When dance and gender' share stage treats of the impact and the repercussion that have had the fight for the equality women-men and the studies of gender in the practice and in the historiography of dance. It bases in the study of new, classical and recognised bibliographic references on gender and dance, anthropology of dance and history and practice of dance.

En aquest treball, a partir de la teoria de l'actor-xarxa i la Sociologia del Coneixement Científic (SCC), analitzem la creació i evolució de la vacuna contra la malària de l'equip del Dr. Manuel Elkin Patarroyo, durant els anys 80 i 90 del passat segle, per mostrar com les interaccions socials participen de manera decisiva en l'acceptació o rebuig d'una proposta científica.

A systematic review of Twitter’s hashtags in public health: an example of a globally adopted standard

The objective is to find evidence and make recommendations on the use of Twitter in public health,particularly through the study of hashtags(#). This systematic review shows the use of Twitter in different areas of public health: epidemiological surveillance, health promotion, health protection and disease prevention. Articles on this subject published in indexed journals with impact factor show the importance of conversations to engage the attention of Twitter users by using citations (@ user) and retweets(RT); however, not much importance seems to be given to the use of hashtags(#), which are often assimilated to the concept of keywords. Although tracking recurring hashtagsshould be less expensive than computing Twitter content, the potential of hashtaggeddata has not been properly exploited or recognized over the past years, probably due to the lack of efficient tools.

Digital social media: An interactive technology incorporated as a competitive advantage for business

In a more transparent and dynamic world, in which consumers trust other consumers more for advice and recommendations on products and services, the continuity of organizations appears to be associated with socialization, the sharing of interests and the interaction with the audience. This is associated with the incorporation of digital technologies to business, specifically the use of social media. Consequently, it is timely and interesting to explore the phenomenon of virtual socialization, although it is a littlestudied field and what is needed is an innovative and theoretical approach based upon theories of marketing and communication. Expertise in these areas is present in all organizations and their performance is important for appropriate development of them. This work is a qualitative analysis about the behavior, reactions and attitudes of individuals to organizations, in order to understand the social factors that contribute to sustainable competitive advantages of organizations which can support strategic and future actions. We conclude that relevant factors associated with the tacit knowledge of the organization, specifically to learning and social interaction of the organization and their knowledge of virtual communities. The higher the coexistence of factors, the more difficult is the replication and greater will be the hypothesis of sustainable competitive advantage.
