Direitos trabalhistas e liberdade sindical é tema de Sessão Extraordinária da Assembleia Nacional Constituinte. O Deputado Luiz Gushiken (PT-SP) é a favor da diminuição da jornada de trabalho, como uma forma eficiente de gerar empregos. O Grupo dos 32 (trinta e dois) e o Grupo dos Progressistas voltaram a se reunir para buscar acordo sobre os temas polêmicos e um dos pontos já acertados é sobre o meio ambiente. A Deputada Sandra Cavalcanti (PFL-RJ) afirma que, em relação ao meio ambiente, a grande conquista do cidadão será a existência de instrumentos legais para defender a criatura humana de tudo aquilo que significar uma lesão a sua qualidade de vida. O Senador Fernando Henrique Cardoso (PMDB-SP) comenta que ainda há discussão sobre a emissão de posse na Reforma Agrária. O Relator Bernardo Cabral (PMDB-AM) e os relatores adjuntos discutiram com o Presidente da Assempleia Nacional Constituinte (ANC) as próximas etapas do trabalho. Transformou-se em festa o dia da entrega das emendas populares. Foram entregues mais de vinte propostas com cerca de dois milhões de assinaturas. Mário Amato, Presidente da FIESP, entregou três propostas com mais de um milhão de assinaturas. Os publicitários compareceram para reivindicar a retirada do artigo que proíbe a propaganda de cigarros, remédios e bebidas no rádio e na TV. O Presidente da CUT, Jair Meneguelli, declara que, em nível nacional, houve participação da entidade nas trinta e sete emendas populares que foram apresentadas, mas duas tiveram prioridade : a da Reforma Agrária e a dos Direitos Trabalhistas. O Deputado Paulo Delgado (PT-MG) acredita no rompimento da tradição brasileira de que só os políticos podem fazer leis.

Este estudo se insere em uma abordagem Pós-estruturalista. Nele, o conceito de discurso desenvolvido por Laclau é utilizado como categoria de análise para investigar o processo de legitimação do saber científico. O conceito de recontextualização por hibridismo proposto por Lopes (2005; 2006a) orienta a análise dos discursos produzidos nos diferentes contextos de produção curricular, a partir da abordagem do ciclo de políticas desenvolvida por Bowe, Ball e Gold (1992)e Ball (1994). No trabalho, são identificadas as demandas articuladas nos discursos de uma comunidade de pesquisadores que têm investigado o ensino de ciências nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. O estudo também apresenta uma reflexão produzida a partir de dados reunidos em uma pesquisa de cunho etnográfico,realizada em duas escolas da rede municipal de ensino do município do Rio de Janeiro. As análises indicam que o discurso educacional sobre o ensino de ciências expressa sentidos em disputa que oscilam entre a incorporação de novos paradigmas de ciência e de currículo e a manutenção de marcas que procuram preservar a ciência como conhecimento superior, contribuindo para a reafirmação dos princípios racionais que estão na base de constituição da escola como instituição da modernidade e associadas ao processo de hegemonização desse saber.

漩涡模型作为一种用于野生动物种群生存力分析的计算机模拟工具,已在濒危物种的保护和管理方面得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了漩涡模型的产生和特征,同时使用这一模型完成了长江中白暨豚(Lipotesvexillifer)种群生存力分析。模拟的结果表明,在未来100年内,白暨豚在高、中死亡率的条件下,种群灭绝概率分别为1.0和0.5左右。但是,在死亡率低和极低的条件下,白暨豚的灭绝过程可能持续100年以上,或永远也不会灭绝。开始种群大小对白暨豚的平均灭绝时间有一定的影响,但对种群生长率(r)却没有影响。在高、中、和低

