Un sistema educatiu tan poc centralitzat com el brit??nic condiciona una estructura administrativa peculiar, que juntament amb la complexitat de les institucions i entitats educatives proporciona un panorama educatiu molt interessant. L???ensenyament de les lleng??es estrangeres tamb?? ser?? motiu d???an??lisi d???aquest treball. Malgrat que tots els governs europeus coincideixen en un inter??s creixent en els termes educatius i en l???harmonitzaci?? dels respectius sistemes educatius, la realitat segueix essent que les estructures d???aquests sistemes mantenen difer??ncies considerables. S??n moltes i molt diverses les institucions responsables del finan??ament, gesti?? i avaluaci?? de l???educaci?? i la formaci??. I no s??n menys les diverg??ncies en temes com l???ensenyament professional, l???educaci?? superior i postobligat??ria, la pol??tica d???ex??mens i titulacions, etc. Basta comparar els aspectes b??sics de dos sistemes educatius com l???espanyol i el brit??nic per entendre la complicada tasca d???intentar integrar els sistemes educatius europeus.

Este artículo analiza el tratamiento que da la Constitución de 2008 a la igualdad enfocada en el género, y, para ello, profundiza en los principios que la configuran y en los mecanismos que permiten su efectiva realización, de ahí que, en este artículo, encontremos una aproximación teórica a la igualdad de género, a sus principios integradores y a su desarrollo en la Constitución. Finalmente, se aborda el tema de los mecanismos que se prevén en la Consti - tución para la realización efectiva de la igualdad de género, desde un marco jurídico, que, al ser comparado con la realidad, evidencia una inefectividad de varias normas constitucionales, dando como resultado deficiencias en la realización de la igualdad de género en el ámbito práctico.

Esta investigación busca identificar y analizar los imaginarios de belleza entre las estudiantes de comunicación social (UCE) y las estudiantes de periodismo (UDLA), pertenecientes a distintos estratos socio-económicos además de establecer cómo influyen en la construcción identitaria de su imagen corporal. También se compararán las estéticas corporales de las jóvenes como son la vestimenta, maquillaje y peinados. También se establecerá cuál es su concepción de fealdad o de lo grotesco en cuanto a la corporeidad femenina. Los medios de comunicación a los cuales tienen acceso legitiman sus imaginarios de belleza, se da la relación entre imagen – tecnicidad, debido a que algunas estudiantes consideran hermosas y con cuerpos envidiables a modelos, cantantes, actrices, estrellas de reality shows de televisión nacional o extranjera, por lo tanto se puede hablar de la construcción de una belleza en base a la cultura visual y al entono socio-económico de las jóvenes de ambas universidades. No obstante, resulta importante señalar que ciertas jóvenes se someten a prácticas sociales y de control para ser parte del imaginario de belleza impuesto por las industrias del cine, la moda, el entretenimiento, dentro de la cual el cuerpo de la mujer se convierte en objeto. Algunas estudiantes hacen dietas rígidas, consumen productos light, ligeros, ejercitan sus cuerpos en gimnasios, se han realizado y desearían realizarse cirugías plásticas, unas compran prendas de marca es decir optan por la originalidad otras prefieren lucir ropa escotada y llamativa para mostrar su figura, en ambos casos lo hacen con el fin de lucir similar al modelo social de belleza y así lograr ser visibilizadas.

Existe uma dissonância entre a teoria dominante de competição entre telefonias e evidências empíricas. Aquela tem como resultado que as redes de telefonia móvel irão definir a tarifa de interconexão abaixo do custo marginal de término da ligação. Já evidências empíricas diversas mostram que as tarifas de interconexão das telefonias móveis são mais elevadas e que as agências reguladoras encontram resistência destas ao aplicarem políticas de redução das tarifas de interconexão. Este trabalho desenvolve um modelo, baseado em Hoernig (2010), que provê resultados mais aderentes às evidências de existência de incentivos para precificação de tarifas de interconexão acima do custo marginal. O modelo aqui proposto inova em relação a Hoernig (2010) ao assumir que as redes de telefonia móvel concorrem com a telefonia fixa, a qual é sujeita à regulação da tarifa de interconexão. Esta é uma representação bastante plausível frente ao desenvolvimento da telefonia móvel. O modelo também considera o efeito de uma das empresas de telefonia móvel ter o seu controle compartilhado com a de telefonia fixa. Devido ao pressuposto de competição em um mesmo mercado entre telefonia fixa e móvel, é encontrado como resultado geral que as redes de telefonia móvel irão definir a tarifa de interconexão acima do custo marginal de término da ligação.

Human development is associated directly or indirectly with the energy use, and because of this the energetic sources were dealt with in the recent past, as fully available to human necessities. The reality shows that the energy availability, considering the nonrenewable sources, is limited, and beyond that, the exploration, the processing and the use of energy impose considerable impacts on the environment. There is not a system which operates with no losses and without imposing changes to the environment. Therefore, the energy conservation incorporates the concepts and the actions applied to the research of sustainable balance between nature and the energy availability and use. Such actions can be presented both in the short term, in which the energy system is close to a collapse, or in the medium/long term, in which those responsible for the energy policies are concerned with the structure of the socioeconomic development. Such a situation requires more responsibility in the treatment of energy questions, mainly through education, which represents long-term investments. This paper discusses barriers that are present in the projects applied to energy conservation, by making clear that education is one of the best ways to transform the human behavior in for the rational use of energy. From several researchers it appears that Italian adolescents and young people are grown up with commercial television which is accused to contain too much violence, sex, reality shows, advertising, cartoons which are watched from 1 to 4 hours daily. Adolescents are also great users of mobile phones and spend a lot of time to use it. Their academic results are below the average of Ocse States. However the widespread use of communication technology and social networks display also another side of adolescents who engage in media activism and political movement such as Ammazzateci tutti!, Indymedia, Movimento 5 Stelle, Movimento No Tav. In which way does the world economic crisis -with the specific problems of Italy as the cutting founds for school, academic research and welfare, the corruption of political class, mafia and camorra organisation induce a reaction in our adolescents and young people? Several researches inform us about their use of internet in terms of spending time but, more important, how internet, and the web 2.0, could be an instrument for their reaction? What do they do online? How they do it? Which is the meaning of their presence online? And, has their online activity a continuity offline? The research aims are: 1. Trough a participant observation of Social Network profiles opened by 10 young active citizens, I would seek to understand which kind of social or political activities they engage in online as individuals and which is the meaning of their presence online. 2. To observe and understand if adolescents and young people have a continuity of their socio-political engagement online in offline activities and which kind of experiences it is. 3. Try to comprehend which was (or which were) the significant, learning experiences that convinced them about the potential of the web as tool for their activism.

The traditional way of understanding television content consumption and viewer reactions may be simply summarised: information about the program, viewing at airing time, and interpersonal discussion after the program. In our digital media environment due to crossmedia consumption and platform shifts, the actual trend in audiovisual, and traditionally television content consumption is changing, the viewer’s journey is different across contents and platforms. Content is becoming independent from the platform and the medium is increasingly in the hands of technologically empowered viewers. Our objective is to uncover how traditional content expressly manufactured for television (series, reality shows, sports) can now be consumed via other platforms, and how and to what extent audiovisual content consumption is complemented or replaced by other forms (text, audio). In our exploratory research we identify the typical patterns of interaction and synergies of consumption across classical media content. In this study we used a multimethodology qualitative research design with three research phases including focus groups, online content analysis, and viewers’ narratives. Overall, the Video Star stays alive, but has to deal with immediate reactions and has to change according to his or her audiences’ wishes
