Corporate governance can be understood like a management model that aims to build a good relationship between managers, controllers, minority shareholders and other stakeholders. Implement corporate governance in an organization often requires a cultural change. Corporate governance as an organizational model needs reinforce cultural behaviors of its members so as which support the principles and values that increment the relationship between the organization and its stakeholders. The process of corporate structuring of an organization is largely determined by culture. Being the culture a set of organizational values that distinguishes one organization of other, it is natural that these organizations find adjustment difficulties during the implementation of international values. The organizations in the context of corporate governance can t think and act over themselves, but instead must think and take action on a set of actors who are strongly linked with them in order to achieve the same goals and objectives planned.

Este texto apresenta nossos olhares sobre a criança e a educação infantil sob o ponto de vista de Vigotski e seus colaboradores, a partir de pesquisas em nível de mestrado e de doutorado com foco na infância entre zero e seis anos. Nele trazemos parte dos resultados de estudos bibliográficos: ainda hoje permanecem idéias de criança e de educação embasando um processo sistemático de antecipação da escolaridade, transformando a criança em escolar, como se o ensino forçado respondesse às reais necessidades de desenvolvimento humano neste momento da vida. Em lugar disso, a perspectiva histórico-cultural anuncia uma nova compreensão de criança, de educação infantil, de infância e de professor/a, como alicerce teórico para a organização de uma nova escola da infância.

Studies on activity and learning in the cultural-historical approach involves, most cases, the discussions on the higher psychological functions and areas of proximal and real development. Having said that our objective in this paper is to make a discussion about the activity of study and the concepts that involve the teaching of the mother language from the Historic-Cultural theory. We point this way, the importance of this approach in studies on literacy and knowledge of the activity of study as central to the creation of humanizing need of reading and writing, starting from the principle that the creation of needs requires the production of discourses, which have their materiality in the text.

Este presente trabalho relata primeiramente o nascimento e desenvolvimento da indústria cultural brasileira em seu sentido integral, priorizando seu lado econômico, que se deu basicamente em 1930 com tentativas não tão bem sucedidas, mas que em 1960, com ajuda do governo militar (por interesses claros), se destacou e cresceu grandemente. Da mesma forma, pretendeu abordar aspectos que envolvem o amadurecimento e a estabilização deste mercado de bens no Brasil, de forma a descrever a situação atual, do século XXI, das firmas e empresas que integram esta cadeia que acaba por representar a cultura brasileira, principalmente na análise da qualidade de cada mercado de bens culturais inseridos dentro deste ramo da economia brasileira. Assim sendo, devido à complexidade e a profundidade do tema, esta monografia atreveu-se também a expor situações e fatos que levem o leitor à reflexão das influências que esta indústria causa na própria cultura brasileira, sendo capaz de modificar todo um cenário social, político ou econômico

In 1997, the National Curriculum Parameters (BRASIL, 1997a) proposed the incorporation of the Transversal Themes in all of the knowledge areas. Specifically in the School Physical Education, the teacher working with transversality must stabilish bridges between the body culture practice with these themes. Promote this relationship is not a simple task and there are many problems that stuck the advance of this propose. So, thinking about making didactical formulat teaching stragies and think about the development of their practice. Another challenge is considerate as a beginning in the pedagogic activity the student’s knowledge and experience, as listening during the process of knowledge construction. In this way, the aim of this research is investigate the 8th and 9th grade of the primary school students conception about Cultural Plurality. After this, using the information taken gron the students, we are going to present subisidies to make a textbook, for the teachers and for students, with Physical Education activities possibilies with this Transversal Theme. Keeping in mind the aim of this research, we used the semi-structed interview as a instrument of data collection. The interview was made with 30 students of the 8th and 9th grade the primary school from two statual schools of Rio Claro city. The procediments were executed following the ethics comite requirements. In other to associate the Cultural Plurality with Physical Education, dance and physical adventure activities contents were selected. The results showed that the students know few thinks about this Transversal Themes, because they had apoor knowledge, according to National Curriculum Parameters. In scholar environment and Physical Education classes, there are many cases of prejudice and discrimination, mostly by the leack of ability. This study examined how public relations can work through the implementation of tools for public communication, to seek to ensure a citizen of their rights: access to culture. We chose as case study Oficina Cultural Glauco Pintio de Moraes, located in Bauru (SP), an instrument of policy implementation for the Sao Paulo area, to discuss how the actions are carried out to the community as a whole. We analyzed data pertaining to the activities offered by the workshop and suggested actions for communication and relationship with its public workshop to happen more efficiently

