in education, and inside, there has been a major focus of the relationship to both the theater and education. Currently, the theater has been the subject of research in education and has been also widely used as an educational resource, and its adoption by professionals is based on studies showing the contributions of the theater to child development. The theater, while playing, artistic expression and involves imagination, creation and sociability.This paper presents child development in all its phases, the importance of games, especially the symbolic games, during this process, through the perspective of Jean Piaget, a brief history of the theater within the education and the contributions actuallyits use as methodology of teaching and learning brings to children's development of the early years of elementary school, bringing the discussion as teachers' perception about the real possibility of its use in schools as a way of teaching and learning. Personal trainer: (profissional, prestador de serviços, professor, valorização das diferenças e competências), um novo conceito de profissional

Baseado nas evidencias atuais de crescimento e expansão da atuação profissional do educador físico, em particular a sua atuação como prestador de serviços, ou seja, o personal trainer; que vende seus serviços, ou produtos relacionados à aptidão física e a relação promissora desta atuação, é que nos motivou a desenvolver este trabalho que segue por uma pesquisa bibliográfica de evidencias do histórico e perfil do personal trainer quanto aos conceitos culturais, sociais e psicológicos deste profissional, em seguida levantamos questões relacionadas à formação acadêmica do personal trainer e os pontos diferenciais deste profissional. Tais como a necessidade de conhecimentos que vão alem do âmbito acadêmico, pois se trata de um profissional prestador de serviços o que foge da regularidade da formação convencional. Portanto neste trabalho procuramos evidenciar estas e outras questões (como ética e profissionalismo), que podem levar este profissional a uma carreira de sucesso ou fracasso. Para isso existe uma necessidade fundamental de que se entenda que o personal trainer como prestador de serviços esta surgindo dentro de uma profissão já consolidada (Educador Físico), porem esta assumindo características próprias, como a necessidade de conhecimentos específicos da profissão. Concluímos, portanto que esta promissora atuação do educador físico necessita de atenções especiais e de um processo de formação diferenciado e que não podemos deixar que a nossa profissão se vulgarize e se venda por migalhas, pois esta é a grande chance do profissional se impor e conquistar o desejado respeito diante as profissões da área da saúde

A amizade em crianças da educação infantil es relações interpessais estabelecidas no ambiente escolar

The research aims to propose a study of the central concepts of friendship among children of kindergarten and how such conceptions influence the interpersonal relationships within the school. We intend to observe the friendly relations between the kindergarten children, to examine how teachers of early childhood education business with the friendly relations between children and their conflicts and to propose alternatives to work with the theme friendship in the garden childhood, aiming at the socio-moral development of children. To do so, as the main theoretical basis the studies of Jean Piaget (1932/1994) on the development of moral reasoning in children. The methodology is based on Piaget's clinical method, which aims to understand how the subject thinks, analyze and resolve certain situations, presented as short stories. We hope that by doing so, we contribute to the debate on the educational work aimed at building the moral autonomy of the children, especially in kindergarten

Educação do campo e ensino de ciências: Desafios e propostas a partir de princípios agroecológicos

Com o fenômeno da Revolução Verde a partir da década de 1950, o campo brasileiro sofreu grandes modificações como o incentivo a mecanização pesada e o investimento em insumos agrícolas, como fertilizantes e agrotóxicos. O processo de transformação politica e adoção do liberalismo pelo governo ditatorial incentivaram ainda mais a agricultura baseada no modelo da Revolução Verde e também fez ocasionou grandes transformações na educação. Com a redemocratização, tanto a educação como o campo, passaram a ser discutidos intensamente, no governo e nos movimentos sociais. A partir da Constituição Brasileira de 1988, foi elaborada a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN 9394/96) e seu artigo 28 dispõe sobre a educação do campo. Porém, somente em 2002, as escolas do campo passaram a ter uma legislação especifica, reconhecendo as particularidades da educação para camponeses. Em 2008, o Governo do Estado de São Paulo lançou a Proposta Curricular com o objetivo de organizar o sistema educacional e, com isso, todas as escolas da rede estadual seguem o mesmo currículo e material didático. O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi analisar os conteúdos do material didático destinado ao 6° ano do Ensino Fundamental da disciplina de Ciências e avaliar se esses conteúdos atendem a perspectiva da educação do campo em uma comunidade no interior de São Paulo e elaborar uma proposta de material didático complementar, embasado nos princípios da agroecologia. Este trabalho apresenta os resultados da pesquisa, realizada junto ao Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra – MST, em que se constatou que o material do governo não apresenta nenhuma especificidade ou adequação para os estudantes e escolas do campo e apresenta um material que pode contribuir para a formação desses estudantes

The objective of this study is to evaluate together with teachers of the Production Department of this University and students of the fifth year of Production Engineering is how student learning of Production Engineering for the development and importance of skills within the course and skills for engineers who are present in the Curriculum Guidelines for engineering courses developed by MEC

A educação corporativa na Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos

O objetivo deste trabalho é abordar a história dos correios, sua educação corporativa, e analisar os artigos científicos que se relacionam à educação e servirão como fundamentação teórica. A metodologia é um estudo bibliográfico; o principal resultado é a análise e abordagem da educação corporativa da empresa em relação à formação das competências dos funcionários da empresa; a conclusão é a de que a empresa, apesar de ser um órgão público e burocrático, teve que se adaptar aos novos paradigmas do mundo do trabalho, investindo em programas de aperfeiçoamento, visando o lucro, mas acima de tudo valorizando o funcionário, por compreender a complexidade humana, com base nos quatro pilares da educação, segundo a UNESCO.
