Filhos da terra: uma saga paulistana: estudo de caso sobre invasão de terreno urbano

Reconstitui e avalia o Movimento por Moradia Filhos da Terra que em.1984, inicialmente com 1000 famílias,invadiu uma gleba de terras de propriedade particular na Zona Norte da cidade de São Paulo. Resgata os detalhes e os desdobramentos da invasão coletiva. Tece consideraç6es acerca da presença da Igreja, de Partidos Políticos, da reação governamental, da precariedade dos canais de representação popular, do modelo organizacional e da democracia interna ao movimento. Discute as potencialidades do movimento, suas limitações e o seu possível alcance histórico na consolidação de uma nova ordem social. Hipótese principal: As ocupaç6es coletivas, maciças e organizadas de terrenos urbanos, em razão da sua estratégia ousada e desafiadora, num contexto de caos habitacional pressionam com veemência os poderes públicos obrigando-os a democratizar-se, a reconhecer a miséria e a repensar a legitimidade do regime de propriedade privada

O herói: uma mitologia da vida cotidiana

O presente estudo teve por objetivo, através da Psicologia Analítica de Carl Gustav Jung, configurar a emergência do mito do herói no desenvolvimento psicológico do homem contemporâneo, vinculando-o a uma perspectiva simbólica. Observou-se que as forças simbólicas, através das quais os mitos se expressam, não perderam importância para a humanidade, mas ao contrário, servem como mediadores entre os processos conscientes e inconscientes. A dimensão arquetípica reconduz o ser humano a experiências vividas repetidamente durante milênios, na tentativa de situá-lo na sua condição de ser participante do mundo, em que vive. A mudança é apenas no modo como o mito é pontoado em sua determinada época. A validade do simbolismo arquetípico do herói, com muita propriedade, projeta-se através dessa demanda, porque sua manifestação ocorre em todos os locais e culturas inscrevendo sua característica universal ou coletiva. Na realização desta pesquisa foi utilizado o Teste de Apercepção Temática de Murray e relatos de sonhos coletados de um grupo de 27 pessoas, das quais quinze são do sexo feminino e doze do sexo masculino, adultas e normais no tocante aos aspectos de natureza psicológica do ser humano. As narrativas de histórias do TAT e os sonhos apresentados foram utilizados a guisa de ratificar a teorização aqui exposta. Este estudo constatou dentro de uma relativa elasticidade do modelo analítico, a emergência do mito do herói de maneira transparente, tanto nas histórias como nos sonhos que é o modo específico do inconsciente se comunicar com a consciência numa linguagem metaforizada, dialetizada, mas que fornece senhas que facilitam ir aos conteúdos e motivos básicos da totalidade psíquica. Finalmente, buscou a compreensão do significado psicológico da polaridade do mito do herói no desenvolvimento da personalidade, descrevendo as três etapas da trajetória e evolução do herói, interligando histórias e sonhos, que remetem ao processo de individualização e conduz o indivíduo a retomada de um viver mais maduro, consequente e sobretudo singular.

This research intends to narrate the journey of a simple man who was turned into a saint by a group of believers in Mossoró, west of Rio Grande do Norte. We recognized in the story of José Leite Santana, the "cangaceiro" Jararacá, an appropriated land to build an investigative approach of how characters as different as bandit and saint can be interconnected. From the believers speech, a narrative was created about these detachments of concepts based on the hero myth that is shown here as a part of men´s dealing with death

