A gestão democrática em uma escola de educação de jovens e adultos

This paper addresses the democratic school management within the school organizations. For this, initially made brief remarks on labor relations, the development of administrative and organizational theories. Later, we reflect on how the se labor relations are organized in the educational environment and what education theoretical contributions to the development of school management in Brazil. Therefore, we discuss the Brazilian educational policies that postulate and legitimate democratic school management. Studies of everyday guided the theoretical basis of this work, we wonder what school subject dealing with the discourse of democratic and participative management. Forward the hypothesis that participatory management should be a prominent space in schools, the aim of this study was to investigate the school management of a municipal school of Youth and Adult Education, which brings in your organization pedagogical foundation and educational principles espoused by Paul Freire. The specific objectives of the study are: a) to investigate and describe how is the organization's management of school youth and adults; b) understand the role of managers; c) check how teachers and administrators understand the process of managing this school. From a methodological point of view the daily life of the studies led this work to procedures and qualitative analysis of ethnographic referring to practices that have occurred in adult education school along with the theoretical foundation. Participated in this research members of the school management group and four teachers of Youth and Adult Education rooms. The results obtained showed that dialogue and democracy go together, that the school is an organization with different world views, which need to be primarily present in the identity of the schools. Validação de imagens de material didático para a educação de jovens adultos e idosos

This work originated as a tool for validation of an illustrated alphabet designed for youth, adults and seniors, developed by Profª Maria Aparecida Couto em seu Mestrado Profissionalizante da UNESP de Bauru - Faculdade de Ciências, Pedagogical mediation with didactic material support for education of youth and adults. With this guiding goal first we chose a brief theoretical introduction in order to identify and differentiate the students of the EJA and then the selected images were taken to the field for validation and adaptation through the contribution of the students of the EJA

Análise de um processo avaliativo do jogo de handebol

Handball is a team sport invasion, much practiced in Brazilian schools. There are different teaching methods of team sport, and with them different evaluation methods, this study aims to analyze the shared evaluation process of building course with students of a handball design of a municipal school in Bauru in sports initiation and at the end submit an evaluation process. For this study students of a municipal school participants handball classes in the opposite time of curricular classes underwent an interview, besides having been recorded them playing a handball game with number of small participants at the beginning of the post holiday classes July and another three months later as a form of evaluation. After reviewing the videos and interviews, it was concluded that some students had a game performance improves when they were part of the attack, and also had a behavioral improvement, both from actions taken in the game, as respect to the next, thus interpreted by the students themselves. Although it is a difficult task to analyze and quantify the performance of students in Physical Ed classes can complete some improvements, moreover is valid Professor hear the views of students to understand the vision that students have of themselves during the game

Percepções de alunos de medicina sobre marketing médico

INTRODUÇÃO: Marketing médico é um assunto controverso, principalmente no que concerne a princípios éticos. Portanto, frente à competição acirrada de mercado, é necessário o preparo profissional. Conhecer a percepção dos alunos de Medicina pode auxiliar na estruturação de alternativas de capacitação. METODOLOGIA: Inicialmente, identificaram-se crenças sobre marketing médico através de grupo focal composto por 12 alunos. Com base nesses dados, dez afirmações para avaliar atitudes foram aplicadas aos alunos de uma Faculdade de Medicina pública brasileira. RESULTADOS: Observou-se falta de clareza sobre o conceito de marketing, preocupação com princípios éticos e necessidade de marketing no mercado competitivo. Na fase de aplicação, foram obtidas 280 respostas de diversos estágios do curso. Apenas 16,8% admitiram contato com o tema. Houve clareza sobre ética em relação ao paciente, influenciada positivamente pela progressão no curso, mas houve divergência na ética entre profissionais. CONCLUSÕES: Marketing médico é uma área pouco compreendida e relegada ao currículo oculto, sendo influenciada por transposições inadequadas de métodos didáticos destinados à comunicação profissional para a população leiga. Novos métodos de ensino, como a educação tutorial, podem ser uma alternativa para lidar com essas situações.

A prática pedagógica e a criação de um contexto favorável para a aprendizagem de ciências no Ensino Fundamental

Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar, com base em registros de observações de aulas de ciências no Ensino Fundamental II, em uma escola da rede pública estadual do município de Valinhos, SP, se a prática pedagógica pode criar condições que potencializem ou limitem a exigência conceitual no tratamento do conhecimento. As análises foram feitas por meio da comparação com outros estudos sobre práticas favoráveis à aproximação ao conhecimento científico, desenvolvidos sob a mesma perspectiva teórica a teoria de Basil Bernstein, e, nesse sentido, ficou evidente o quanto a prática pedagógica analisada se distancia do que vem sendo apontado como uma configuração mais adequada, especialmente por não permitir a intervenção dos alunos na determinação dos tempos envolvidos na aprendizagem, e por preservar rigidamente as fronteiras entre os conteúdos científicos, o que acaba criando condições favoráveis à redução do nível de exigência conceitual nas aulas.

Novos formatos escolares para novas demandas sociais : O Ensino Médio Integrado

When it comes to reflecting on the Brazilian educational system , secondary education is what causes the most controversial debates . For a long time , enrollment rates in secondary school were embarrassing , what has changed in recent decades . It became mandatory and expanded significantly the enrollment , but keep the high level of failure and dropout . Historically, the definition of options for secondary education and particularly vocational education , has been in Brazil for conflict of interests and positions , which is expressed in the diversity of curricular proposals presented throughout the twentieth century and the beginning of this XXI century. Currently, the line adopted by the federal government is to encourage states and municipalities to implement the method of integrated secondary school , thus seeking to establish links between the academic and professional learning . The topic of this article is precisely this choice of integrated education . It is within the framework of the Brazilian educational scenario and its late development compared to other countries in the region under review debate and educational policies aimed to integrate the high school and the working world
