The current work aims to analyze the contributions of PIBID for initial graduation of the teachers, in view of the undergraduates of Physics Course at UNESP Guaratinguetá . A brief literature survey about the national situation of teacher education was performed, at which the main difficulties and challenges, as well as the solutions stated in place by the government to solve them, have been highlighted. A description of the historical of PIBID at UNESP, from the institutional project to reach the subproject developed by Physics Course of Guaratinguetá, was presented. To characterize the development of the subproject, it was performed a survey on the activities performed by the PIBID’s scholars, since its implementation on campus in 2010 until the end of the year 2013, in order to map the experiences lived by program participants. These data were obtained from the analysis of reports by scholars themselves, video analyzes and record of the weekly meetings held by the group, reading electronic messages exchanged on a specific group of e-mails and written evaluations by members of the program. Completing data collection, eleven scholars undergraduates of the program were interviewed, and the results were classified by topics, defined from recurrence in the interviewees speech. The global analysis of the data was based on theoretical references commonly used in research on graduation of teachers, as Nóvoa (1992), Mizukami (2005, 2006) and Gatti (2008). The results indicate that the licensed ones see in PIBID a differentiated opportunity for initial teaching graduation, for adding practical learning experiences for students of EB within the school context, and especially for creating space for reflection on their experiences with the support of more experienced teachers, committed to the training of all involved ones

O Estado do Acre, território mais recentemente incorporado ao Brasil, até meados do século XIX apresentava em seu território apenas povos tribais ameríndios, que lá habitavam desde milênios. O histórico de povoamento mais recente do estado (a partir da segunda metade do século XIX) está atrelado com o mercado internacional da borracha, a região foi o destino de milhares de pessoas em busca de fazer a vida explorando as seringueiras. A partir de então uma série de disputas fundiárias ocorreram na região, o que foi um dos fatores que influenciaram na conformação da sociedade acreana. O movimento ambientalista surgiu no estado como resultado dessas disputas fundiárias na segunda metade do século XX. No final da década 90 o governo estadual, assimilando o discurso ambientalista, assume o governo com a Frente Popular do Acre, composta por uma série de partidos, com o autodenominado “Governo da Floresta” e usando o neologismo “florestania” como símbolo do projeto do governo. Apesar de utilizar amplamente em seu discurso temáticas ambientais e dos povos da floresta, acabou ao longo dos anos tendo atitudes com um cunho mais doutrinador do que emancipador. A discrepância entre a prática e o discurso do “Governo da Floresta” é então analisada a partir de conceitos como “Ecologia dos Saberes” e “Biopoder”, conceitos que auxiliam na identificação das atitudes de cunho doutrinador postas em prática pelo governo. Considerando como “ecologia dos saberes” aquela forma de conhecimento que tem a premissa um reconhecimento da pluralidade de conhecimentos heterogêneos que em interações sustentáveis e dinâmicas entre eles não comprometem suas autonomias e “biopoder” como aquela forma de poder que exerce a sua dominação sobre a própria vida da população, estabelecendo como é que esses devem viver

Nos últimos 40 anos, a biotecnologia tem evoluído significativamente, gerando uma série de repercussões e possibilidades para diversos setores. Embora os avanços tenham impactos muito amplos, um dos setores que mais se beneficiam do desenvolvimento da biotecnologia é a agricultura. Em meio a um contexto favorável para o desenvolvimento da biotecnologia no Brasil, buscaremos analisar o papel do setor público, de instituições de pesquisa e ensino e de empresas nacionais e transnacionais, bem como o estímulo à cooperação entre universidades e empresas do setor de defensivos agrícolas e sementes

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of chlorhexidine gel 2% as auxiliary chemical substance on the biomechanical preparation (BMP) and medication intracanal (ICM) on C. albicans, E. faecalis, E. coli and their endotoxin in root canals. We used 48 single-rooted human teeth divided into four groups according to dressing ICM: 1) Ca(OH)2 + pyrogen-free saline solution; 2) 2% chlorhexidine gel (CLX); 3) Ca(OH)2 + CLX, and; 4) pyrogen-free saline solution (control group). Were collected the contents of root canals to confirm the presence of microorganisms (confirmation), immediately after instrumentation (1st collection), after 7 days of the BMP (2nd collection), after 14 days of the action of ICM (3rd Collection) and 7 days after removal of the ICM (4 th collection). Were performed: the evaluation of antimicrobial activity and the content analysis of endotoxins for all sampling tests. The results were statistically analyzed using Kruskall-Wallis and Dunn tests with a significance of 5%. It was found that the CLX as auxiliary chemical substance has significantly reduced microorganisms confirmation collection when compared. In relation to the neutralization of endotoxin, it was found that the 1st and 2nd collections presented a decrease of 92.03% and 98.10% in mean percentage respectively, when compared to the confirmation collection. In the 3rd and 4th samplings, the Ca (OH)2 + CLX group showed the best results. It was concluded that the BMP and the ICM were able to eliminate the tested microrganisms, however, they were not able to completely eliminate endotoxins root canal

