A ciência da natureza humana é o projeto de Hume que concerne à toda sua filosofia –estética, ética, política, teoria do conhecimento, história, economia, filosofia da religião, etc. – coisa de que jamais poderíamos dar conta, dado a natureza do trabalho de mestrado. Por isso, contentamo-nos em falar apenas da fundamentação da ciência da natureza humana, referente à investigação acerca da origem das ideias e operações do entendimento, ou da investigação sobre as causas e os poderes ocultos do entendimento humano, com base no método experimental. A questão a que o nosso trabalho visa a lançar luz é precisamente esta: o que é uma ciência da natureza humana baseada no método experimental? Essa será, pois, a nossa tarefa adiante. Julgamos que, a partir de uma abordagem holística e científica da mente humana, Hume tenta explicar a natureza dos poderes ou faculdades intelectuais, sobretudo suas limitações e sua fragilidade. Sendo, pois, a base da ciência do homem o método experimental, o qual, por sua vez, tem o seu fundamento sólido na experiência e na observação, então é preciso perguntar: como e em que medida o uso de tal método tornou-se imprescindível à filosofia moral – isto é, às questões filosóficas de modo geral – e que tangem à ciência da natureza humana? Compreender isso é compreender a etapa inicial do projeto filosófico humiano, ou seja, o estudo do entendimento humano que, por sua vez, subdivide-se em dois momentos, a saber: (1) A ciência da mente, pela qual Hume mostra as limitações de nossas faculdades e poderes intelectuais e (2) o ceticismo que é, pois, as consequências desse estudo, a constatação da fragilidade e das limitações do entendimento humano. Nesse sentido, sentimo-nos livres para falar de algumas reflexões tanto do Tratado quanto da primeira Investigação, muitas vezes de maneira indistinta, tentando ressaltar que tais obras, quando comparadas, podem revelar o amadurecimento de um mesmo projeto filosófico que é a ciência da natureza humana. E este é exatamente o fio condutor de nossa pesquisa: como uma ciência da natureza humana é projetada por Hume e em que medida é possível falar do amadurecimento de seus propósitos? Com este exame inicial, poderemos responder alguns problemas acerca da visão pela qual Hume foi falsamente apontado como um cético radical. Apresentaremos por que a crítica sobre a sua “teoria das ideias” elaborada pelos filósofos do senso comum não considera importantes pontos de sua ciência da mente, gerando muitos mal-entendidos na posteridade. Em suma, no Capítulo 1 deste trabalho, examinaremos o que seria o projeto filosófico de Hume e, por meio desse exame, tentaremos apresentar, no Capítulo 2, as bases em que essa ciência da mente construída por Hume está sustentada. No capítulo 3, mostraremos que a interpretação cético-destrutiva da posteridade está equivocada, na medida em que desconsidera os meios que Hume encontrou à sua fundamentação da ciência da natureza humana.

A idéia central nasceu em função da atividade profissional. Assistindo no dia-a-dia a dificuldade daqueles que, inconformados com um ato praticado na fase de execução de um processo do trabalho, não encontram, com a segurança desejada, um provimento judicial adequado para submeter a apreciação de tal ato a uma decisão colegiada. Cabe agravo de petição, no prazo de 8 (oito) dias, das decisões do Juiz ou Presidente, nas execuções. Isso é o que consta da legislação específica. Problema dos mais sérios na interpretação desse comando é saber o que são “decisões” proferidas na execução trabalhista, que podem ser impugnadas por meio do recurso de agravo de petição. Essa problemática encontra-se inserida dentro de um contexto processual, daí porque tivemos que seguir um roteiro iniciando com noções básicas de processo, como instrumento utilizado pelo Estado para o exercício de sua função jurisdicional. Saindo do geral para o particular, chegamos no processo do trabalho e suas fases, nos atendo mais na de execução, como ela inicia e termina. O cerne da questão é a reação à execução, os meios reagentes, em especial o recurso, como uma decorrência do princípio do duplo grau de jurisdição, sendo ou não uma garantia constitucional. De acordo com a previsão legal, esse recurso é o agravo de petição. Tratamos dele e dos atos que o juiz pode praticar na execução trabalhista, dizendo da natureza de cada um deles. Cuidamos das decisões interlocutórias, registrando nossa preocupação quanto à dificuldade que temos para sua identificação, mormente na fase de execução. Abordamos, na parte final do trabalho, a matéria relacionada com a possibilidade ou não de recurso contra uma decisão interlocutória, ilustrando esse estudo com alguns exemplos baseados em casos concretos e a solução que foi dada a cada um deles.

