多晶Hg_(0.09)Cd_(0.91)Te薄膜的光电化学行为

富镉Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe是一种新型的光电转换材料,已用于固体结太阳能光伏电池:ITO/CdS/Hg_(1-)Cd_xTe/Au。我们曾对Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe的电沉积机理作过研究。最近我们用电沉积制备的Hg_(0.09)Cd_(0.91)Te多晶薄膜做成了液体结太阳能光电化学电池并观察到明显光电响应。

多晶富镉Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe的电沉积及Hg_(0.09)Cd_(0.91)Te薄膜的光电化学行为

本文研究了在酸性CdSO_4+HTeO_2~+6HgCl_2 电解液中多晶富镉Hg_(1-x),Cd_(?),Te(x>0.5)的电沉积过程,实现了三种离子在同一电位下共沉积的技术。对在钛基底上沉积出的薄膜进行XRD,SEM和EDAX分析,结果表明薄膜为闪锌矿型的多晶结构,分布均匀连续。考察了(1—x)=0.09时多晶薄膜在多硫氧化还原电对液中的光电化学行为,光强为100mW/cm~2时,短路光电流I_(sc)=1.88mA/cm~2,开路光电压V_(oc)=0.25V,填充因子F·F=0.22。由光电化学光谱所确定出的禁带宽度E_g=1.26eV,Mott-schottky曲线给出了电极的平带电位φfb为—1.26V(vs.SCE),从而得到开路光电压V_(oc)可能达到的最大值为0.49V。因此,多晶富镉Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe薄膜是一种很有潜力的光活性电极材料。

Expression of hepatitis B surface antigen gene (HBsAg) in Laminaria japonica (Laminariales, Phaeophyta)

A transformation model for Laminaria japonica was established from 1993 to 1998, on the basis of which the transgenic kelp with heterologous gene encoding hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) was obtained by using the micro-particle bombardment transformation method. Results of quantitative ELISA showed that HBsAg in transgenic kelp was 0.529 mug/mg soluble proteins on average and the highest value was 2.497 mug/mg, implying that recombinant HBsAg had natural epitope. Further support for the integration of HBsAg gene into kelp genome was obtained by PCR-Southern and total DNA hybridization. Prospect of kelp bio-reactor producing high value materials such as edible HBV vaccine was discussed as well.

Evaluation of the pyrolytic and kinetic characteristics of Enteromorpha prolifera as a source of renewable bio-fuel from the Yellow Sea of China

The pyrolytic and kinetic characteristics of Enteromorpha prolifera from the Yellow Sea were evaluated at heating rates of 10, 20 and 50 degrees C min(-1), respectively. The results indicated that three stages appeared during pyrolysis; dehydration, primary devolatilization and residual decomposition. Differences in the heating rates resulted in considerable differences in the pyrolysis of E. prolifera. Specifically, the increase of heating rates resulted in shifting of the initial temperature, peak temperature and the maximum weight loss to a higher value. The average activation energy of E. prolifera was 228.1 kJ mol(-1), the pre-exponential factors ranged from 49.93 to 63.29 and the reaction orders ranged from 2.2 to 3.7. In addition, there were kinetic compensation effects between the pre-exponential factors and the activation energy. Finally, the minimum activation energy was obtained when a heating rate of 20 degrees C min(-1) was used. (C) 2009 The Institution of Chemical Engineers. Published by Elsevier B.V. A preliminary discussion on the bio-metallogenesis of Tl deposits in the low-temperature minerogenetic province of southwestern China

Starting with the research status of bio-metallogenesis of Tl deposits and their geology, this work deals with the geological background of Tl enrichment and mineralization and the mechanism of bio- metal-logenesis of Tl deposits, as exemplified by Tl deposits in the low-temperature minerogenetic province. This research on the bio-metallogenesis of Tl deposits is focused on the correlations between bio-enrichment and Tl, the enrichment of Tl in micro-paleo-animals in rocks and ores, bio-fossil casts in Tl-rich ores, the involvement of bio-sulfur in minerogenesis and the enrichment of bio-genetic organic carbon in Tl ores. Thallium deposits have experienced two ore-forming stages: syngenetic bio- en-richment and epigenetic hydrothermal reworking (or transformation). Owing to the intense epigenetic hydrothermal reworking, almost no bio-residues remain in syngenetically bio-enriched Tl ores, thereby the Tl deposits display the characteristics of hydrothermally reoworked deposits.