全差示分光光度法是八十年代初在我国发展起来的新技术由于它有灵敏度高,精密度好等特点,目前已在分析测试中逐渐得到推广和应用,并已取得了令人满意的结果。本论文从以下四方面探讨了全差示分光光度法在环境分析中的应用。一、全差示分光光度法测定水、土壤、沉积物中的全铁本文研究了Fe(II)-邻菲绕林体系测定全铁的全差示分光光度法的条件,提出了一个线性范围很宽的测定全铁的分光光度法。用于水中微量铁的测定,检出限比普通光度法降低近二十倍,可直接检测IO PPb以上的全铁。用于土壤、沉积物中常量全铁的测定,测量结果的精密度能和容量法相比拟。利用本方法分析江水和沉积物中全铁的含量,与原子吸收光谱法,2CP-AES法相比较,结果一致。二、铬(II)与N,N-二乙基-对二苯胺氧化显色反应的研究及全差示分光光度法测定自来水中微量铬本文在详细地研究铬(II)与N,N-二乙基-对二苯胺氧化显色反应的基础上,提出了一个测定微量铬的新方法。在Na4c-H4c缓冲溶液及40%的乙醇水溶液中,铬(II)与N,N-二乙基-对二苯胺形成稳定的紫红色产物,在λ=554nm处有最大吸收,ε = 32900L、mol~(-1), cm~(-1)。采用全差示分光光度法作检测手段,利用上述方法可直接检测水中X PPb以上的铬。三、测定微量硫化物的亚甲蓝(乙基蓝)方法的改进及全差示分光光度法测定水中微量游离硫化物我们详细研究了以k_2Cr_2o_7代替Fe~(3+)测定微量硫化物的反应条件,显色反应的最佳条件为:[H~+] = 0.08-0.23M, N, N-二乙基-对二苯胺用量为2.5ml(0.29/100ml),0.0019/ml K_2Cr_2O_7用量为0.4ml。灵敏度比原方法提高近50%,显色反应迅速完成。利用上述方法采用全差示分光光度法作检测手段,可直接检测水中ax PPb-25PPm之间的微量游离硫化物。用于自来水、地下水、湖水中微量游离硫化物,结果令人满意。四、全差示分光光度法测定水中游离氰及总氰在蒸馏分离过程中,采取改变波蒸溶液的PH值及加入不介的介质于蒸馏并中,能使强铬合态的氰化物与游离氧化物分离。在PH = 7蒸馏时,只有游离氰及Zn~(2+)、Cd~(2+)的氰的络合物被蒸出;在PH=2的酒石酸十EDTA介质中蒸馏时,测定的总氰。采用全差示分光光度法与蒸馏法相结合的手段,对水中游离氰化物及总氰进行了测定,结果满意。

通过一个二维半矢量模型求得纯折射率导引脊形波导和掩埋波导这两种常见平面条形半导体激光器波导结构的模式光场分布,再通过描述光束传播的非傍轴矢量二阶矩理论,通过平面波谱的方法获得激光器出射光束在横向和侧向上的束腰、远场发散角和M~2因子。讨论了波导结构参量变化对M~2因子的影响,并对两种波导结构光束的性质与波导参量的关系进行了比较。

A distinctive period of global change occurred during the PUocene between the warm Miocene and subsequent Quaternary cooling. Samples from Ocean Drilling Project Site 11 79 (-5586 mbsl, 41°4'N, 159°57'E), Site 881 (-5765 mbsl, 47°6.133'N, 161°29.490'E) and Site 882 (-3255 mbsl, 50°22'N, 167°36'E) were studied to determine the magnitude and composition ofterrigenous flux to the western mid-latitude North Pacific and its relation to climate change in East Asia since the mid-Pliocene. Dust-sized particles (including pollen), sourced from the arid regions and loess plateaus in East Asia are entrained by prevailing westerly winds and transported to the midlatitude northwest North Pacific Ocean. This is recorded by peaks in the total concentration of pollen and spores, as well as the mean grain size of allochthonous and autochthonous silicate material in abyssal marine sediments. Aridification of the Asian interior due to the phased uplift of the Himalayan-Tibetan Plateau created the modem East Asian Monsoon system dominated by a strengthening of the winter monsoon. The winter monsoon is further enhanced during glacials due to the expansion of desert and steppe environments at the expense ofwoodlands and forests recorded by the composition of palynological assemblages. The late Pliocene-Pleistocene glacials at ODP Sites 1 179, 881, and 882 are characterized by increases in grain size, magnetic susceptibility, pollen and spore concentrations around 3.5-3.3, 2.6-2.4, 1.7-1.6, and 0.9-0.7 Ma (ages based on magnetostratigraphic and biostratigraphic datums). The peaks during these times are relatively rich in pollen taxa derived primarily from steppe and boreal vegetation zones, recording cool, dry climates. The overall size increase of sediment and abundance of terrestrial palynomorphs record enhanced wind strength. The increase in magnitude of pollen and spore concentrations as well as grain size record global cooling and Northern Hemisphere glaciation. The peaks in grain size as well as pollen and spore abundance in marine sediments correlate with the mean grain size of loess in East Asia, consistent with the deflation of unarmoured surfaces during glacials. The transport of limiting nutrients to marine environments enhanced sea surface productivity and increased the rate of sediment accumulation.

