Desde la Facultad de Educación Física se realizó un proyecto de Extensión Universitaria a la comunidad El Talar, (comunidad de Ladrilleros), departamento Cruz Alta, Tucumán. Desde este proyecto se asume la idea de construcción del conocimiento como un intercambio que implica necesariamente al otro en una interacción cooperativa. En este sentido se concretaron actividades a través de un trabajo conjunto que contribuirá a la defensa y promoción de los derechos humanos. El proyecto se denomina Juegos y Deportes para la inclusión vs Trabajo Infantil y Adicciones, con duración de un año, trabajo llevado a cabo por docentes y alumnos de la Facultad de Educación Física; las cátedras que intervinieron fueron: Didáctica General, Hockey, Tenis y Administración de la Educación Física. Al transitar los caminos de este proyecto se puso en práctica algo que no estaba en los objetivos previstos, pero al llegar al periodo evaluativo, nos dimos cuenta que se produjo otros resultados secundarios, no menos importantes, como lo es el trabajo inter-cátedra. La Extensión Universitaria es provechosa para promover el aprendizaje y el acompañamiento no solo con nuestros alumnos, sino entre los profesores de la Cátedras intervinientes, ya que fortalece los vínculos, las relaciones, los aprendizajes y enseñanzas, la cultura inter-cátedra y también para producir innovaciones pedagógicas

Durante el desarrollo de la investigación, titulada Que enseña la Educación Física cuando enseña, (11-H697_Proyecto_2014-2015_EFyE), a la cual pertenezco, nos encontramos con la grata sorpresa de descubrir dentro de los discursos de los/las profesora y del alumnado, palabras que significaban desde las emociones y que se relacionan con los sentimientos, que luego resignifican en acciones motrices como el aprendizaje de juegos, gimnasias y deportes, desde el placer. Sorteando una lectura lineal sobre los insumos de investigación, como los diseños curriculares y los libros de temas, ensayando algunas reflexiones nos propusimos indagar sobre que otros hechos y dichos circulaban en las maneras de enseñar la Educación Física. La particularidad es que tanto el alumnado como profesores y profesoras, prestaban especial atención al vínculo, entendido este como modo de llegar al alumnado de forma significativa para generar empatía y garantizar otros procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se observó en los niveles de la educación primaria y secundaria, como la afectividad es utilizada como instrumento para garantizar el aprendizaje de los contenidos propuestos por los diseños curriculares. Rescatar la voz de las/los actores en sus dichos y hechos desde una mirada más de lo vincular será el camino a relatar

La presente ponencia tiene como objetivo presentar las reflexiones discutidas en una de las líneas de investigación que forma parte de un Proyecto radicado en la Universidad Nacional de La Plata bajo el título "Estudio social regional de desarrollo local de la Región Rural Periurbana de La Plata". Desde esta línea se plantea indagar, principalmente, sobre las posibles transformaciones operadas en los vínculos sociales de amplios sectores de la población rururbana, como consecuencia de la situación económica que viene atravesando nuestro país desde las últimas décadas del siglo XX. En este sentido, se pretende una aproximación hacia el análisis de cómo inciden estos cambios en los procesos de empobrecimiento de las familias hortícolas platenses, cómo se traducen en los vínculos sociales que dichas familias despliegan para posibilitar su reproducción social, qué estrategias se van desplegando en estos sectores sociales que les permita mantener sus condiciones de vida. En este marco, desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria, se trata de presentar el conjunto de interrogantes y problematizaciones que hemos abordado hasta el momento para profundizar estas cuestiones; por tanto, no es nuestra pretensión mostrar resultados, sino explicitar nuestro abordaje para detectar estas situaciones y que nos permita comprender con mayor claridad la complejidad de tales procesos sociales

Este estudo objetiva situar os Momentos da Verdade do atendimento a clientes externos, que podem ocorrer em diferentes setores da organização. Efetuou-se um estudo de caso, examinando-se uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES), verificando-se esses Momentos em todos os setores administrativos. Os gestores foram entrevistados e os alunos questionados, confrontando-se a opinião desses públicos. Como resultado, os setores administrativos da IES participam dos Momentos da Verdade no atendimento aos alunos, ressaltando-se a ausência de treinamento de pessoal específico para essa finalidade, além dos gestores não estar cientes do nível de satisfação que seus alunos possuem no atendimento por parte desses setores, observando-se uma opinião superdimensionada sobre a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos, diante da avaliação dos alunos da IES.

