We investigate the influence of vacuum organic contaminations on laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of optical coatings. Anti-reflective (AR) coatings at 1064 nm made by Ta2O5/SiO2 are deposited by the ion beam sputtering method. The LIDTs of AR coatings are measured in vacuum and in atmosphere, respectively. It is exhibited that contaminations in vacuum are easily to be absorbed onto optical surface because of lower pressure, and they become origins of damage, resulting in the decrease of LIDT from 24.5 J/cm(2) in air to 15.7 J/cm(2) in vacuum. The LIDT of coatings in vacuum has is slightly changed compared with the value in atmosphere after the organic contaminations are wiped off. These results indicate that organic contaminations are the main reason of the LIDT decrease in vacuum. Additionally, damage morphologies have distinct changes from vacuum to atmosphere because of the differences between the residual stress and thermal decomposability of filmy materials.

1984—1988年共抚育仔猴578只, 离乳龄为4个月, 抚育一年的成活率为91.5% 。抚育一年内死亡的仔猴中有61.8%发生在离乳后第一个月内,2月龄以下离乳的 仔猴有20%死亡, 2月龄以上为6.9%; 64.7%的仔猴死亡于肺炎和肠道炎。人工离 乳的仔猴, 雄性在10月龄前、雌性在9月龄前具有较快的生长速度, 仔猴提前离 乳, 能提高母猴的生育力。图4表4参9

Semi-insulating (SI) InP wafers of 2 and 3 in. diameters have been prepared by annealing undoped LEC InP at 930 degreesC for 80 h under pure phosphorus ambient (PP) and iron phosphide ambient (IP). The electrical uniformity of annealed undoped SI wafers, along with a Fe-doped as-grown SI LEC InP wafer, has been characterized by whole wafer PL mapping and radial Hall measurements. Defects in these wafers have been detected by photo-induced current transient spectroscopy (PICTS). The results indicated that the uniformity of IP wafer is much better than that of PP wafer and as-grown Fe-doped Si InP wafer. There are fewer traps in undoped SI InP IP wafer than in as grown Fe-doped and undoped SI InP PP wafer, as evidenced by PICTS. The good uniformity of the IP wafer is related to the nonexistence of high concentration of thermally induced defects. The mechanism for this phenomenon is discussed based on the results. 本文以沈阳城郊设施菜地为研究对象,系统研究了不同有机肥处理(0-60 t hm-2)对不同本底肥力设施菜地土壤磷素累积及有效性的影响。结果如下: 施有机肥各处理土壤0-20cm全磷含量与CK之间均达显著差异,且施有机肥可显著增加0-20cm土层的活性有机磷、中等活性有机磷和中稳性有机磷的累积量。其中以中等活性有机磷和中稳性有机磷含量增加较显著。不同本底磷肥力土壤活性有机磷、中等活性有机磷和中稳性有机磷均与土壤速效磷呈极显著正相关关系。 施用有机肥各处理土壤0-20cm速效磷的含量随有机肥施用量的增加而明显增加。土壤速效磷含量在黄瓜不同生育期的变化规律是 :黄瓜开花期达最高,坐果期和拉秧期有所下降。 对于土壤本底磷肥力达1.97g kg-1的设施菜地,有机肥施用量10t hm-2可基本保持施肥当季土壤0-20cm速效磷水平;施用有机肥20t hm-2可保持土壤本底磷肥力0.86g kg-1的设施菜地0-20cm土壤速效磷水平,如过量施用有机肥则可进一步提高土壤全磷和速效磷含量,进而增加磷淋失的环境风险。 对于不同本底磷肥力设施菜地施用相应适量有机肥可提高黄瓜产量,并保持土壤磷肥力水平。过量施用有机肥则不仅增产效应不明显,且随有机肥施用量的增加,磷素表观利用率降低,磷淋失环境风险增加,经济效益降低。

根据高考考场编排的一般要求和约束条件,建立了相应的数学模型,提出了基于考生比例的考场编排问题的分治算法,给出了算法的具体步骤,分析了算法的复杂度,验证了算法的合理性和有效性。实验结果表明,该算法能有效控制考生的分布,编排过程完全可以控制,最大程度地避免了前后左右相邻考生属同一中学,编排结果达到了比较理想的均衡状态。该算法速度快、效率高、易于实现、继承性强,很容易推广到其它类似问题的求解。
