A new series of oxides, Ce6-xErxMoO15-delta (0.0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 1.5), was synthesized using wet-chemistry techniques. The precursors and resultant oxide powders were characterized by differential thermal analysis/thermogravimetry, x-ray diffraction, and IR, Raman and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The formation temperature of the powders was found to be as low as 350degreesC. Ce6-xErxMoO15-delta crystallized to a fluorite-related cubic structure. The electrical conductivity of the samples was investigated by using ac impedance spectroscopy. This showed that the presence of Er was related to the oxygen-ion conductivity, and that the highest oxygen-ion conductivity was found in Ce6-xErxMoO15-delta (x = 0.4), ranging from 5.9 x 10(-5) S cm(-1) at 300degreesC to 1.26 x 10(-2) S cm(-1) at 700degreesC, respectively. This kind of material shows a potential application in intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells.

研究了掺稀土六方铁氧体Ba1-xLaxFe12O19的合成条件,测试了其结构、形貌、电磁性能与吸波特性.结果表明,稀土离子La3+的加入,降低了钡铁氧体的磁化强度、矫顽力和顽磁性,其磁特性接近软磁铁氧体材料;在1.65~2.95GHz的频率范围内,具有良好的吸波性能.

By using the average band-gap model, the chemical bond properties of (La1-x, M-x)(2)CuO4(M=Ba, Sr) were calculated. The calculated covalencies for Cu-O and La-O bond in the compounds are 0.3 and 0.03 respectively. Mossbauer isomer shifts of Fe-57 doped in La2CuO4 and Sn-119 doped in La2CuO4 were calculated by using the chemical surrounding factor defined by covalency and electronic polarizability. Four valence state tin and three valence iron sites were identified in Fe-57 and Sn-119 doped La2CuO4.

分析了室温下晶体在紫外、可见区的吸收、荧光和红外光谱,利用Judd Ofeld理论计算了PrPP和La0.2Pr0.8PP晶体中Pr3+的实验振子强度,PrPP和La0.2Pr0.8PP晶体中Pr3+离子振子强度变化不大,说明在该晶体中Pr3+的浓度猝灭效应较小。红外光谱和结构分析确定了晶体的结构为单斜晶系,并观察到Pr3+的3P0 3H6跃迁的红色发射很强。

用水热法研究了La12xPr xP5O14(LaPrPP)(0 < x < 1,原子百分含量)晶体的生长,测定了La0.2Pr0.8PP晶体结构为 单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c。晶体的密度为3.27g/cm3,分解温度为915℃。分析了室温下晶体在紫外、可见区的吸 收、荧光和红外光谱,利用Judd2Ofeld 理论计算了PrPP 和La0. 2Pr0. 8PP 晶体中Pr3 + 的实验振子强度,得到一些规律性结果,观察到Pr3 + 的3 P0 —3 H6 跃迁的红色发射很强。

The hexafluorophosphate salts [Fe((C5H4Bu)-Bu-t)(2)]PF6 (1) and [Co((C5H4Bu)-Bu-t)(2)]PF6 (2) crystallize in isotypic structures with centrosymmetric cations which have a staggered (transoid) conformation of the exactly parallel ring Ligands (conformational angle tau = 180 degrees). The tetrachlorocobaltate salt, [CO((C5H4Bu)-Bu-t)(2)](2)CoCl4 (3), contains one almost eclipsed (tau = 140.4 degrees) and one almost staggered (tau = 101.4 degrees) cobaltocenium cation; in both cases, the cyclopentadienyl ring planes are slightly inclined (by alpha = 5.4 degrees and 4.1 degrees, respectively) to give more room to the tert-butyl substituents which are bent away from the metal in all three complexes 1 - 3.

