O processo de criação e implementação de unidades de conservação e sua influência na gestão local: o estudo de caso da área de proteção ambiental da ilha do Combu, em Belém/PA

Este trabalho é um estudo de caso que procura analisar o processo de criação da APA da ilha do Combu, unidade de conservação estadual da categoria de uso sustentável, localizada no estuário amazônico, na região insular do município de Belém, Estado do Pará. O objetivo do estudo foi demonstrar que aspectos relacionados ao processo de criação da APA da ilha do Combu impedem que a gestão da unidade se consolide. Para contextualização da área, estão disponibilizados os resultados de um levantamento realizado pelo Órgão gestor da unidade, no ano de 2010, com os responsáveis de uma amostra de 100 residências, distribuídas entre as quatro comunidades existentes na ilha. Em 2013 é realizada uma pesquisa de campo, com os mesmos responsáveis, para averiguar o nível de conhecimento dos entrevistados sobre o processo de criação da APA. Também são entrevistadas mais 10 pessoas relacionadas ao processo de criação, implantação e gestão da unidade, para maiores esclarecimentos sobre o tema e para confrontar ou validar os resultados da pesquisa de campo. Por se tratar de um estudo de caráter qualitativo, foram analisados também: a) o planejamento e gestão realizados na unidade; b) a trajetória histórica da política de conservação nacional; e c) a trajetória histórica da política de conservação na região amazônica e no Estado do Pará. Os resultados obtidos pela pesquisa de campo revelam que: a criação da APA da ilha do Combu foi consequencia de uma indicação científica proveniente de estudos desenvolvidos pelo Museu Paraense Emilio Goeldi (MPEG) na década de 1980, sendo posteriormente apropriados pelo antigo Instituto de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Social e Ambiental do Estado do Pará (IDESP) na década de 1990, se constituindo no principal Órgão responsável pela criação da unidade; de que a maior parte dos entrevistados na ilha desconhece a existência da APA da ilha do Combu; que apenas uma pequena parcela dos entrevistados foi informada/consultada sobre o processo de criação da APA; e que essa consulta foi realizada de maneira informal. Parte-se do princípio de que em unidades de conservação de uso sustentável, a participação da população residente é essencial para o sucesso do planejamento e da gestão, ainda que o Órgão gestor não tenha muitos recursos a serem empregados na administração. A partir da análise de todos esses dados reunidos, concluiu-se que o processo de criação da APA da ilha do Combu, por ter acontecido de maneira apartada do conhecimento da população residente, se estabelece como principal entrave à consolidação da gestão da unidade.

Este estudo tem como objetivo demonstrar que as relações públicas podem ser um diferencial no processo de construção de marcas. A partir deste posicionamento apresentam-se as atribuições do relações-públicas nesse processo que se dá principalmente em proporcionar uma visão ampla sobre elementos como a cultura e a identidade organizacionais, além de conseguir estabelecer, com maior criticidade, relacionamentos com seus públicos de interesse, segundo suas prioridades. Processo de criação de estratégia em pequenas empresas de base tecnológica: um modelo de fases evolutivas para o setor médico-odontológico

O objetivo do trabalho foi o de estudar o processo estratégico, testar algumas hipóteses acerca desse processo e propor modelos explicativos para a criação de estratégia em pequenas empresas de base tecnológica. A estratégia empresarial é uma área de significativa importância para os estudos administrativos, tendo em vista o impacto das decisões e ações estratégicas para o sucesso das empresas. Além disso, a teoria sobre estratégia está fortemente fundamentada em estudos realizados em empresas de grande porte, maduras, podendo, portanto, apresentar viés quando considerada a sua aplicação em empresas de pequeno porte e empresas em fase de desenvolvimento. Este estudo analisou os processos de criação de estratégias e propôs um conjunto de modelos representativos desses processos para pequenas empresas de base tecnológica criadas sem a formalização de planos de negócios, o que foi muito comum no início dos polos tecnológicos brasileiros na década de 80. Foi realizado um trabalho de campo cuja natureza foi a de pesquisa aplicada. O procedimento técnico utilizado foi o estudo multicasos, sendo investigadas cinco empresas de pequeno e uma de médio porte, conforme classificação pelo número de empregados, todas de base tecnológica e localizadas no Polo Tecnológico de São Carlos, em São Carlos, SP. O resultado da pesquisa evidenciou que as estratégias são criadas por etapas distintas, o que permitiu a construção de um conjunto de modelos representativos do processo de criação de estratégias, além de confirmar algumas hipóteses formuladas, podendo destacar que a ausência de formalização de planos de negócios não impediu o sucesso das empresas estudadas.

