Retórica y derecho en la Alta Edad Media: una defensa judicial del siglo IX

[ES] El objetivo de este artículo es Mostrar un aspecto particular de la Retórica en la Alta Edad Media, a saber, la vinculación de esta "Ars" con la práctica judicial y los estudios de Derecho. Para ello, hemoss analizado un documento relativamente "raro" en tanto que es casi el único de sus características en la Hispania del siglo IX: una defensa judicial incluída en el «Epistolario» de Álvaro de Córdoba (n.c. 800), uno de los mejores escritores en lengua latina de su época. La elección del citado documento tiene su razón de ser en la oscuridad e incertidumbre que rodean nuestro conocimiento de las fuentes y de los procedimientos jurídicos de dicha época.

Cloning and characterization of a blood coagulation factor IX-binding protein from the venom of Trimeresurus stejnegeri

A blood coagulation factor IX-binding protein (TSV-FIX-BP) was isolated from the snake venom of Trimeresurus stejnegeri. On SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, TSV-FIX-BP showed a single band with an apparent molecular weight of 23,000 under non-reducing conditions. and two distinct bands with apparent molecular weights of 14,800 and 14,000 under reducing conditions. cDNA clones containing the coding sequences of TSV-FIX-BP were isolated and sequenced to determine the structure of the precusors of TSV-FIX-BP subunits. The deduced amino acid sequences of two subunits of TSV-FIX-BP were confirmed by N-terminal protein sequencing and trypsin-digested peptide mass fingerprinting. TSV-FIX-BP was a nonenzymatic C-type lectin-like anti-coagulant. The anti-coagulant activity of TSV-FIX-BP was mainly caused by its dose dependent interaction with blood coagulation factor IX but not with blood coagulation factor X. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. SULFUR IX TO XIII SPECTRAL MEASURMENTS BETWEEN 170 AND 500Å

This paper reports laboratory measurements of the spectrum of highly ionized sulfur. The spectrum of S Ⅸ–S ⅩⅢ has been observed in the wavelength range 170–500 Å. A total of 54 lines have been measured. Forty-two of them have been classified as 2s22pk–2s2pk+1and 2s2pk–2pk+1 transitions. Twelve other lines have been ascribed to 2s–2p,4p–5s,5p–6s,5d–6p, and 6p–8d transitions. These spectral lines have been identified, among which 22 are new and accurately measured. The analysis of the spectra was based on a comparison with other experimental results and calculated values.

低能铁离子束对原卟啉IX二钠盐的辐照效应研究

110 ke V Fe+ 离子注入原卟啉 IX二钠盐薄膜样品后的一些谱学分析结果表明 ,低能铁离子束辐照可以导致生物分子的损伤和化学改性 ,并且初步证实注入铁离子在样品分子中慢化沉积后能形成含铁的金属络合物 ,即注入铁离子的质量沉积。

原卟啉IX二钠盐的低能铁离子束辐照产物对实验性小鼠再生障碍性贫血的疗效初步研究

利用 110 ke V Fe+ 离子注入原卟啉 IX二钠盐薄膜 ,动物实验和细胞学观察等表明辐照混合产物对于治疗 6 0 Coγ射线所致实验性小鼠再生障碍性贫血具有一定的疗效 ,且无明显的毒副作用 ,有望从中筛选治疗再生障碍性贫血的新药或其先导化合物
