Studies about Assistive Technology have emphasized the need to integrate resources, services and strategies for inclusion and special education to foster the learning process and skill development of students with disabilities. The literature describes that the first step towards implementing assistive technology in schools should enable professionals to understand the situation involving the student in order to expand his or her participation in the teaching and learning process. This study aimed to identify the need for assistive technology services, resources and strategies for students with cerebral palsy in school. Two children with cerebral palsy and their teachers were selected. The data collection phase included three successive procedures: interviews with teachers, completing the identification protocol of the school routine and participant observation conducted in the classroom using filming and field diary. Based on the material gained from these three procedures, data triangulation was proposed, i.e., grouping information in a single document in order to establish categories of analysis. After preparing the material, the categories were assessed by judges from the field of knowledge. The results showed that after understanding the situation of the disabled student within the school context, it was possible to establish his or her skills and needs to indicate the appropriate assistive technology resources for the teacher's planning and thus provide proper teaching and learning for the children with disabilities. The study identified the need to establish specific procedures, an organized pedagogical plan and participation of health professionals as consultants on using assistive technology in school.

This study presents the results from a qualitative resource, based on research-action methodology, which examined the innovate teaching practices implementations in the Calculus I during 2011 year. The analysis of collected data from three used sources an initial questionnaire, an exploratory-investigative classroom, and an interview with some students at the end of the second semester reveals that the students had appropriated of the technological recourses, using it as a tool to look for the knowledge. The investigative activities with the use of information technologies made the use of multiple representations in solving mathematical tasks, making the transition of numerical, algebraic and geometrical results possible for the students when they have looking for validation of their hypotheses and conjectures during mathematical problems solving. This works helped in the insertion of new practices in the discipline, and their results validate the proposal presented by the teacher, which is the discipline of Calculus use, whose character is strongly linked to the training content of the student, as a discipline whose can contributed to the pedagogical formation of the graduation student, leading him to know the Mathematical Education possibilities, specially the Mathematical Investigation - Solving Problems, in the outlook of dialogued classes where the teacher assumes the facilitator role and where the students become actives in their pursuit of knowledge

Com a evoluo da humanidade, o homem foi ganhando habilidades das quais, a maior parte, usa para alterar seu prprio hbitat, ou seja, medida que o homem se distanciou da natureza e comeou a evoluir no seu modo de vida, passou a encar-la como uma gama de recursos disponveis. Frente ao surgimento de tais problemas scio-ambientais relativamente atuais, torna-se essencial em nossa sociedade a conscientizao vinculada conservao; o uso sem obter como consequncia os impactos ambientais. dentro deste contexto que este projeto de pesquisa ancora-se, tendo a questo ambiental como foco principal. Como um desafio, tornar arquitetura e a educação ambiental elementos que naturalmente se interliguem, ser um processo permanente na sociedade atual. Abolir o pensamento de que diferentes espcies de edificaes, com seus diferentes usos, possam gerar conflitos quando atrelados ao conceito de educação ambiental e sua permeabilidade na sociedade. Com base nesse importante fato, surge a seguinte hiptese: se existe algum tipo de arquitetura inadequada a se implantar em um local onde a preocupao com a preservao do meio-ambiente fator prioritrio... Atualmente vivemos na era da informao, da comunicao e das tecnologias, que mantm a sociedade em constante transformao, principalmente na educação e nos comportamentos das pessoas, influenciando direta ou indiretamente na construo da identidade pessoal ou coletiva. Pensando que a educação ocorre tanto na famlia, como na escola, possvel observar com mais clareza a influncia destes elementos atravs da forma com que as crianas passam a se comportar em diversos ambientes. A mdia cada vez mais parte integrada do nosso cotidiano, incluindo-se tambm o ambiente escolar, participando da vida dos alunos (BETTI, 2003). Para compreender a relao aluno-escola seguimos a perspectiva de Perrenoud (1995), pensando que a escola representa um lugar de muitas socializaes, e que o desenvolvimento da identidade de aluno se desenvolve tambm nesse contexto, podemos questionar qual seria o papel da mdia? Esta tem influenciado? Em que? Para Identidade consideramos a perspectiva de Dubar (1995), que a considera como um processo em constante construo, sendo que existem meios especficos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento identitrio, tanto a identidade biogrfica como a relacional. Estabelecendo uma relao entre mdia e identidade, o presente estudo props-se a pesquisar a influncia da mdia na construo da identidade de aluno, tomando como base as aulas de educação fsica, momento em que os estudantes tem maior possibilidade de expresso corporal. Como objetivo geral buscou-se compreender como os escolares constroem sua identidade de aluno a partir da influncia da mdia na Educação Fsica. Especificamente: I. Identificar quais so os fatores miditicos que influenciam na constituio da identidade de aluno; II. Analisar quais so os aspectos que compe a identidade de aluno. A proposta do novo projeto arquitetnico para o Centro de Estudos da Educação e da Sade pertencente Faculdade de Filosofia e Cincias UNESP Campus de Marlia, visa, de forma geral, atuar como um estabelecimento de apoio para a cidade de Marlia e demais cidades da regio nas questes relativas ao diagnstico e reabilitao fsica, mental, motora e fonoaudiolgica, atravs dos estgios supervisionados dos cursos de Fisioterapia, Fonoaudiologia e Terapia Ocupacional da instituio. Dessa forma, atravs de uma arquitetura humanizada voltada e pensada no ser humano, a unidade auxiliar contribui para a incluso social dos indivduos portadores de deficincia ou com restrio mobilidade atravs do restabelecimento e/ou melhora de suas capacidades, desenvolvendo uma sociedade inclusiva e uma vida saudvel, alm de proporcionar um ambiente eficiente e fundamental no processo de ensino superior