This research aimed to examine the perceptions of students with learning about themselves and to analyze what their representations are about the judgments that their teachers have of them. The subjects of this study were twenty elementary school students with low academic achievement, of both sexes, from a municipal public school in the State of São Paulo in Brazil. A semi-structured interview containing ten questions was performed. Data was transcribed and processed through content analysis and described in relation to its absolute (N) and relative (%) frequencies. The results indicated that the students believe that their teacher has a negative representation of them, as well as nourish low expectations about their performance and academic progress. The study points to the need to consider social relationships established at school and to promote reflection on the importance of these relationships in the teaching-learning process.

2,25Cr-1Mo alloy steels are widely used in petrochemical plant equipments working in high temperature conditions because of their good mechanical proprieties in these conditions. Although, when exposed for a long time at high temperature, in the rage of 343 °C to 593 °C, may present the temper embrittlement phenomenon. The component named stripper of assembly converter of fluid catalytic cracking unit (UFCC) of studied plant is manufactured using this material, which is subject to temper embrittlement. The phenomenon of temper embrittlement refers to progressive lose of toughness, making the material brittle. With embrittlement, equipaments manufactured with this material are under risks to suffer brittle fracture in the cool down and start-up situations of them, which can cause catastrophic failures. By this reason, this research studies presence of temper ebrittlement phenomenon on this material. To verify the toughness of the material is conventionally used charpy V-notch test. However, this test requires the removing of samples of the material to make specimens. This fact becomes critical when talk about structural components of an equipment. So, this research also studies a non-destructive test that can be executes in-situ, known as instrumented indentation, as an alternative detection of the phenomenon at the component stripper, by comparative of the mechanical proprieties obtained by conventional tests in similar samples

This present work talk about the tourism and the historic evolution of this conception, also it brings some thoughts about the increase of the tourism activity in the all around the world. The territorial slash study is in Rancharia, the research the shows aspect of localization, description, natural and socials. During this work was introduced a study about the most important programs and projects that were initiate in the country by the public authorities with the focus in the tourism development, and also was noted the current tendency in the formation of intermunicipal consortium that has the aim to develop the activity of the regional tourism. It was presented the mains tourism attractions in the municipal district, such as, municipal watering- place. To develop this current work it was made some researches by the application of a formulary to the tourist, and the interview was made by representatives of the private and public sector, which was exposed their vision about the activity tourism development and the importance of the municipal district participation in the public politics that is turned to the tourism. The work concludes that the tourism activity could come to turn one alternative of job and lacework to the city, but is necessary that develop it in the base of the local tourism, that brings benefits to all the community involved in this process

This paper analyzes the dance, considered the oldest of the Arts, inserted in Art and Education. When you talk about dance as art, sought to articulate dance, body movement and music, because all these aspects are crucial when it comes to education in dance. Thus, this paper, by analyzing the meaning of dance over time, also made a parallel with the evolution of the concept of body that, throughout history, became the focus of sin, to currently be seen in optical freedom and autonomy, looking up from childhood, the formation of body awareness and embodiment, as a basis for identity and the formation of a positive self-image. In describing the evolution of dance, between different societies, it was shown that the tool is the dancer's own body and that for its use, it is necessary to look at its interior, human vitality, musicality and sensitivity. Proved that dance since the beginning, has been seen as a medium body, as well as desires and deepest sorrows of humanity, linked to religion, ritual or ceremonial, reaching today the freest expression of body, in modern dance. Given these considerations, based on theoretical frameworks, emphasized the importance of dance in middle school, focusing on their educational role and liberating, showing that it must be used as a tool for teaching and learning, and the development of children , given its interdisciplinary character, this Crosscutting Themes in elementary school and early childhood education curriculum benchmark. The paper concludes that, despite legislation and official documents require training for dance in the school curriculum, very little is done in this direction, which shows that there is still a choice of schools, the immobility of the pupils