A coleção mossoroense e a construção dos mitos: Dix-Sept Rosado, o herói imolado

This research comprises a study on the values and ideals attributed to Dix-sept Rosado, by the Coleção Mossoroense journal. Local researchers demonstrate how the Coleção Mossoroense constructs an image of Mossoró, forming in the members of the city an identity with the place, a social cohesion or creating one forms to see and to say about the Mossoró city. The Coleção Mossoroense, through Vingt-un Rosado together with its family, established a form of seeing and identifying of the Mossoró s population with the city, just because it associated and it was, at the same time, a movement at the same time social (civic parties for example), political (the domination of the Rosado s family) and cultural (the books and theatrical parties about the city). The conjunction of the Coleção Mossoroense as and with a social movement, cultural and political was capable to establish a social identity, a subjective constituent . With this background, it was possible to make a study of the image attributed to Dix-sept Rosado, by the Coleção Mossoroense, through an analysis of the inherent discourse in the works by Bakhtin (1989) and Bourdieu (2000), of and on Dix-sept Rosado in the Coleção Mossoroense based on. The image of Dix-sept Rosado was constructed by the Coleção Mossoroense after its death, and the responsible for this was Vingt-un Rosado, which was the chief-editor of the Coleção Mossoroense up to 2006, year of its death. The Coleção Mossoroense built an image of Dix-sept Rosado as an enterprising man, progressive and innovator, of great capacity of leadership and oratory (a conductor of the crowds ), popular and charismatic, an honest and dynamic politician. This image made by the Coleção Mossoroense, although when enhancing in surplus the qualities of Dix-sept Rosado have as objective to transmit an image of a heroic personage, it has some relation with the reality. Dix-sept Rosado was a man identified with its locality. This can resemble a regional nationalism. The attitudes of Dix-sept Rosado must be understood inside of a broader social context, of a time marked by the populist politics. Qualities also appreciated and developed inside of a specific historical context and determined both national and locally. The Coleção Mossoroense enhances the qualities of Dix-sept Rosado so that the current politicians of the Rosado s family can establish a link of continuity in its contemporary political practice

Famílias privadas de liberdade: a saga da violência vivenciada por adolescentes que trilham os áridos caminhos da criminalidade

This paper has as its main focus the relation between the infringement act and the adolescents families social economical problematic, who obey the social educational deprivation of freedom at CEDUC in the district of Pitimbu RN, establishing in the theme Children and Adolescents, with the objective of showing how these families breed in the social economical and cultural political aspect. It also seizes who those adolescents are and their family members in their social aspect and as those families face their daily activities. The focus on the social matter, family, adolescent, infringement act, exclusion, inclusion formed the analysis categories which made myths and reality possible, taking into consideration the infringement act in our society. The data collection showed that those families conditions of life are of poverty. Families originated from low social classes, 62.5 % coming from the countryside and living with a daily income ranging from R$ 0,31 to R$ 8,31. Their level of education is low; there is lack of human and citizenship rights and no professional qualification whatsoever. It questions the degrading social exclusion suffered by millions of Brazilian people due to social, political and infringement economical problems. Has this favored the infringement practice? How to confirm the families lack of competence having the social vulnerability? Are the Public Political Institutions really performing the way they should? Are they really carrying out their role as they should? We have noticed that from then on, the necessity of understanding the exclusion/inclusion suffered not only in an imprecise and empty way, but understood as processes of integrative exclusion or ways of delinquency, where the excluding is not only the only one who has lack of material care but the one who is seen or recognized as a person, is not being treated as one. The effort of this paper provided an approach to our object, and the seizing of a close relation between the infringement act and the exclusion process or inclusion suffered, which are submitted to families of those adolescents who deprive of freedom

Adolescentes em conflito com a lei: a saga das punições na rota da exclusão social

This work deals with the problematic of the determinations that contribute to become the adolescents involved with law. Thus, in this research, the social exclusion is apprehended as one of the most important determining to understand this problematic, once we defend that it is part of the trajectory of this adolescent's life since its birth as a punishment that starts before they becoming envolved in act's that break the law. It is still questioned the discussion of the reduction of the penal age, viewed aa a proposal that will contribute to perpetuate the repression. The objectives of the research were: analyze the problematic of adolescents in conflict with law, where social exclusion is seen here as a main category. The research also aims to understand the situation towards social exclusion and that this public is undertaken in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, more specifically in Natal. This is dane through analysis of the profile of adolescents that are submitted to the treatment at Centro Integrate de Atendimento ao Adolescente Acusado de Ato Infracional - CIAD in 2005. This is dane on arder to identify of the State's and society's actions towards this issue, how it has prevailed in analyzing if there is punishing or social protection. The research also contributed with discussion towards the non penal reduction of for underage minors. The approach realized if of qualiquantitative nature. The research was realized with 190 male adolescent subjects, age ranging from 12 to 21 that were interns at CIAD in the year of 2005. The research shows that their fundamental rights (education, health, amongst others) are disrespected on a daily basis by the State. The State prioritizes economic issues, making social inequality more profound. The main argument is that this problematic has its main oring in the social exclusion and it is imposed to the adolescents as a punishment before thes have been involved with the law going on top of the social protection. When the adolescent goes from being the victim to executioner, the Statute of Children and Adolescents is questioned by many sectors that defend the reduction of penal minority as a solution to reduce the country's violence. Thus, it was aimed here to discuss arguments that point to non exclusion, discrimination and repression. It is proposed that the State should assume children and adolescents as a priority, implementing what the statute establishes as well as assures related to the fruition of denied rights as a way to prevent their future involvement with violence

