Technical and interpretative aspects of the String Quartet No. 2 Guerra-Peixe will approach this work of a composer who is considered one of the greatest exponents of Brazilian music of the twentieth century, who developed several strands in his career as a musicologist, performer, composer, arranger radio and cinema, among others. In this work, we will see in the work in question their compositional styles, pointing sources that he has been drinking and offering elements that will subsidize technical and interpretive choices for future interpreters. After the historical context and esthetics, we will make some brief remarks about the terms performance and interpretation, to support the objective of the work, which will be the interpretation of the work. For that purpose, a comparative analysis was performed between recording of important Brazilian quartets, interviews with relevant players on the national scene and trials in rehearsals and recitals, always making a Quartet bridge with other works by the composer. Concomitantly, it was held analysis of handwritten edits by the composer, culminating with its own revised edition.

This study suggests sonorous ambiences from the propose of images configured according to the description in “A Visagem da Moça Caetana” by Ariano Suassuna in order to create individual sonorous possibilities that may help musicians to play the piece. The cycle, composed in 1996 (for voice, viola, cello, bass clarinet/clarinet), is formed by three untitled songs. Its text is an excerpt from the “Folheto XLIV”, from the Romance d’A Pedra do Reino e o príncipe do sangue do vai-e-volta, and describes a sentence of death illustrated by symbols of the Armorial imagery, with neologisms and the peculiar accent from the Sertão in northeast Brazil. In addition to the analysis of technical difficulties to play, this study informs interpreters of the sonorous timbre and texture used by Nelson Almeida to describe tradition through contemporary musical language. The metaphors and transgressions of reason in Suassuna’s book were explored to create three image compositions so that they may lead interpreters to the sonorous description of the inanimate objects and the affections to which the poetry refers, expanding any technical-interpretative indications limited by musical notation. This research used the Visagem scores, the literature on the theme, discussions with the musicians that played the piece, interviews with Almeida, and composers’ reports. To illustrate the theory, the three images are available, printed as woodcut in cordel literature.

Suszko’s Thesis is a philosophical claim regarding the nature of many-valuedness. It was formulated by the Polish logician Roman Suszko during the middle 70s and states the existence of “only but two truth values”. The thesis is a reaction against the notion of many-valuedness conceived by Jan Łukasiewicz. Reputed as one of the modern founders of many-valued logics, Łukasiewicz considered a third undetermined value in addition to the traditional Fregean values of Truth and Falsehood. For Łukasiewicz, his third value could be seen as a step beyond the Aristotelian dichotomy of Being and non-Being. According to Suszko, Łukasiewicz’s ideas rested on a confusion between algebraic values (what sentences describe/denote) and logical values (truth and falsity). Thus, Łukasiewicz’s third undetermined value is no more than an algebraic value, a possible denotation for a sentence, but not a genuine logical value. Suszko’s Thesis is endorsed by a formal result baptized as Suszko’s Reduction, a theorem that states every Tarskian logic may be characterized by a two-valued semantics. The present study is intended as a thorough investigation of Suszko’s thesis and its implications. The first part is devoted to the historical roots of many-valuedness and introduce Suszko’s main motivations in formulating the double character of truth-values by drawing the distinction in between algebraic and logical values. The second part explores Suszko’s Reduction and presents the developments achieved from it; the properties of two-valued semantics in comparison to many-valued semantics are also explored and discussed. Last but not least, the third part investigates the notion of logical values in the context of non-Tarskian notions of entailment; the meaning of Suszko’s thesis within such frameworks is also discussed. Moreover, the philosophical foundations for non-Tarskian notions of entailment are explored in the light of recent debates concerning logical pluralism.

This text presents a discussion about the song cycle Slopiewnie Opus 46 bis of Karol Szymanowski, one of the most important Polish composers of the 20th century. Slopiewnie was composed on texts of Julian Tuwim, poet born in 1894 in Łódź, who used ancient roots to create new words and search for special sonorities. First, this text introduces a brief biographical sketch about Szymanowski, in order to contextualize Slopiewnie in relation to the composer’s works. Afterwards, the text provides an analysis of the songs and their texts, which may serve as a study tool for future perfomers. Interpretative suggestions are offered, based on the experience of learning these songs and on references. The text also presents the phonetic transcription of the poems, as well as a suggested translation to Portuguese, making it easier for Brazilian singers to learn the cycle’s text and prosody.

