Due to the high value of the bill that the Brazilian has been paying, one of the most expensive in the world, is becoming increasingly attractive the option for renewable energy in form of distributed micro and minigeneration. In other words, the renewable energy sources are becoming attractive not only because of environmental concerns, but also due to economic issues. This has become even more relevant and concrete after approval of rules by National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL) on 4/17/2012 (Normative Resolution n ° 482/2012 of 04/17/2012) aimed at reducing barriers to installation of small distributed generation, including microgeneration, with up to 100 kW of power, and minigeneration, 100 kW to 1 MW. The Normative Resolution n ° 482/2012 creates the Energy Clearing System, which allows consumers to install small generators in its consumer unit and exchange energy with the local distributor. The rule applies to generators that use renewable sources of energy (hydro, solar, biomass, wind and cogeneration qualified). Medidores inteligentes: o primeiro passo em direção as redes inteligentes

Smart grids are the focus of major study today because of the necessity of modernization in electrical systems and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions that increases global warming. Reaching the best deployment method, you must first of all know the current electrical system and how to use them for the benefit of this new technology. Preparing the action plan we should be aware of the main points of smart grids in each step of the electricity system - generation, transmission and distribution. Analyzed these topics, this work will focus on the first step in the implementation of the smart grids: the smart meters, tool which is already being implemented in Brazil. The main characteristics and applications of these devices, as well as their communication structure with the core distributors will be showed during the paper. Finally, we present a case study which will be discussed and analyzed based in the results obtained with the implementation of smart meters in the city of Vancouver, Canada, where we have a considerable savings already in the first year, with fully paying the initial investment and still have a profit

Internal Communications, a central theme of this project, it is essential to support a transparent and effective cooperation between organization and em ployee. In companies with Quality Management System, as certified in ISO 9001, need to adhere to the quality not only in its management policy, but as in all of its processes and the various agencies in which there is interaction, especially the internal. This paper aims to reflect on the interaction with the internal audience, paying attention to the fact that the information required and the strategic management of public relations positively interfere in the relationship between organization and employe e and the resulting benefits that these entail in quality management. Análise estática de um guindaste de torre, utilizando o método dos elementos finitos

The finite element method is of great importance for the development and analysis of a new product being designed or already on the market, and that requires some specific request or special application. The tower crane, being an essential equipment for modern construction to increase productivity and safety on construction sites, is required for many types of special applications day after day, in many kinds of work. Paying attention to this growing need for handling special projects for the tower crane, faced with the importance and necessity of development and improvement of knowledge in more accurate and practical calculation methods such as the finite element method , for greater agility and precision in the response to a new project. The tower crane is defined by the maximum load moment that it can act with a certain amount of load. The tower crane which will be analyzed in this work , for example, is a tower crane with a resulting capacity of 85 Metric Tons which are considered basic dimensions data of a fisical tower crane of a crane company Liebherr in Guaratinguetá . Thus, the project analysis will begin with the threedimensional representation of the crane lines with AutoCAD software , conversion of this model to the format accepted ANSYS Workbench and completion of 3D modeling of structural components in Design module ANSYS software. After structural modeling is completed, the simulation is performed in static simulation of ANSYS Workbench software mode. The standards will be adopted to DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) and EN 14439 (Europäische Normung 14439) and some NR 's related to specific security class of tower cranes, which will be referred throughout the work

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the Acordo Ortográfico da Língua Portuguesa within a historic context that continually demands simplification and unification to the orthographic fixations. The theoretical and methodological orientation is based on the metaorthography and the linguistic historiography directed towards the language orthographic issue. With this focus, a review of the Portuguese language orthographic agreements is done, paying attention not to the details of the several changes, but to the directions that governed all these orthographic agreements, concluding with an evaluation of the historical validity of this new measure.

