Vivemos em uma época em que a Educação Inclusiva é amplamente enfatizada. No que concerne à legislação brasileira, ela possuí inúmeros artigos e leis que citam a educação inclusiva em esfera nacional, que se movimentaram ao longo do tempo. Essa pesquisa procura trabalhar com as leis que tratam da inclusão desde 1988 até hoje, seus aspectos sociais analisadas em seu movimento histórico. The implement of Specialized’s Dentistry Centers in Brazil is, on present-day, one of the prime faces of Oral Health Brazilian Political, of which is to amplify and to qualify the specialized’s dentistry services proffer. The aim of this study, done with indirect dates, was to analyze the implantation and geographical distribution of these Centers in Brazil and try to make a relationship between this information and social and oral health factors. The results obtained showed the presence of 339 Centers already implanted in Brazil, homogeneously allocated in 283 cities, by a total of 5.560 brazilian cities, presented in the five Greater Regions. The most of the Centers were presented in large load cities. The data showed Southeast, Central West and Northeast regions with the major percentage of cities carrying Specialized’s Dentistry Centers (7,6%; 6,5%; 6,1%, respectively), while North and South regions present the minor covering taxes (4,0% and 4,5%, respectively). Relation to population’s social and buccal needs, North and Northeast Regions have the most adverse conditions, on the contrary to South, Southeast and Central West Regions who show the best one. Although the finded results were not so expressive, reflecting the brazilian geographical and populational characteristics and the essential development of specialized dentistry services, this initiative presents a real progress over the reorganization of dentistry’s practice.

In the past few years, the Brazilian oil and gas sector had a considered growth, gaining enough relevance at international level, and being extremely important for the Brazilian socioeconomic development. However, the sector is still limited due to technical deficiencies. This work aims to conduct a current study, comprehending the entire oil chain, since it is possible to mention the Brazilian market updates on this context. To support this study, the historical development of the Brazilian petroleum industry was presented and the main stages of the production process were exposed with an emphasis on exploration and production phases. The new technologies developed for deepwater extractions, such as the pre-salt regions, were also discussed and, in the end, the relation of this growing market with the opportunities of the Human Resources Program of n. 48 was highlighted. This program identifies the market's actual needs and it's scarce's areas with the purpose of building capacity and qualified workforces, since it is also aimed, in a national level, a self-sufficient human resources for the sector

This essay aims to discuss the acquisition of food by the National School Feeding Program in light of its current legal framework with a view to promote healthy and culturally sound eating habits that help to improve the health of Brazilian school children and promote local development. The study presents an analysis of the current legislation of the National School Feeding Program, evidencing its intention to influence the Brazilian feeding system and the food pattern of its population using school meals, highlighting the gaps that challenge the achievement of major changes in the execution of the program. From this analysis and based on the high and growing consumption of ultra-processed foods in Brazil, and considering the disadvantages of these foods when compared with minimally-processed or fresh foods, a proposal is developed to guide the construction of a list of foods that is consistent with the current legal framework of the Program and its objectives. It is argued that the prevalence of minimally-processed or fresh foods in school meals can be a strategy to rescue the healthy-food heritage and strengthen local development if promoting family farming.

Este ensaio pretende discutir a aquisição de alimentos para o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar à luz do seu marco legal vigente, na perspectiva de promover hábitos alimentares saudáveis e culturalmente articulados que contribuam para a promoção das condições de saúde da população escolar brasileira e para o desenvolvimento local. Apresentase análise da legislação em vigor do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar, evidenciando a intencionalidade de influenciar o sistema alimentar brasileiro e o padrão alimentar de sua população a partir da alimentação escolar, destacandose as lacunas que desafiam a efetivação de mudanças substanciais na execução do programa. Partindo dessa análise e com base no elevado e crescente consumo de alimentos ultraprocessados no Brasil, e considerando as desvantagens desses alimentos diante de alimentos pouco ou não processados, desenvolvese proposta para orientar a construção de uma pauta de alimentos que seja consistente com o marco legal vigente do programa e com seus objetivos. Argumentase que a predominância de alimentos pouco ou não processados na alimentação escolar pode ser estratégia para o resgate do patrimônio alimentar saudável e para o fortalecimento do desenvolvimento local se resultar da aproximação com a agricultura familiar.

O Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) foi criando em 1998 com a finalidade de avaliar o sistema educacional brasileiro e como alternativa para ingresso no ensino superior. Em 2009, foi implementado o Sistema de Seleção Unificada (SiSU), o qual remodelou o exame, valorizando a função de seleção para o ensino superior do Enem. Escolhemos analisar como o tema energia, devido sua importância para as Ciências Naturais, foi abordado ao longo do tempo, utilizando para tanto categorias de abordagens das questões em dois períodos, pré e pós-reforma: Bloco A (2004-2008) e Bloco B (2009-2011). Identificamos indicativos que a implantação do SiSU influenciou as frequências absoluta e relativa e abordagem das questões sobre energia.
