A contribuição do estágio no processo de formação docente

Este trabalho foi escrito com intuito de apontar a importância do estágio docente na formação do futuro educador. Partindo de uma perspectiva metodológica autobiográfica, apresento ao leitor deste trabalho, o processo de minha constituição formativa desde o momento em que ingressei no curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia pela UNESP – campus Rio Claro, até a conclusão da última etapa dos meus estágios docentes. Os dados contidos nos diferentes registros apresentados são analisados a partir do paradigma indiciário, onde procuro encontrar detalhes que contribuíram significativamente para o meu processo de constituição docente. Aponto os aprendizados adquiridos durante a realização das quatro etapas do meu estágio docente no contexto da escola e trago uma reflexão crítica acerca das experiências tidas nesse percurso. Sinalizo a importância do estágio docente na formação do futuro professor e quais as contribuições que o mesmo traz para o curso de licenciatura, para as instituições escolares onde o estágio foi realizado e para constituição formativa do futuro educador.

O conceito de Ciência no seu processo de realização

A ciência é desenvolvida na relação entre pesquisador e objeto de estudo. Tal relação pode se dar de três formas, sendo elas objetiva, subjetiva e dialética. Ao se destacar num trabalho científico qual a relação que o autor desenvolve com seu objeto de estudo, é possível evidenciar indícios de seu conceito de ciência já que, muitas vezes, é a forma com que o pesquisador se relaciona com o objeto que irá guiar suas práticas e o conduzir pelo caminho a ser seguido. Para isso realizou-se uma breve revisão das relações entre o sujeito conhecedor e objeto conhecido presentes historicamente na atividade científica. Foram coletados e analisados trabalhos de diversos pesquisadores de um centro de investigação científica e classificados numa das formas de relação entre sujeito e objeto sendo os de atitude realista de maior número, seguidos pelos idealistas e por fim pelos que privilegiam a relação. Os trabalhos realistas apresentam, de forma geral, uma pequena preocupação com a reflexão sobre o significado de sua própria prática. Acredita-se que a ciência realizada nestes trabalhos seja da maior qualidade e sugere-se, para uma realização ainda mais totalizante, que ocorra a prática de incorporação de cada vez mais da ciência da ciência em seu cotidiano. Formação do professor de Educação Física: análise da constituição da identidade docente no processo de estágio curricular supervisionado

A formação profissional é uma área de estudo que procura, através de estudos sistematizados, entender, entre outras coisas, os processos que se dão na constituição do ser profissional, os saberes que se produzem e as identidades que se formam. Especificamente na área de Educação, analisar a formação dos professores é de suma importância para refletirmos a respeito das práticas profissionais. Há alguns anos a temática da identidade docente ou identidade profissional vem sendo discutida na área de educação. De acordo com André (apud ALVES et al., 2007), os temas identidade e profissionalização docente apareceram como temas emergentes de pesquisa no início da década de 1990. Já no ano de 2003, do total de teses e dissertações defendidas sobre formação de professores, verificou-se que 43% dos temas eram sobre a identidade docente (ANDRÉ, 2005 apud ALVES et al., 2007). Além disso, Pimenta (2002) acrescenta que, na mesma época, os estudos sobre a formação inicial e contínua, repensadas a partir da análise das práticas pedagógicas e docentes, se revelaram uma demanda importante. Sendo a identidade docente um tema relevante para a área da Educação, é considerável a reflexão acerca dela bem como o levantamento de questões pertinentes que viabilizem o debate. Nesse trabalho buscamos analisar a constituição da identidade de futuros professores na fase de pré-ensino através dos seguintes objetivos: (a) Averiguar no processo de formação do professor de Educação Física as dimensões da docência que são exercitadas por ocasião dos estágios curriculares supervisionados de Prática de Ensino e; (b) Identificar nos relatórios e trabalhos de campo da disciplina Prática de Ensino e também por meio de questionário, as principais dificuldades que são assinaladas neste processo de formação, bem como na passagem de estudante-estagiário... A noção de campo elétrico: reflexões de uma futura professora sobre o processo de ensino

This work offers an overview about didactic reflections in the introduction of the electrical field concept in Physics Teaching activities aimed to the High School by means of a teaching methodology based in a low cost experiment (FERREIRA E RAMOS, 2008). We analyzed the particular use of an experiment named electrostatic vector and its use in the teaching of the line force ideas, proposed by Faraday in 19th century. In the frame of this work we analyzed how this unconventional approach differs of the methodology generally presented in the didactic textbooks. We discussed that the use of low cost experiments, will not cause the student to learn, but the work of the teacher, offering an interaction between the student and the electrostatic vector, play an important role in the classroom

Business communication, and in it inserted Public Relations, has evolved in the past few years, and after that, new forms to deal with it were arised and developed. Considering this premise, the study talks about the communication inside companies, pointing out the current trend of outsourcing this process. This paper is based in integrated communication, mainly stated by Margarida Kunsch, and in brazilian communication consulting data. Besides, a communication agency was chosen as a study case, which helped at information search for the issue, and as subject to discussion. Representações para o processo de dissolução em livros didáticos de Química: o caso do PNLEM

Dissolution representations in Chemistry textbooks: the case of PNLEM. In Chemistry education, so as in other sciences, the use of images is fundamental in the process of teaching and learning. By virtue of this, the textbooks can be a vehicle of such importance, therefore contributing with many images and representations. In this context, the present work has as objective to promote the analysis of the six books approved by the “Programa Nacional do Livro do Ensino Médio, (PNLEM)”, being the main subject of investigation, the dissolution phenomena. Although the recognized importance of opperate in the theoretical and conceptual level to understand chemistry phenomena, our results suggest the need of greater reflection concerning the emphasis attributed to this hability. And so, this paper has as purpose contributing in the reflection of the professor during the choice and use of the LDs and in the process of evaluation of the same.

