Considerando que rápidas mudanças nas condições mundiais provocaram uma depreciação da herança natural e cultural, designadamente pela combinação dos interesses nacionais e internacionais; e, Considerando que há determinadas ideias e convicções que são fundamentais para a existência humana e a inter conexão entre as pessoas, as pessoas e o ambiente, e as pessoas e a sua natureza universal; e, Considerando que é necessário para os museus como instituições “ao serviço da sociedade e do seu desenvolvimento” assumir um papel de liderança na comunidade internacional; Assim, o Comité Internacional de Formação de Pessoal dos Museus, reunida em Lisboa, Portugal, em 3 de Outubro 1994, tomou as seguintes resoluções.

A persistência do projecto português nos documentos da Nunciatura Apostólica de Lisboa

Nas primeiras décadas do século XVIII, as relações de Portugal com Roma processavam-se com relativa normalidade. Aceitava-se um poder político centrado na pessoa do monarca, independente de qualquer tutela. Decorrente disso, o Estado reconhece com dificuldade a existência de uma outra sociedade que se proclame independente a seu respeito. O sistema de privilégio, amplamente utilizado pelo poder absoluto iluminado, introduzirá ambiguidades no delicado mecanismo das relações entre Igreja e Estado, todavia a ingerência do poder civil nas questões religiosas nem sempre deu bom resultado.

A perspectiva do lazer entre lideranças sindicais das áreas metropolitanas de São Paulo e de Lisboa

We intended, in this study, to understand the sense of the leisure, due to the new work relationships in times of globalization, for syndical leaders that act in entities of metropolitan areas of São Paulo (Brazil) and Lisbon (Portugal). The methodology used was Phenomenology, Situated Phenomenon. Based on the data originated in the interviews, we established the following thematic categories: A) The request for the reduction of the work day, B) Actions related to the use of the leisure, C) Leisure as recovery for the work. We consider that in the globalization times, after diverse conquests of the workers, unhappily, we have attended in the last few decades, increasing precariousness of rights of the workers in the two searched countries, generating unreliability of the worker ahead of the experience of its work and of its leisure in independent way, it exempts, creative, significant and humanized.

La dimensión de la subjetividad en la formación del valor inmobiliario : aplicación del método de análisis de ecuaciones estructurales al mercado residencial de Lisboa

The discretionality and the appraisers’ subjectivity that characterize traditional real estate valuation are still allowed to take part in the formation of the asset price even when respecting international standards (EVS, IVS) or Appraisal Institution´s regulations (TEGOVA, RICS, etc.). The application of econometric and statistical methods to real estate valuation aims at the elimination of subjectivity on the appraisal process. But the unanswered question underneath this subject is the following: How important is the subjective component on real estate appraisal value formation? On this study Structural Equation Models (SEM) are used to determine the importance of the objective and subjective components on real estate valuation value formation as well as the weight of economic factors and the current economic context on real estate appraisal for mortgage purposes price formation. There were used two latent variables, Objective Component and Subjective Component, witch aggregate objective observed variables and subjective observed and unobserved variables, respectively. Factorial Exploratory Analysis is the statistical technique used in order to link the observed variables extracted from the valuation appraisal reports to the latent constructs derived from the theoretical model. SEM models were used to refine the model, eliminate non‐significant variables and to determine the weight of Objective and Subjective latent variables. These techniques were applied to a sample of over 11.000 real estate assets appraisal reports throughout the time period between November of 2006 and April of 2012. The real assets used on this study are located on Lisbon’s Metropolitan Area – “Grande Lisboa” –, Portugal. From this study, we conclude that Subjective Component has a considerable weight on real estate appraisal value formation and that the external factor Economic Situation has a very small impact on real estate appraisal value formation.

A pintura de temática Mariana do pintor Bento Coelho da Silveira, na Igreja de S. Bartolomeu da Charneca em Lisboa

Esta investigação visa o estudo e enquadramento em termos históricos, tipológicos e artísticos das pinturas de Bento Coelho da Silveira (1620-1708), expostas na igreja de S. Bartolomeu da Charneca em Lisboa. Uma vez que sabemos que não foram realizadas especificamente para a igreja de S. Bartolomeu da Charneca em Lisboa onde, na atualidade se encontram, procurar-se-á averiguar qual a origem destas obras; quem foi o seu encomendador e ainda aferir a pertinência e a coerência do programa iconográfico que veiculam. Caracterizar-se-á a pintura deste artista barroco, em concreto as nove telas de temática mariana que se encontram na igreja supracitada. É ainda objeto deste trabalho a comparação com outras obras do pintor, analisando o cânone, os atributos, os adereços e as composições, com particular relevo nas atitudes e nas características expressivas, bem como no estado de alma dos personagens todos eles evidenciando uma atitude melancólica. Pretende-se, finalmente, tecer considerações acerca do seu estado de conservação e, eventualmente, efetuar propostas de conservação e restauro, caso seja necessário.

O livro infantil como ferramenta na educação artística e patrimonial : projeto editorial sobre património histórico-artístico de Lisboa

Children books can constitute an important tool to talk about art and heritage with children in preschool. The images and narrative help children to become aware that works of art can tell us stories and if they pay attention to the details they can discover their mysteries. The children book project: Ginja, um Gato Lisboeta is an example of that, revealing the history of the city through the adventures of a little girl and her cat Ginja, watching and discovering the heritage of Lisbon
