新疆伊犁河鲫鱼遗传多样性初步研究

为了解我国西北地区野生鲫鱼的遗传多样性,鲫鱼样品从新疆伊犁河中采用小型拖网捕获。通过解剖观察性腺鉴定性别;采用碘化丙啶(PI)染色,经流式细胞仪测定血细胞核DNA含量;采用非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,考马斯亮蓝染色分析血清转铁蛋白多态性。结果表明:新疆伊犁河鲫鱼群体为具雌、雄的两性个体的群体;伊犁河鲫鱼血细胞核DNA平均含量为(5.315±0.215)pg/个细胞核,血细胞核DNA含量约为二倍体彩鲫DNA含量的1.53倍,与银鲫血细胞核DNA含量相当;在所采集的鲫鱼样品中共发现9种转铁蛋白表现型,由7个等位

保定市工业废水对白洋淀微型生物群落的生态毒性

以白洋淀PFU(PolyurethaneFoamUnit)微型生物群落为种源(epicenter),评价上游工业废水的生态毒性.结果表明,在反映原生动物群集过程的3个参数Seq、G和T90%中,Seq与工业废水体积分数(φ)呈负相关.根据其回归方程Seq=42.22857-0.33374φ(R2=0.9042,P<0.01)推算出工业废水的效应浓度EC5、EC20和EC50,分别为6.3%、25.3%和65.2%.以此确定上游工业废水对白洋淀微型生物群落的无效应浓度为6.3%,最大允许浓度(MATC)为2

Modelling and characterisation of an ortho-planar micro-valve

The main difficulties encountered in the development of microscale fluidic pumping systems stem from the fact that these systems tend to comprise highly three-dimensional parts, which are incompatible with traditional microproduction technologies. Regardless of the type of pumping principle, most of the hydraulic systems contain valves and in particular a one-way valve. This paper presents the design and modelling of an ortho-planar one-way microvalve. The main advantages of such a valve are that it is very compact and can be made from a single flat piece of material. An analytical model of the spring deflection has been developed and compared to FEM. A prototype with a bore of 1.5 mm has been build using a micro EDM (electro discharge machining) machine and also tested. © 2006 International Federation for Information Processing.

人类白细胞抗原DRB1和DQB1等位基因多态性与大肠癌的关联性

目的　探讨人类白细胞抗原HLA DRB1, DQB1等位基因与大肠癌遗传关联性。方法　运用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应 ,结合等位基因序列分析 ,检测无亲缘关系的湖北籍汉族健康人136名、大肠癌组 5 4例患者的HLA DRB1、 DQB1基因。结果　大肠癌患者与正常人比较 ,HLA DRB1 0 90 1等位基因分布频率明显增高 (0 2 315、0 1397,P =0 0 33) ;而 DRB1 0 80X等位基因频率明显降低 (0 0 0 93、0 0 80 9,P =0 0 0 71)。两组间HLA