The IT capability is a organizational ability to perform activities of this role more effectively and an important mechanism in creating value. Its building process (stages of creation and development) occurs through management initiatives for improvement in the performance of their activities, using human resources and IT assets complementary responsible for the evolution of their organizational routines. This research deals with the IT capabilities related to SIG (integrated institutional management systems), built and deployed in UFRN (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte) to realization and control of administrative, academic and human resources activities. Since 2009, through cooperative agreements with federal and educational institutions of direct administration, UFRN has supported the implementation of these systems, currently involving more than 30 institutions. The present study aims to understand how IT capabilities, relevant in the design, implementation and dissemination of SIG, were built over time. This is a single case study of qualitative and longitudinal nature, performed by capturing, coding and analysis from secondary data and from semi-structured interviews conducted primarily with members of Superintenência de Informática, organizational unit responsible for SIG systems in UFRN. As a result, the technical, of internal relationship and external cooperation capabilities were identified as relevant in the successful trajectory of SIG systems, which have evolved in different ways. The technical capacity, initiated in 2004, toured the stages of creation and development until it reached the stage of stability in 2013, due to technological limits. Regarding the internal relationship capability, begun in 2006, it toured the stages of creation and development, having extended its scope of activities in 2009, being in development since then. Unlike the standard life cycle observed in the literature, the external cooperation capability was initiated by an intensity of initiatives and developments in the routines in 2009, which were decreasing to cease in 2013 in order to stabilize the technological infrastructure already created for cooperative institutions. It was still identified the start of cooperation in 2009 as an important event selection, responsible for changing or creating trajectories of evolution in all three capacities. The most frequent improvements initiatives were of organizational nature and the internal planning activity has been transformed over the routines of the three capabilities. Important resources and complementary assets have been identified as important for the realization of initiatives, such as human resources technical knowledge to the technical capabilities and external cooperation, and business knowledge, for all of them, as well as IT assets: the iproject application for control of development processes, and the document repository wiki. All these resources and complementary assets grew along the capacities, demonstrating its strategic value to SINFO/UFRN

The internationalization as an organizational phenomenon fundamentally strategic had as theoretical contributions some Schools that throughout the decades 60, 70, and 80 developed behavioral and economic approaches in order to explain the process. The behavioral approach deals with the perception of phenomenon as a gradual process from the perspective of the executives behavior (JOHANSON and VAHLNE, 1977; HALLÉN and WIEDERSHEIM - PAUL, 1979; CZINKOTA, 1985). This phenomenon in permanent theoretical and managerial evolution made an opportunity to build this investigation, whose goal is to analyse the impact comes from organizational capabilities and the external environment on the international performance of exporting firms. For both, were used as theoretical basis two types of analysis for the comprehension of international performance: Strategic Management - Industrial Organization and Resource-Based View and International Businesses - Current Economic and Behavioral. It was made a cross-sectional survey-based explanatory research, including 150 exporting companies with operations in the Northeast of Brazil. A conceptual model was made with eight constructs and eight research hypotheses, representative of the effects of external factors on international performance. The data were processed using the Exploratory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. The structural equations model was reespecified and estimated through the use of the maximum-likelihood method up to achieve adequated values of indexes of adjustment. As the main theoretical contribution, were identified organizational and physical resources which shows the importance of the management skills development, of the learning capability and capability to establish strategic alliances abroad. That because the knowledge, as the operational point of view as in its strategic application, offers to organization conditions of market positioning which can create opportunities sustainable competitive advantages and which impact the performance of international companies

