This proposal offers a possibility of approximation of mathematical knowledge at the prospect of Critical Education defended by researchers such as Ole Skovsmose and Paulo Freire. Using storytelling as a methodological resource is intended to develop an activity that allows students to think critically about real-life situations that have democratic questions as ground. The research is part of the branch of mathematics concerned with the education goals of teaching mathematics in basic education. We discuss the relevance of an educational process that enables the development of a democratic competence in the first years of primary education by showing students that their classroom can and should be seen as a community, where everyone has rights and duties. The interpretation and understanding of real situations can be something very complex and uninteresting for students of that age, looking for an attractive feature such as storytelling, which is based on the tendency of Reading and Writing in Mathematics, proposed by Nacarato and Lopes; Cardoso and Fonseca. Adopting a phenomenological attitude in the research seeks to understand if the storytelling can contribute to the formation of the critical student. Assuming this perspective has developed a didactic sequence from the story 'o que os olhos não vêem' from writer Ruth Rocha. The student's writing, favored by the proposed sequence, subsidizes the understanding of their thinking and acting on the democratic situations

Violence and school organization are always current issues. And to investigate these two issues, the present study was carried within a public school in the city for being considered a model of educative institution. The analysis focused on finding out why some institutions are considered good and others not and also to explain how these good relations within the school studied. Therefore, we first observed the school in its stages: entry and exit of students, breaks and classroom activities. Then consult the official documents, such as the Management Plan, Rules, Standards, among others. And finally we interviewed staff, targeting participants in the educational process (principal, teacher, staff, students). Facing this data we verified that a good relationship is needed on the beliefs and the search for a favorable environment is the aim for everyone, especially regarding to teaching-learning processes of a student, that is: teamwork. And as every institution has its flaws, we nee greater participation, especially of what we call school community (parents and relatives).

This work is situated in the universe of resource rooms with a focus on the teachinglearning disabled students with low vision and visual in two cities of São Paulo. The paper discusses theoretically the historical emergence of these rooms, the deployment in the State of São Paulo and its importance within the context of school inclusion of students with visual impairments. Its purpose is to conduct a general survey of the operating conditions of the rooms from the perspective of the teacher of students. The results verified the contribution of this service as a complementary tool of the ordinary classroom, the use of specific instructional materials and overall educational performance of students. The results indicate that this type of specialized care while receiving criticism, does not promote segregation, but what about the educational needs of these students, who despite the lack of vision, school performance is equal to or better than the other students in the classroom common, it all depends on family support, and dedication to studies by the student. Research has shown students satisfied with the services provided in the resource room, as well as integration and good relationships between teachers and students. We could also highlight the importance of specific training and mastery of knowledge by the teacher to work with the visually impaired person. At the end the results were sent to the schools of this research object of study so that it can contribute to effective work in the educational process for visually impaired students in resource rooms

This paper presents the results of a study aimed at identifying and analyzing the theoretical and methodological principles that guide the practice of teachers in the early years of computer use in the teaching and learning. Specific objectives we seek to identify and analyze the social representations of teachers on the use of computers in teaching and learning. The research took a qualitative approach with a descriptive-explanatory and owned two phases of data collection: a) a questionnaire b) monitoring the daily practice of teachers in a selected school and semi-structured interview. The analysis of data was done through content analysis. Through the interrelationship of the data in the questionnaire, observation and interview, we found that the teachers surveyed have an address that does not match the teaching practice in the use of computers in the educational process. The theoretical expressed by teachers participating in the research meets constructivist beliefs and / or sociointeractionists but teaching practice thins primarily to behavioral assumptions. Observe social issues of representation when the speeches of the participating teachers did not correspond to their practices. Associated with this or as a cause of these conditions have failure, inadequacy or absence of teacher training for the use of computers in the educational process leading to under-utilization of this resource.

This work had as objective the development of a prototype of educational content, as an experimental process, making use of resources from Interactive Digital TV. The characteristics of interactive digital terrestrial television are presented, in the form of a media mode capable of performing as a complementary source to education. The methodology used is composed of four phases: deduction, analysis, induction and synthesis. Its conception takes as issue the expressed need stated by UNESCO to use ICT (Information and Communications Technology) towards education, as well as the possibility of applying digital television in an educational process. The content is structured in the form of a quiz, a type of question-answer game as an informal way of education for high school students. The prototype developed in this work is presented as a structural script and map, taking into account the necessary activities and routines to put it into operation in the tested environments, eclipse, virtual set-top-box and Developer Box. The practice of prototyping was carried out in NCLua, based on middleware Ginga. As a result, we concluded that Ginga offers enough support to carry out the task, providing characteristics of interaction to publish the proposed content, at the moment of the actual practice.

Not only is working with new technologies aimed at digital inclusion of students, but we need to integrate the school into their curricular, integrate them into the process of teaching and learning. Today ICT configure themselves into a new form of language, essential for knowledge representation and, if so, their presence in the school curriculum is crucial.

The paper talks about the education of persons with disabilities severe mental retardation based on the idea of Reuven Feuerstein mediation. The collected data were analysed mainly under the focus quantitative, allowing extraction of details of everyday life investigated. In addition, seeks to address the educational process of a population slightly investigated by uniting two strands of thread in an innovative way: the Theory of Structural Cognitive Modifiability (SCM) and Reuven Feuerstein education of students with severe cognitive impairment. The methodology initiated by the establishment of the teacher’s profile, their mapping and location. Data collection was achieved through three instruments: interviews with teachers, observation protocol and field diary for registration. Our results describe the work of a teacher, showing their practice, and enlist the pedagogical strategies used, mainly those related to the criteria medication. According to the Theory of Structural Cognitive Modifiability (SCM) and the idea of Mediated Learning Experience (MLE), the teacher acts as mediator, interposing themselves between stimuli the environment and the student. The work of the teacher observed indicates that the environment and the student. The work of the teacher observed indicates that she exerts her functions in teaching using pedagogical strategies which are found in her heart, precepts essential to mediation. We present some results of our studies on the relationship between educational processes and subjective processes. The object of our research is the body inserted in the school context in which we analyze tenderness as a field colonized by the dynamics of power. We have observed in the educational process both signs of capture as well as rupture facing the mechanisms of control coming from the market. We identified the implications of the body in the educational process in order to propose the aesthetic paradigm as a reference for educational action.