The concern with the environmental planning has become important in Brazil recently. Until then, nature was conceived as a resource, because of the implementation of developmental policies that perdured to the 1970s, based on the expansion of the industrial complex, altogether hadn´t preoccupation by the federal government with the relationship between society and nature. During this period, after the threat of not receiving more international investment to finance large projects in the country, accompanied by pressure from civil society organizations, the federal government began to take some action related to the environment, such as the creation of federal agencies (IBAMA), application of environmental laws and decrees in order to create rules for the proper use of natural resources such as water, soil and air. From the decade of 1990 onwards the master plans have become a mandatory document for all municipalities in the country with a population over 20,000 inhabitants, ranging from health issues to the development of urban, rural and environmental planning. Thus, the environmental planning gained prominence in the political scene. Understanding the territorial transformations is important to the geographic knowledge, especially when it is related to structural questions as agrarian one. In this way, the land acquisition to agrarian reform enables us to understand some of these transformations, represented by territorialization of landless workers in rural settlements, that are concrete results of the struggle for land that boost the policies of agrarian reform in our country. The renewal of the agrarian structure is fundamental to the concept of land reform and also provides that advances social, political, cultural, economic, etc. Classified as a country with rates of the highest land concentration in the world, Brazilian government attempts to base his actions to take in the expropriation of land the main character of the land reform. However, new policies have been gradually used to obtaining the rural settlements, in a process that Fernandes (2010) called the reconceptualization of land reform. Starting in 1985, Brazil has 63% of the beneficiaries of land reform policies settled on expropriated land, the rest is a result of incorporation policies such as land regularization, of land reform and land purchase. Such policies generate changes in agrarian structure, that is the goal of land reform, but don´t concentrate to the land ownership. This attitude of the state in coping with the agrarian question is his response to the pressures of capitalist agriculture represented by landowners and agribusiness, coping catching an intense and uneven territorial dispute with peasant agriculture, in an attempt to impose its model of development for the field. The aimed of this present study is to understand better the land reform acquisition and its implications in the Brazilian territory, in order to understand it in their multiplicity.

Elucidação dos principais mecanismos técnicos utilizados na formação de Receitas e Despesas Públicas a fim de entender substancialmente a formação de uma apuração fiscal e de que forma influencia na Dívida Pública Federal.Quais teorias dominantes acerca do sistema governamental e da manutenção da Dívida Pública existentes. Apresentação do conceito de Dívida Pública Federal. Discute os principais índices que remuneram os títulos emitidos pelo Governo Federal e como influenciam na decisão dos agentes na composição de sua carteira de títulos e ademais, como toda esta movimentação influencia na Dívida Pública Federal. Busca-se trazer maior luz ao entendimento da formação da Dívida Pública Federal, levando em conta seu período pós-Plano Real até o recente, no governo da presidente Dilma Rousseff

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the implications of the european environmental requirements for electronic equipment on brazilian electronic industry sector. These deter-minations deal with elimination of hazardous substances and management of electronic products waste and have reached not only the electronic sector companies in international level, but brazilian electronic sector as well. Most brazilian companies of the electronic sector are getting complied with the requirement that restricts the use of hazardous substances. The main consequences of this process are technological innovations and changes on contractual relationships among companies. Foreign companies branches are more advanced than local ones in terms of timing of compliance to the new requirements and technological perfor-mance, showing an alignment with headquarter strategies. Not being complied with these requirements avoid companies to achieve commercial benefits and open space for questions about policies Brazil must take.

The presidency of Evo Morales, indigenous leader and who heads the party Movement Towards Socialism (MAS), opens a series of transformations in several dimensions. The changes in socio-economic and political power express the critic of long-term coloniality relations between a dominant white elite and an indigenous subordinate majority that deepens after national independence. Following this perspective, present in sectors of support to the government, the strategy of the MAS cannot follow the tradition of social revolutions that operated structural breaks in the mode of production and the state organization, but points to a new decolonizing revolution, cultural and political, articulating an indigenism of broad nature, flexible and open to popular social movements. This view is facing critics in sectors of the left that identify the renewal of capitalist modernization process initiated in 1952 under the leadership of the Nationalist Revolutionary Movement (MNR), extending citizenship and democratizing access to the state for recognition of Indians as such. From this perspective, the transformations proposed by MAS tend to favor a system restoration by diversifying its economic and social base. From the contrast provided by these two lines of interpretation, we intend to analyze the structural possibilities of the strategy of the government of Evo Morales, taking as historical reference the transformations wrought by the nationalist revolution of 1952 and the neoliberal reforms initiated in 1980.
