To evaluate the clinical application of implant of the canine cryopreserved amniotic membrane (DMEM plus DMSO 1:1) and 360° conjunctival flap in the treatment of progressive corneal ulceration. 10 dogs of the different breeds, males and females, aging four months to four years old with deep corneal ulceration and different clinical progression were divided in two groups: G1=360° conjunctival graft (n=5) and G2=implant of amniotic membrane, sutured at the edge of the ulcer with epithelial side facing up, associated with the third eyelid flap (n=5). The comparative analysis between groups was: complications, blepharospasm, ocular secretion, corneal vascularization, epithelial defect and corneal opacification in six moments (first emergency care, surgery and 3, 7, 15 and 30 days of postoperative). Without epithelial defect was evaluated quality of the scar. It was used score scale for subjective to qualify of the ocular signs. In G1, it was observed the non-adherence of the conjunctival graft to the ulcer (n=2), dehiscence of the suture (n=2), anterior synechia (n=2) and intense chemosis (n=1). In G2, it was not observed these complications. It was not significant difference between the groups to others ocular parameters, but it was different among the start and end moments of the same groups (ocular secretion, corneal vascularization, epithelial defect). The corneal opacity was more intense in G1. According to the clinical results, the cryopreserved amniotic membrane implant proved to be as effective in the corneal ulceration in comparison to the 360° conjunctival flap, because probably, the membrane promoted a trophic support for epithelialization, anti-inflamatory effect associated with important to the end result phenotype.

The work depicts the study of geological and geotechnical characteristics presents, together with an analysis of the physical environment components and evaluation of its units, along a marginal stretch at Rodovia Amparo-Morungaba (SP-360) in order to present a geological and geotechnical map, 1:25.000 scale (one of the objectives of the work). There was also a geotechnical assessment of the present geological processes and the development of corrective measures necessary to establish safe conditions for road traffic. The method for the characterization of geological and geotechnical analysis was integrated the physical components associated with photo interpretation (another objective of this work) based on Google Earth´s air images along the referred highway. In addition, field studies were made that helped in the distribution and compartmentalization of the six geological and geotechnical units and profiles of each specific alteration were also made. The finals results present the above mentioned map, a detailed description of each of the six units and a a geotechnical assessment of the present geological processes and the development of corrective measures necessary to establish safe conditions for road traffic. Dal punto di vista geometrico, il tracciato delle linee AV/AC è determinato in funzione delle velocità di progetto, attualmente variabili tra 250 e 300 km/h, e in modo da limitare i parametri cinematici. In questa maniera è assicurata la corretta qualità di marcia dei treni ad alta velocità. La sovrastruttura ferroviaria è realizzata in modo da sopportare i carichi dinamici trasmessi dai convogli transitanti a elevate velocità, e da garantire la sicurezza della circolazione e il comfort di marcia. In particolare, la qualità del binario ferroviario è determinata attraverso una serie di parametri geometrici fondamentali, definiti da Rete Ferroviaria Italiana. A seconda dei valori assunti da tali parametri, il binario rientra in un livello di qualità geometrica: sono definiti tre livelli per i quali la circolazione ferroviaria avviene senza limitazioni e un livello che richiede l’imposizione di vincoli all’esercizio (rallentamenti o interruzioni). L’introduzione dei parametri geometrici e dei rispettivi valori di riferimento ha lo scopo di mantenere elevati livelli qualitativi e di sicurezza per l’infrastruttura ferroviaria, in materia di geometria dell’armamento. Infatti, il superamento di certe soglie da parte dei parametri, implica l’intervento manutentivo sul binario, al fine di ripristinare la corretta geometria e di garantire così la qualità della marcia dei treni. La politica è quella d’intervento prima del raggiungimento del quarto livello di qualità, per il quale sono necessarie restrizioni alla circolazione e interventi correttivi immediati.