Actively transcribed GAL genes can be physically linked to the nuclear pore by the SAGA chromatin modifying complex

Recent work has demonstrated that some actively transcribed genes closely associate with nuclear pore complexes (NPC) at the nuclear periphery. The Saccharomyces cerevisiae Mlp1 and Mlp2 proteins are components of the inner nuclear basket of the nuclear pore that mediate interactions with these active genes. To investigate the physical link between the NPC and active loci, we identified proteins that interact with the carboxyl-terminal globular domain of Mlp1 by tandem affinity purification coupled with mass spectrometry. This analysis led to the identification of several components of the Spt-Ada-Gcn5-acetyltransferase ( SAGA) histone acetyltransferase complex, Gcn5, Ada2, and Spt7. We utilized co-immunoprecipitation and in vitro binding assays to confirm the interaction between the Mlp proteins and SAGA components. Chromatin immunoprecipitation experiments revealed that Mlp1 and SAGA components associate with the same region of the GAL promoters. Critically, this Mlp-promoter interaction depends on the integrity of the SAGA complex. These results identify a physical association between SAGA and the NPC, and support previous results that relied upon visualization of GAL loci at the nuclear periphery by microscopy ( Cabal, G. G. Genovesio, A., Rodriguez-Navarro, S., Zimmer, C., Gadal, O., Lesne, A., Buc, H., Feuerbach- Fournier, F., Olivo-Marin, J.-C., Hurt, E. C., and Nehrbass, U. ( 2006) Nature 441, 770-773). We propose that a physical interaction between nuclear pore components and the SAGA complex can link the actively transcribed GAL genes to the nuclear pore.

O herói na interpretação e na recepção crítica de “Grande sertão: veredas”

O presente estudo constitui-se em uma leitura fincada nos moldes estético-recepcionais do romance Grande sertão: veredas, do escritor João Guimarães Rosa (1908-1967). Após um estudo histórico-artístico das categorias de heróis apresentadas no decorrer da história literária universal e analisadas pela crítica, tais como na epopéia (herói épico), no medievo (herói medieval), na tragédia (herói trágico) e no romance (herói romanesco), incluindo a categoria de herói formulada por Georg Lukács: o herói demoníaco, bem como o herói na modernidade (herói moderno), apresentar-se-á um exame diferenciado da figura da persona baseado na tipologia teórico-crítica jaussiana de herói, que, por sua vez, será utilizado para consideração de um estudo interpretativo e de recepção crítica sobre a personagem na obra rosiana, sobretudo a partir de 1956. Dessa forma, demonstrar-se-á que a atualidade do tema é sustentada pelas obras literárias, que se oferecem como objetos de interrogação para o pensamento crítico, renovando os princípios teóricos de cada época. Para tanto, a análise volta-se para o estudo de importantes nomes da crítica literária no Brasil e no exterior, cuja seleção se deu em função da categoria do herói, tais como Manuel Cavalcanti Proença (1958), Mario Vargas Llosa (1966), Antonio Candido (1969), Walnice Nogueira Galvão (1972), Benedito Nunes (1982), Davi Arrigucci Jr (1994), José Antonio Pasta Jr (1999) e Ettore Finazzi-Agrò (2004), com a finalidade de compreender e explicitar a importância da reconstrução do horizonte de expectativa a partir da tríade hermenêutica que permite ao leitor participar da gênese do objeto estético, expandindo seu contexto e significações.