The objective of this study is to investigate if exist relationship between organizational culture and the organizational climate, having as research s locus three dairy industries in the Rio Grande do Norte State. As such, an exploratory-descriptive and conclusive-causal study, with a sample composed of 211 employees of all firms hierarchical levels was undertaken. By way the data collection, the employees personal characteristics, the predominant organizational culture profile and the predominant organizational climate in the industries researched were identified. In order to analyse the organizational culture, the Competing Value Model (CAMERON; QUINN, 2006), with adaptations by Santos (1998, 2000), was used. In order to analyse the organizational climate, the Organizational Climate Measurement Scale, proposed by Martins (et al., 2004, 2008), with modifications, was used. The data were submitted to quantitative statistical analyses, firstly to the set of firms and afterwards to the firms alone, that permitted arrival to the following conclusions: the cultural profiles was met in a balanced way in the researched organizations, with emphasis to clan culture and market culture profiles; the researched organizations have a good organizational climate, based in the Martins (2008) classification, with emphasis to boss and organization s support and physical comfort , being these factors coherent whit the clan culture profile; the personal variables are correlated with the cultural profiles and with the organizational climate factors, however, each organization show its singular form of relation; and the cultural profiles showed influence on organizational climate factors. Thus, the results permitted to conclude that there are relations between the cultural profiles and the organizational climate factors in the researched organizations

Esta dissertação apresenta a modelagem de uma ferramenta baseada em SMA para a simulação da produção e gestão social de um ecossistema urbano, a organização social do Projeto da Horta San Jeronimo(SJVG), localizado no Parque San Jeronimo Sevilha, Espanha, que e coordenado pela confederação Ecologistas en Accion . Estes processos sociais observados no projeto do SJVG são caracterizados pela ocorrência de uma serie de interações e trocas sociais entre os participantes. Além disso, os comportamentos periódicos, interações e comunicações são regulados pelo Regimento de Normas Internas, estabelecidos pela comunidade em assembleia, sob a supervisão e coordenação da confederação EA. O SMA foi concebido como um sistema JaCaMo multidimensional, composto por cinco dimensões integradas: a população de agentes, os artefatos normativos (a organização), os artefatos físicos (o ambiente dos agentes), artefatos de comunicação (o conjunto de interações) e os artefatos normativos (política normativa interna). A ferramenta utilizada no projeto e o framework JaCaMo, uma vez que apresenta suporte de alto nível e modularidade para o desenvolvimento das três primeiras dimensões acima mencionadas. Mesmo tendo enfrentado alguns problemas importantes que surgiram adotando o framework JaCaMo para desenvolvimento do Projeto SJVG-SMA, como: (i) a impossibilidade de especificação da periodicidade no modelo MOISE, (II) a impossibilidade de definir normas, seus atributos básicos (nome, periodicidade, papel a que se aplica) e as sanções, e (III) a inexistência de uma infraestrutura modular para a definição de interações através da comunicação, foi possível adotar soluções modulares interessantes para manter a ideia de um SMA de 5 dimensões, desenvolvidos na plataforma JaCaMo. As soluções apresentadas neste trabalho são baseadas principalmente no âmbito do Cartago, apontando também para a integração de artefatos organizacionais, normativos, físicos e de comunicação.

Nos países ocidentais, a pesquisa científica financiada com recursos públicos vem sofrendo reformas dramáticas nas últimas duas décadas (Simpson, 2003). Considerando os resultados dessas reformas, este artigo investiga como as mesmas aconteceram no Brasil, como os programas de pesquisa foram afetados e qual estilo de organização emergiu das reformas. Pretende-se analisar essas questões empiricamente, usando um estudo de caso. Então, o objetivo específico desse artigo é analisar as inovações organizacionais criadas dentro de um programa de pesquisa público brasileiro – o Programa de melhoraento genético da cana-de-açúcar do IAC (PROCANA) – para enfrentar as reformas nos modelos de atuação do Estado na área de C&T, superar os limites geográficos da pesquisa agrícola, dar mais eficiência à P&D e gerar produtos adaptados às necessidades dos usuários.