On the field of the projects of hydraulic systems exists a lot of worries when we talk about the calculate of hydraulic pumps. In this case some facts must be considerate: length of tubes, fluid characteristics, height gauge, temperature, pressure, characteristics of tubes, flow required and others. For that mathematic calculates must be developed with the objective to optimize hydraulic pumps and agree to find an ideal machine (that don't requires more energy than necessary or less energy than it requires; that is the more critical case, cause exists the risk that the fluid pumped do not agree to become in your destiny). The wrong calculate of this machine can super-size its, bringing an excessive energy consumption. Actually it's an important subject because we are in the age of lack of energy what turn it more expensive. So the correct sizing of a hydraulic pump is connected with the fact that you have to uses the enough energy resources avoiding waste. The calculate of ideal pump in the pumping system is studied during years and a lot of specialists in this subject develop equations and theories to calculate its. Some researches study about this subject and all of them become to the same conclusion: to find the ideal pump we have to know the characteristics of fluid (cinematic viscosity), the required flow , overall yield (overall of motor x overall of pump) the high gauge or discharge pressure and the loss of repression. The pressure drop can be calculated with different theories: using Hazen-Williams, Darcy e Weisbach or Chézy (1775 - that starts the researches to calculate the pressure drop). Although the most used theory and what is most near to reality is the Darcy's equation. So, in this job the Darcy's equation were choice to calculate the drop pressure that consider what kind of flow we are studying: laminar or turbulent. Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease is a non-inflammatory aseptic necrosis of the head of the femur that is found in both young animals and humans before the gap in the femur head closes. In the fields of both human and veterinary medicine the cause of this condition is not known for certain. Various factors have been put forward in the literature as being responsible for the incidence of this condition such as: abnormalities in coagulation, changes in blood flow in the arteries, a septic obstruction in the draining of the epiphysis or the upper parts of the femur, trauma, growth cycle, hyperactivity in a child, genetic influences and dietary factors. Case histories in dogs show that the first stages of the condition progress slowly but that limping or putting weight on the limb worsens at 6 to 8 weeks. Some owners talk about a sharp onset in clinical lameness. Other clinical symptoms may include irritability, loss of appetite and knawing at the hair surrounding the affected hip. In the course of physical examination manipulating the hip joint will cause pain to the animal. The advanced stages of the disease may result in restricted amplitude of movement, muscular atrophy and fracturing. In humans the clinical signs are similar, although progression of the disease is slower so that it can be diagnosed at an earlier stage. In veterinary medicine the diagnosis is, in the main, based on case history, clinical symptoms, physical examination and certain related procedures such as radiography. The various diagnoses include physical trauma and dislocation of the medial patella. In human medicine many people have been correctly diagnosed. Whatsmore, there is a range of related procedures that are virtually not available to veterinary medicine such as magnetic nuclear resonance, that show up necroses with great clarity before radiography and cintilography do, and is considered... This study aimed at analyzing the meanings of Children and Child Rights awarded by the kindergarten children and their educators, parents and teacher. Interest in the subject arose from the participation of the University Extension Project, conducted at the Department of Education, UNESP, Bauru, called The Rights of the Child: ECA in school. Since then, the question arose: to what extent we have visibility of meanings that educators and the child has on the Rights of the Child relating to the specifics of childhood? The research followed the tenets of qualitative research, methodological procedures and adopting the observation in a classroom from kindergarten (K II), semi-structured interview through leisure moments, with the class of aged five years and a questionnaire for family and teacher. The research adopted as reference material, studies of the area of Sociology of Childhood, History of Childhood, Public Policy, Legislation Related to the theme, and an overview of psychogenic to talk about the morality of children. The results showed that parents and caregivers understand childhood as a stage of child development, marked by jokes and fancies, in which the family and the school has an important role in this process. In what concerns the children's rights, there are contradictions in the legal aspects and the situation of children today. The results showed that children's childhood is characterized by recreational activities, and adults are responsible for caring for them. And it comes on the Rights of the Child noted that there is a confusion between rights and duties because they are in a phase of moral heteronomy. The findings indicate the need for wide dissemination on the Statute of Children and Adolescents, especially in preschools in line with families to practice it a new look at childhood, conceiving children as subjects...