As atividades circenses e a formação continuada de professores: análise de um processo

Circus activities have formed over the years as an important content to be exploited by the teachers in the school environment, and current projections, the inclusion of circus activities in physical education classes has been presented and defended by several authors. That being so, the objective was to offer a continuing education program thematising circus activities having as research focused on the analysis of this training process, as well as their implications, contributions, opportunities and challenges for teacher pedagogical practice. The research, qualitative, was developed in two phases: a questionnaire for physical education teachers working in public schools in order to highlight the reasons for the absence of most of the teachers in the training program. The second phase included the development of the continuing education program content circus activities in the continuing education of physical education teachers, the two teachers in the school environment, as well as analysis and reflection of teacher participation in the training program, described in daily class and daily meetings ending this step with a final interview. Participated in the study, 13 physical education teachers of the municipal school system of a city of São Paulo, of which only two teachers participated in the development of the training program in schools. The teachers manifestations through the questionnaire and participation in the training program showed that teachers make themselves available to participate in continuing education programs, however, the priorities of each teacher (such as family, leisure or other chores) can demarcate difficulties in establishing common to all teachers moments, preventing the effective participation of teachers within the continuing education programs. On the other hand, the school is set up as a rich space of experiences and exchanges of experience, contributing to the development of continuing education programs

Standard oil company: um reflexo da industrialização americana

A Standard Oil Company foi resultado da forte industrialização que ocorreu nos Estados Unidos após a Guerra de Secessão. Anterior ao conflito, os americanos estavam divididos entre ser tornarem um país exportador de matérias primas ou serem industrializados. Mesmo que ambas as estruturas econômicas foram aplicadas concomitantemente, trazendo recursos financeiros para a Nação, os estados do Norte acabaram vencendo a guerra e incentivaram a expansão industrial. O reflexo desse processo foi notado pelo empresário J.D. Rockefeller que inicia sua empresa baseada na exploração de petróleo, a Standard Oil Company. Utilizando-se de métodos eficientes, inovadores e eficazes, proporcionou um aumento na produção petrolífera de forma exorbitante, podendo manter altos níveis de lucro, mesmo que a preços razoáveis ao consumidor. O impacto da organização industrial e as estratégias encontradas pelo monopólio marcaram profundamente a economia americana. Mesmo sendo um tema de história econômica, no decorrer deste trabalho utilizaremos aspectos sociológicos, biográficos e estatísticos para compreendermos de que forma a Standard Oil Company representa a essência do espírito capitalista da instituição americana

Análise e reflexão sobre a educação especial inclusiva em Maringá/BR e em Guadalajara /ES

The purpose of this study is to know the route of Special Education in different contexts, the city of Maringa/Brazil and Guadalajara/Spain and analyze the bases underlying the organization, structure and operation of this mode of education having as starting point the process inclusive school. This investigation is based on the theoretical and methodological principles of the historical-cultural notion by Vygotsky. He argues that the existence of fundamental principles underlying the development of children with disabilities. If, on the one hand, the disability imposes limitations on the individual, hindering its development, on the other, just by causing difficulties, enables the movement to compensate, increasing the development of other capabilities. The deficit itself is less. Therefore, it is a field research carried out by means of observations, literature search and document analysis in early childhood education institutions visited in the cities mentioned above. The results showed that there are peculiarities of its path, organization and functioning of Special Education in each of the contexts analyzed. Referentemente the inclusive education movement, it is clear that Spain is a precursor of this process therefore has the right conditions in different ways to conduct the service children with special needs, and on the other hand, schools have the resources and specialized materials they need. While in Brazil the operationalization of these measures occurs more slowly. Thus, we can say that this process of inclusive education does not happen in a linear fashion within mainstream schools and so little action in the different forms of special education in two contexts analyzed.

Autonomia e reflexão nas práticas telecolaborativas em teletandem

New technologies have been playing an important role in providing access to foreign languages and cultures and to authentic communication. Telecollaborative practice can enrich foreign languages teaching and learning and the teachers’ formation processes. This paper focuses on the possibilities that emerge in teletandem for learners to practice autonomy and reflection. Teletandem is a distance tandem modality performed by audio and video conferences with tools such as Windows Live Messenger, Skype or ooVoo. This modality is presented by Teletandem Brasil Project: foreign languages for all. Based on a qualitative ethnographic study with Brazilian and foreign students, the results have shown that teletandem provides and encourages reflexive and autonomous attitudes.