O processo de criação do programa Universidade para Todos - PROUNI

From the end of the 80s, the Brazilian higher education experience strong growth, coming from the private sector, which would intensify further in the late 90th Higher education has become a lucrative business. With a drop in the number of students entering and strong competition, the number of idle places in private institutions of higher education reached 49.5% in 2004. That same year, by Measure, was the University for All Program (PROUNI) program, to include high school students from public higher education, offering scholarships to those students in private HEIs. In exchange, the IES gain tax exemption. The objective of this research is to investigate the game of interest occurred in the formulation of this program and identify the model and the political game and has led to the creation of PROUNI, analyzing the process occurred since the wording of a bill, the issue of Measure Law and that the legitimacy PROUNI, with the most important changes made initial model. The term body without organs is present in a poem by the french writer, actor and director Antonin Artaud, written in 1947 and titled: To Have Done with the Judgement of God. I aim, in this work, from what we call investigative scenic writing, to problematize this term and its possible relations with the theater and also with some aspects of the Hindu myths. I unite the idea of the body without organs with the body in trance present in the stories of an Indian master named Caitanya Mahaprabhu. These ideas, along with the development of practices that come from some principles of Theatre Anthropology, are incentives for a creation process that highlights the work of preparation and creation of corporeal work of the actor. The relationship between the concepts and the practice raise discussions about where I stand as an actor-researcher in process

The dissertation intends to develop an investigation on the artistic existence in human beings with different bodies in society at different historical moments. In this regard and based on this scenario, the study develops a description of the stigmas production and how they are established, spread and interfere with the sociability among human beings regarded as normal and those with different bodies. Regarding the scenic arts, the text describes about the participation of artists with different bodies in the scene, specifically the freak show and postdramatic theater. The text also investigates aspects of the biography and the work of mexican artist Frida Kahlo, which underpin methodological proceedings and produce contribution to the creative process of performance Kahlo em mim Eu e(m) Kahlo , which is to investigate the practice of the scene in this dissertation

O fazer criativo em música : um estudo sobre o processo da construção do conhecimento a partir da criação musical

A presente pesquisa investigou os procedimentos musicais usados por cinco alunas de nove a treze anos, em trabalhos de criação musical em grupo, buscando entender e analisar os processos que implicaram na construção do conhecimento musical. Os dados para a pesquisa foram obtidos a partir da observação e transcrições de quinze aulas com periodicidade semanal. Para a realização deste trabalho, utilizou-se a abordagem cognitiva em música e, a prática pedagógica, enfatizou a epistemologia da natureza do conhecimento musical com ênfase do sujeito no processo de aprendizagem. Verificou-se que o grupo realizou, a partir de um desafio lançado pela professora, a estruturação e organização sonora sendo usados para isto elementos musicais e extra-musicais. Esta organização sonora, deu origem a quatro procedimentos básicos: exploração sonora, estruturação sonora, estruturação performática e estruturação gráfica. Foram caracterizadas, três fases no processo de criação: improvisação, composição e interpretação. De certo modo, estas etapas demonstraram a forma pela qual o grupo construiu o conhecimento musical O modo de expressar este conhecimento se deu tanto na forma instrumental e corporal, como na escrita da partitura. Nesta partitura, o grupo relacionou conteúdos e conceitos e esboçou, pelas representações gráficas, uma relação do som produzido com a sua representação em forma analógica. A organização do objeto sonoro levou a uma ampliação dos fatores musicais previstos ao início da pesquisa. Entre eles, houve uma ampliação da capacidade de identificar, relacionar e modificar este objeto a partir de atividades de apreciação. Ao acompanhar o trabalho pode-se pensar em um novo paradigma na educação musical, com base na complexidade do percurso construído pelo grupo para a organização do material sonoro. Nesta perspectiva, a abordagem criativa atribuiu uma nova maneira de construir este conhecimento musical.