Cette thèse porte sur une classe d'algorithmes d'apprentissage appelés architectures profondes. Il existe des résultats qui indiquent que les représentations peu profondes et locales ne sont pas suffisantes pour la modélisation des fonctions comportant plusieurs facteurs de variation. Nous sommes particulièrement intéressés par ce genre de données car nous espérons qu'un agent intelligent sera en mesure d'apprendre à les modéliser automatiquement; l'hypothèse est que les architectures profondes sont mieux adaptées pour les modéliser. Les travaux de Hinton (2006) furent une véritable percée, car l'idée d'utiliser un algorithme d'apprentissage non-supervisé, les machines de Boltzmann restreintes, pour l'initialisation des poids d'un réseau de neurones supervisé a été cruciale pour entraîner l'architecture profonde la plus populaire, soit les réseaux de neurones artificiels avec des poids totalement connectés. Cette idée a été reprise et reproduite avec succès dans plusieurs contextes et avec une variété de modèles. Dans le cadre de cette thèse, nous considérons les architectures profondes comme des biais inductifs. Ces biais sont représentés non seulement par les modèles eux-mêmes, mais aussi par les méthodes d'entraînement qui sont souvent utilisés en conjonction avec ceux-ci. Nous désirons définir les raisons pour lesquelles cette classe de fonctions généralise bien, les situations auxquelles ces fonctions pourront être appliquées, ainsi que les descriptions qualitatives de telles fonctions. L'objectif de cette thèse est d'obtenir une meilleure compréhension du succès des architectures profondes. Dans le premier article, nous testons la concordance entre nos intuitions---que les réseaux profonds sont nécessaires pour mieux apprendre avec des données comportant plusieurs facteurs de variation---et les résultats empiriques. Le second article est une étude approfondie de la question: pourquoi l'apprentissage non-supervisé aide à mieux généraliser dans un réseau profond? Nous explorons et évaluons plusieurs hypothèses tentant d'élucider le fonctionnement de ces modèles. Finalement, le troisième article cherche à définir de façon qualitative les fonctions modélisées par un réseau profond. Ces visualisations facilitent l'interprétation des représentations et invariances modélisées par une architecture profonde.

Chemical sensors have growing interest in the determination of food additives, which are creating toxicity and may cause serious health concern, drugs and metal ions. A chemical sensor can be defined as a device that transforms chemical information, ranging from the concentration of a specific sample component to total composition analysis, into an analytically useful signal. The chemical information may be generated from a chemical reaction of the analyte or from a physical property of the system investigated. Two main steps involved in the functioning of a chemical sensor are recognition and transduction. Chemical sensors employ specific transduction techniques to yield analyte information. The most widely used techniques employed in chemical sensors are optical absorption, luminescence, redox potential etc. According to the operating principle of the transducer, chemical sensors may be classified as electrochemical sensors, optical sensors, mass sensitive sensors, heat sensitive sensors etc. Electrochemical sensors are devices that transform the effect of the electrochemical interaction between analyte and electrode into a useful signal. They are very widespread as they use simple instrumentation, very good sensitivity with wide linear concentration ranges, rapid analysis time and simultaneous determination of several analytes. These include voltammetric, potentiometric and amperometric sensors. Fluorescence sensing of chemical and biochemical analytes is an active area of research. Any phenomenon that results in a change of fluorescence intensity, anisotropy or lifetime can be used for sensing. The fluorophores are mixed with the analyte solution and excited at its corresponding wavelength. The change in fluorescence intensity (enhancement or quenching) is directly related to the concentration of the analyte. Fluorescence quenching refers to any process that decreases the fluorescence intensity of a sample. A variety of molecular rearrangements, energy transfer, ground-state complex formation and collisional quenching. Generally, fluorescence quenching can occur by two different mechanisms, dynamic quenching and static quenching. The thesis presents the development of voltammetric and fluorescent sensors for the analysis of pharmaceuticals, food additives metal ions. The developed sensors were successfully applied for the determination of analytes in real samples. Chemical sensors have multidisciplinary applications. The development and application of voltammetric and optical sensors continue to be an exciting and expanding area of research in analytical chemistry. The synthesis of biocompatible fluorophores and their use in clinical analysis, and the development of disposable sensors for clinical analysis is still a challenging task. The ability to make sensitive and selective measurements and the requirement of less expensive equipment make electrochemical and fluorescence based sensors attractive.