利用高温固相法合成了 Y1.95-xGdxSiO5:Eu0.05(x=0.6mol%)荧光体。结构测定表明所合成的荧光体为单斜晶系的X2型Y2SiO5相,空间群为B2/b。真空紫外光谱表明:随着Gd3+含量的增加,在192um附近,出现了Gd+的激发峰,且此峰的强度随着Gd3+含量的增加而增大;同时位于150~185nm之间的基质吸收带的强度也增大;而位于200~300nm之间的Eu的电行迁移带的强度却随着Gd3+含量的增加而降低。

本文利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Ce_(1-x)Sm_xO_(2-x/2)(x=0-0.4)系列固体电解质,并且系统地研究了其晶体结构随Sm含量的变化关系。XRD表明:该体系从160℃开始即形成了立方萤石结构,且在所研究的组成范围内全部形成了单相固溶体。此温度远低于传统的高温固相合成法所需的温度,同时也较水热合成法的温度低。高温X-ray衍射研究表明直到800℃Ce_(1-x)Sm_xO_(2-x/2)未出现结构相转变,其晶格常数和晶胞体积随温度升高而增大。EPR测试证实了由于Sm~(3+)部分置换Ce~(4+)固溶体中所存在的单电荷缺陷(Sm_(Ce’),V_o~(oo))结构。在固溶体的Raman谱中观察到:纯CeO_2在465cm~(-1)仅有一个Raman振动模式,随着掺杂量的增大,此振动模式向低频方向移动,而且Raman线变宽且在570cm~(-1)附近出现一新的峰,这些变化都是由Sm~(3+)取代Ce~(4+)所产生的氧空位引起的。

系统地考查了Eu3 + 在YPO4 YVO4 固溶体中的发光。当V5+ 的浓度低于 0 3 ,出现VO4 3 -离子团的蓝色发射 ;直到V5+ 的浓度等于或大于 0 3时 ,VO4 3 -离子团的蓝色发射才被Eu3 + 离子的红色发射所猝灭 ,发射主波长在 61 9nm。在真空紫外线的激发下 ,Eu3 + 在YPO4 YVO4 固溶体有较强发光 ,并随着P5+ 浓度的增加 ,Eu3 + 离子的发光增强。经过优化的组成为YP0 7V0 3 O4 ∶Eu3 + 的荧光粉在真空紫外激发下既具有较强的发光 ,又具有优良的色纯度 ,将是一种新型的良好的等离子体平板显示用荧光粉。

用溶胶 -凝胶法合成了 Ce1-x Cax O2 -x(x=0~ 0 .3 5 )系列固体电解质 ,系统地研究了其晶体结构随Ca O含量的变化关系 .XRD测试表明 ,该体系于 1 60℃即形成萤石结构纯相 .高温 XRD表明 ,从室温至80 0℃ ,Ce1-x Cax O2 -x(x=0~ 0 .3 5 )未出现结构相变 .此法合成温度远低于传统的高温固相合成法和水热合成法的温度 .合成物的颗粒小 ,粒度均匀 .在 1 3 0 0℃即可烧结成高致密度样品 .XPS测试表明 ,掺杂 Ca O后吸附氧浓度明显增大 ,氧空位增多 ,电导率和氧离子迁移数增大 ,改善了 Ce O2 基固体电解质的性能 .

The reaction of [Cp*IrCl2](2) with dilithium 1,2-orthocarborane-1,2-diselenolate 3 leads to the green 16-electron diselenolene complex [Cp*Ir{Se2C2(B10H10)}] (4) which takes up two-electron ligands such as trimethylphosphane to give the 18-electron diselenolate derivative [Cp*Ir(PMe3)-{Se2C2(B10H10)}] (5). The molecular structures of 4 and 5 were determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The Se-77-nuclear shielding in 4 is lower by almost 500 ppm relative to that in 5.

利用固相反应法合成了掺杂锂的La1-xLixMnO3(x=0,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30)钙钛矿氧化物.XRD测试表明,所有样品均为菱方结构.除x=0,0.3外,其它样品均随温度的降低在液氮温区可观察到从绝缘态到金属态的转变,其中x=0.15样品的转变温度最高为167K.在H=1T的磁场下,出现了负磁阻现象.EPR谱上的g=2.00信号与Mn3+和Mn4+组成的复合团簇有关