This monograph discuss the postmodernity social reality issues, emphasizing cultural, communicational, technological and informational extents. Via data collection through specific literature, and sources of different medias( internet, books, comic books, movies, novels, sociological, informational, technological, communicational and humanistic theories) behavioral patterns could be analyzed and the postmodern technological,informational and communicational reality as well, and how they mutually influence the “digital culture” construction (also called cyberculture). The results of this research were used to build a narrative which suits the new culture in development both in shape and in content: the scrip “Hotel Seol”. Therefore, “Hotel Seol” is consisted of an interactive and hypermedia narrative, in which the main reference sources are the study mentioned above, cyberpunk science fiction genre and “Hell”-first part of the book “Divine Comedy”, by DanteAlighieri
O turismo e a paisagem natural e cultural do Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar - Núcleo Santa Virgínia

Tourism represents a socio-economic activity to generate local and regional development and at the same time contribute to the valuation and conservation of natural and cultural landscape. From this premise, we believe that the study area - PESM – Núcleo Santa Virginia and surroundings - has a great tourism potential, which can be further explored through public policies that value and at the same time assist the conservation of the natural and cultural landscape of the region. Therefore, this project, which arises from a research project conducted by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) in partnership with the Forestry Institute (IF), analyzes the possibilities and limitations of the attractions and tourist activities in areas of intensive, extensive use and around this area. Through literature research and application of semi-structured questionnaires to the main agents of local tourism important information for the characterization of tourism activities in the study area were obtained, as well as to identify gaps in planning instruments and management about PESM - Núcleo Santa Virginia. Through this diagnosis, we intend to provide support for the development of tourism in Núcleo Santa Virginia and its surrounding area, seeking to conserve natural and cultural heritage and improving the quality of life of local people

O presente trabalho visa, em meio à crise de identidade que se instaura na Educação Física desde décadas – do seu início oficial em 1851 com a Reforma Couto Ferraz até os dias de hoje onde se fala em Cultura Corporal (de Movimento) – , enquanto área do conhecimento, explorar seu contexto e constituição históricosocial, perpassar por suas principais abordagens, principalmente no que tange à Educação Física Escolar e promover o entendimento da origem da perspectiva cultural, tal qual tem sido veiculada nos principais documentos oficiais que definem a constituição da área e sua práxis. Nesse sentido, aborda-se o contexto higienista/eugenista, onde se buscava uma educação do físico que o prevenisse de doenças e o purifcasse, com profundas influências militares; o contexto nacionalista, na intenção do aperfeiçoamento físico e aprimoramento das funções orgânicas, atrelado às questões de ordem moral e cívica; escolanovista, que proporcionou uma visão não só embasada biologicamente, mas se atentou à fatores psicológicos da criança; o contexto da ditadura militar, fortemente associado ao Esporte e a visibilidade internacional que ele acarretava ao país, inclusive, remetendo à Educação Física ao binômio Educação Física/Esporte; e o contexto que, a partir de década de 80, vem tentando instaurar uma Educação Física mais humana, sem deixar de lado questões relativas à saúde. É a partir dessa última década que o tema será aprofundado, apresentando-se alguns conceitos de “cultura” trazidos e utilizados pelas ciências sociais para, posteriormente, explanar como a Educação Física se apropria de tais conceitos para justificar-se enquanto conteúdo curricular obrigatório, no contexto escolar.