La raza ovina lechera Lacaune, originaria de Francia a partir de la fusión de diferentes razas locales, es la oveja de la leche que se utiliza para la elaboración del queso Roquefort. Esta raza, sometida desde hace más de 30 años a un riguroso esquema de selección genética, se ha convertido en una de las razas ovinas lecheras de mayor rendimiento del mundo, con un promedio de producción de leche acumulada de 283 l en lactaciones medias de 160 días. Desde 1992, 17 países, entre ellos España, han importado de Francia animales seleccionados de raza Lacaune a través de la asociación oficial de criadores. Los sistemas productivos en estos países no enmarcados dentro de la región de Roquefort son muy distintos al manejo tradicional impuesto para la Denominación de Origen (D.O.) de este queso, y sin embargo, la información referente a índices y objetivos en los sistemas productivos de ovejas de raza Lacaune en manejo intensivo es escasa. Si bien, aunque disponemos de algunos datos preliminares respecto a la producción media de esta raza en España, descritos por la cooperativa COVAP, de medias de 405 litros por lactación con lactaciones medias de 175 días de duración, y por la Asociación Española de la Raza Lacaune (AESLA), con datos medios de 304 kg de leche por lactación estandarizada a 160 días de ordeño, carecemos de medidas estandarizadas generales, y de indicaciones de manejo adaptadas a estas ovejas, grandes productoras...

En este trabajo nos proponemos mostrar de qué modo el alejamiento crítico de Heidegger respecto de la tradición moderna supone un cambio de marco conceptual que implica una redefinición de la idea de fundamento último de la realidad, central en la metafísica tradicional. Para esto nos basaremos especialmente en las críticas que este filósofo dirige a la fenomenología husserliana. Al mismo tiempo, daremos cuenta de la influencia de la filosofía práctica aristotélica que Heidegger recupera y que algunos intérpretes consideran determinante en la trasformación hermenéutica de la fenomenología que este filósofo lleva a cabo. Finalmente, esbozaremos una breve reflexión sobre la transformación de la cuestión del fundamento a lo largo de la obra heideggeriana

El periplo de Hannón, frente a las propuestas que lo interpretan como una obra literaria, creemos que recoge un periplo auténtico, que sólo alcanzó cabo Juby y algunas de las Islas Canarias. Las refundaciones cartaginesas fueron todas en la Mauretania fértil, en los 7 primeros días de la expedición. Desde el islote de Kérne, en la expedición primó una primera exploración de evaluación, indicativo de que se trataba de apenas 2 o 3 barcos, con una tripulación limitada, que evitaban enfrentamientos con la población local. Los intérpretes Lixítai parecen conocer todos los puntos explorados, el río Chrétes, los etíopes del Alto Atlas costero, el gran golfo caluroso que finalizaba en el Hespérou Kéras, el volcán Theôn Óchema, o las gentes salvajes que denominaban Goríllai. Probablemente la mayor sorpresa fuese encontrar un volcán activo, emitiendo lava, que pudo ser la razón última para redactar este periplo. La falta de agua, alimentos y caza como razón para finalizar la expedición exploratoria sólo es comprensible en un trayecto corto que alcanzó hasta el inicio del desierto del Sahara. Otro tanto sucede con la ausencia de ríos importantes al Sur del río Chrétes, una clara prueba de que no se alcanzaron latitudes ecuatoriales y que los barcos se fueron alejando de la costa norteafricana.

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo explorar la producción textual, la identidad blog y las prácticas sociales a partir de la sistematización de relatos escritos por bloggers latinoamericanos desde una perspectiva de la fenomenología tecnológica. Planteamos una discusión sobre la comprensión de prácticas sociotécnicas y significados de las experiencias humanas que bloggers latinoamericanos debaten a partir de sus posicionamientos políticos, económicos, éticos, sociales y culturales. Son “Creativos Culturales” del siglo XXI, debido a que escriben desde sus contextos, reflexionan las experiencias y cotidianidades de sus sociedades desde la red como ejercicio para la comprender el presente de Latinoamericana y su lugar en el mundo global.