A escolarização da literatura infantil nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental: um processo subsidiário aos fins pedagógicos

Literature is a treasure for humanity and for the school. It causes psychological function of the individual, inserts it in the context of various cultures and historic moments, and, by having formative nature, School and Literature are intrinsecally related institutions. But literature is not the end of the first teaching, while the school has the purpose of teaching literature. Literature is not a source of good leads standards; have to be educated without this process to misrepresent. Thus, it was estalished is to investigate the inadequacy of schooling of Children's Literature pointed out by Soares in 2006, is still reality that becomes present in school or if there was any change in that status. Specific objectives were established: 1)Scanning separately in each of the books education system, from first to fifth grade of elementary school, according to the following categories involving education of literary reading: selection of genres and authors; presentation of these genres and no change from one genre to another; 2)analyze the way children's literature is presented by note-books analyzed education system develop the sensitivity of the student for pluris-signification and expressiveness of literary language, while fulfilling its social function and knowledge; 3)review the comprehension activities of literary reading proposed by notebooks to seize their educational goals. Therefore, we carried out basic theoretical research, demonstrating the functions of literature and the teaching of literature in school, and documentary research. Were analyzed 20 documents (the system apostilled notebooks), paying attention to classwork it to him of genres, authors and works chosen to be worked out, observing the cases of texts fragmentation and transport the genre to the page of the notebook system apostilled, and investigating the goals of literary reading instruction through the analysis of comprehension activities. Um estudo sobre a influência do sistema de gestão ambiental ISO 14001 sobre a imagem de organizações industriais e o papel das relações públicas

The consumers' requirements are constantly growing, as well as the concern for the environment. Considering this change of scenario, industrial companies started paying more attention to environmental issues and decided to resort to solutions such as the adoption of the Environmental Management System based on the ISO 14001 model. It is believed that the adoption of this model changes the organizational image, both internally and externally. This possible change was the focus of this research, considering that many publics related to certified companies may have the wrong idea about what being a green company really means. The objective of this study is to verify, through a survey research, the relation between the Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001 with organizational image of Brazilian firms. At first, this paper presents a theoretical review on Environmental Management System, IS0 14001, Organizational image, green Marketing, Greenwashing and Public Relations. Next, the research method is presented, as well as the results obtained through theoretical study, the research application and data analysis, and a brief analysis of the Public Relations' role in the organizational environment at issue. Identidade psicossocial dos adolescentes no regime de internato na Educação Agrícola

Psychosocial Identity of the adolescents in boarding school system in the agricultural education Abstract: This article is the result of a research where we try to study and to understand the psychosocial identity of adolescents undergoing boarding. We discussed the issue of boarding school in literature and notes about adolescence in various psychological approaches. Research strategies were interviews, and focus group reports. We conclude that, even with the difficulties students believe that the promising future can only be achieved through technical training, which would enable them not only to acquire a knowledge, but also as a way to gain access to a better-paying job. A better understanding of the surrounding reality allows us to subsidize various professional institutions also adopt boarding as an option to stay.

Oficina na atenção psicossocial: experimentações com a palavra

The Word Workshop was created in 2004, as an activity of the training period in Psychosocial Care in the Collective Health, a discipline that is part of the curriculum of the Psychology course offered by the State of São Paulo’s University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho”/UNESP, campus of Assis. Initially, it is possible to affirm that the Word Workshop contributes to stimulate the flow of the words through the discussion of tales, short stories, poetry, jokes and news. The Word Workshop is considered an effort towards the guarantee of a space where the users of the mental health care service can share varied experiences and it is also thought as an attempt that can, potentially, bring up the conditions through which some existential meanings may possibly be forked. Such a space-instrument allows the mental health care users to speak about life and their interests rather than to keep focused in symptoms and complains. These ones, by their turn, are expressed through metaphors, unprecedented speech experiences and new sensitivity regimes. The critical analysis of the singular experience of the Word Workshop, that understands the words as agents of social transformation, was conceived with the support of Enrique Pichon-Rivière’s and Paulo Freire’s theories. From this first theoretical reading, it is possible to make an incursion through the scenery of the Psychosocial Care Workshops, paying special attention to their potential and to the risks related to crystallized practices.