A memria de uma cidade est intimamente ligada aos edifcios e as intervenes urbanas que fizeram parte de sua histria, principalmente no que diz respeito a espaos e estabelecimentos pblicos, como o antigo Mercado Municipal de Tup, SP que, juntamente com a igreja matriz de So Pedro, o Museu Histrico e Pedaggico ndia Vanure, o Solar Luiz de Souza Leo (antiga casa do fundador da cidade), a escola Bartra e a linha frrea formam o eixo histrico da cidade. Tendo o antigo Mercado Municipal como objeto de trabalho, pretende-se propor a requalificao do local, transformando-o em um Centro de Educação e Artes com espao para exposies permanentes e temporrias, onde a populao possa interagir e participar das atividades do local. O resgate da memria delimitada pelo eixo histrico e a preservao das caractersticas dessa rea tambm sero estudados servindo como fundamentao e ligao entre o projeto proposto e o espao analisado

Este trabalho de natureza qualitativa e consiste em um estudo bibliogrfico referente interao entre jovens, educação musical e novas tecnologias. A partir da anlise dos textos levantados, procura-se compreender como educadores musicais posicionam-se frente s tecnologias em suas aulas; e o quo significativas elas podem ser quando utilizadas. Inicialmente, o procedimento metodolgico se deu atravs da definio de TICs e de uma contextualizao sobre a presena das tecnologias na escuta, na educação e nas prticas musicais. Em seguida, utilizou-se quatro artigos publicados na Associao Brasileira de Educação Musical (ABEM), os quais foram analisados e discutidos de acordo com o pensamento vigente na bibliografia estudada, procurando verificar o estado da produo e aplicao de conhecimentos sobre o tema nesta rea. Por fim, constata-se que a presena das tecnologias no ensino musical implica em mudanas no papel do professor e na matriz curricular dos cursos de Licenciatura em Msica.

This monograph has as objectives introduce digital terrestrial television, describing the process of installation of this in Spain, their technical qualities and possibilities of change and innovation that this creates. The exposure of the different chapters of this monograph has a objective presenting and discussing what are the characteristics of this new technology, your birth, what is its importance in communication and how this is inserted inside the Spanish reality. The introduction of digital terrestrial television in Spain is cited as an example of a pioneer in the development and installation of this new technology, but also appears as a nation that has come a way with some economic failures, reaching one of the largest cases of delayed installation of digital television in Western Europe. Making use of the European system for digital terrestrial television (DVB-T - Digital Video Broadcasting) it was possible some advances as the quality of communication and strengthening national public television system, but many vices of analog system were transferred this new system, as the concentration of channels to a foreign group and interactivity opportunities were wasted. Digital terrestrial television can provides better picture quality and sound, possibility of interactivity, mobility, hypermedia and multiprogramming, while the latter tool may lead to the democratization of media, opening it to other social agents. Going much further than just a technological advancement, digital television is strongly connected with the politics and the economy of the nation in which it operates

In this paper we discussed the possibility of installing a photovoltaic panel in a house in order to reduce electrical consumption. Brazil is a country with a huge solar resource and photovoltaic technology allows transforming solar energy into electricity, helping to decentralize energy production. To enlarge the field of view, the study compares with the equivalent in a Spanish city, discussing how the law favors the initiative of using this type of energy. It will be seen that, with the encouragement of the government, the project can be done because the installation is amortized over a reasonable period of time, about eight years in Spain and three in Brazil

This work presents results of art state that searched articles to bring in its wake the relationship between Teaching of Chemistry (TC), Environmental Education (EE) and the Teaching of Chemistry directed from the Science Technology and Society (STS) standpoint. The research was carried by articles surveying in major magazines Brazilian Environmental Education and a reference in the research magazine of Science Education, being performed a qualitative analysis of those items that were identified. It was noted that little is produced on the subject of interest within this field, in mid-1998 to June 2012. In the articles analyzed did not find a perspective that allied relationship STS and EE, or EE, STS and TC. Nine articles were found in relation EE and TC, and TC and three articles STS, constituting two thematic axes: Relationship between Environmental Education and the Teaching of Chemistry and Relationship between Science and Technology Society and Chemistry Teaching, The discussion was given from the contents that comprised the categories created. The first axis involved: a) Teacher of Chemistry and EA b) Contents of Chemistry and EE, and c) Concepts and practices of EE Chemistry teachers. The second axis of the categories are: a) formative processes and conceptions of chemistry teachers in STS: b) Analysis of TC practice focusing STS. There were works produced by the same authors, who mostly used the same theme in different magazines for publication only changing the perspective of analyzing the results. Finally, a scenario indicates that restricted thematic research and the need to advance with future work

It is possible to note that the teaching done in the usual way goes against the language of youth today. It is essential that there be incentives and subsidies regarding the use of such media, whether the responsible government agencies and their members, be they principals and teachers, so there is a reform in the existing educational models and teaching. Currently, teaching is in a purely encyclopedic context of teaching models with pre-defined, ignoring the teaching based on the context in which the student lives (ethnomathematics). The objective of this work is to show how the use of audiovisual best known, such as newspapers, magazines, TV and computers can assist in teaching and learning of mathematics education, making teaching more enjoyable and inserted into the day-to-day student