O propósito deste trabalho consistiu em elaborar uma análise aprofundada da música cabo-verdiana no contexto educativo enquanto expressão artística, identificando e valorizando o seu papel na identidade nacional e descrevendo os fatores que interferem na sua implementação e generalização a todos os níveis do ensino. Tendo como modelo de pesquisa uma investigação-ação e utilizando uma metodologia qualitativa e interpretativa, desenvolvida no contexto da Educação Artística em Cabo Verde a nível formal e informal, realizou-se um concerto pedagógico no Centro Cultural de Mindelo, ilha de São Vicente Cabo Verde. O projeto debruçou-se sobre a análise dos dois principais géneros musicais cabo-verdianos, a Morna e a Coladeira, os grandes compositores e intérpretes destes géneros, no sentido de provocar uma reflexão e inclusão do estudo da Expressão Musical no contexto educativo cabo-verdiano, como disciplina autónoma capaz de despertar o sentimento de identidade e valores que caracterizam uma Nação. A escolha do concerto através da avaliação dos espectadores permitiu concluir que o ensino aprendizagem da Música em Cabo Verde no contexto educativo requer uma outra abordagem, a elaboração de programas, assim como a contratação de docentes competentes para desenvolvimento dos conteúdos. Mindelo, como ilha tradicionalmente artística, está aquém desta referência e impõe a introdução de políticas educativas que possam inverter esta tendência e criar condições adequadas para que os alunos e a população se interiorizem da importância do ensino das Expressões Artísticas como vetores importantes na transmissão de identidade e valores. A prossecução de investigação nesta área e o incentivo ao desenvolvimento desta temática recomendam-se como forma de dar a conhecer os grandes artistas cabo-verdianos, as grandes composições e despertar o interesse no seio das crianças e dos jovens para a importância do estudo das Artes como uma forma lúdica de aprender e uma possibilidade de ser um artista como tantos que cantaram e cantam Cabo Verde.

The paper presents a discussion about gender and body in the drag queens experience at Natal city (RN). From the different concepts that characterizes the identity processes on subjects who perform gender transformation (transvestites, transsexuals and female impersonators), the justification for studying the drag character is observed as a means to understand matters that are important when you take such a position. Therefore, there is a need for a linkage between the various concepts responsible for this definition, in addition to considering the historical and cultural process responsible for the creation of such categories, identities and stereotypes among these individuals. In this sense it will be possible to carry out a critical analysis on the different social loads present in each representation, and understand what is at stake in the attribution of classifications and terminologies that are applied to different expressions of metamorphosis. This ethnography considers the debate from a field research conducted at LGBT social establishments and other performance spaces of these people, verifying their dynamics in these places and investigating relationships between performers, personas and characters and also backstage scene in which they participate

El presente proyecto C entro Ecuestre “San Isidro ” estará ubi cado en el municipio de Camoapa, departamento de Boaco, tiene como propósito fortalecer la formación y capacitación de los criadores de equinos en el municipio de Camoapa durante el periodo 2016 - 2020. El proyecto consiste en el acondicionamiento de un local para fortalecer las capacidades a través de las técnicas ecuestres en el municipio de Camoapa , tiene los componentes de mejoramiento de instalaciones, capacitación, gestión y organización . La metodología utilizada consistió en sondeo dirigido a productores y criadores a través del análi sis deductivo e inductivo de información del contexto en el sector y específicamente con información de la zona del segmento equino. Se recopil ó información de fuentes primarias y secundarias como documentos escritos e internet utilizan do técnicas como: en cuestas, observación, e instrumentos como cuestionario de preguntas abiertas y cerradas, matrices y tablas de salida. R esultados demuestran la necesidad de brindar servicios de capacitación en calzado, doma, nutrición, equitaciones, sanidad equina, genétic a y rodeos; mejoramiento de la calidad en la atención a usuarios, tecnificación y certificac ión anual de un aproximado de 144 (participantes) técnicos. Indirectamente s e espera d inamizar la actividad comercial, promover el turismo y Brindar asistencia técn ica a productores con el apoyo de la organización de asociación de criadores de equinos .El proyecto es factible por la alta demanda de servicios de capacitación requeridos e n la zona , desde el punto de vista técnico existe personal especializado en la zon a p ara el acondicionamiento de las instalacion es y el t alento necesario para la capacitación, ubicación ventajosa cercano a las zonas urbanas, se dispone de servicios básicos y organización funcional derivada de la administración de la UNA S ede R egional Ca moapa. El pr oyecto es de alta contribución social , con impactos significativos en el sector al fortalecer las capacidades humanas de los usuarios beneficiados mediante la capacitación y entrenamiento a clubes hípicos, asociación de ganaderos y aficionados en la actividad ecuestre , e l fomento de las hípicas, el turismo, las f iestas y ferias patronales en el rescate de la cultura en el manejo y aprovechamiento equino en contribuciones a la economía con generación de empleo directos e indirecto . E n lo ambienta l, el proyecto es viable, porque no tendrá impactos negativos severos ; s in embargo , se planifican realizar obr as de prevención y conservación, para la sostenibilidad ambiental del proyecto .
