O objetivo dessa investigao foi avaliar a qualidade da assistncia prestada pelo Servio de Atendimento Mvel de Urgncia do estado do Rio Grande do Norte (SAMU 192 RN), na viso dos profissionais de sade. Trata-se de estudo descritivo, avaliativo com delineamento longitudinal e abordagem quantitativa, desenvolvido em quatro etapas: construo de perfil dos atendimentos do SAMU 192 RN; reviso integrativa para levantamento dos indicadores de avaliao da qualidade da assistncia em servios pr-hospitalares mveis de urgncia; construo e validao de contedo do instrumento e definio dos indicadores de estrutura e processo; e aplicao do instrumento aos profissionais de sade para avaliao da qualidade da assistncia. A populaoe amostra foram compostas por todos os profissionais do SAMU 192 RN, atuantes no perodo do estudo. A coleta de dados foi realizada entre janeiro e dezembro/2012. Participaram do estudo: 11 enfermeiros, 24 mdicos, 56 tcnicos de enfermagem e 88 condutores, totalizando 179 profissionais. O estudo foi aprovado (Parecer n 437/2010 e CAAE: 0025.0.294.051-10) pelo Comit de tica em Pesquisa do Hospital Universitrio Onofre Lopes da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Os dados foram analisados por meio de estatstica descritiva e inferencial, nesta foram utilizados os programas Microsoft-Excel XP e SPSS 20.0, com uso do ndice Kappa (K) e ndice de Validade de Contedo (IVC), considerando K 0,61 e IVC>0,80. Alm disso, foi considerando nvel de significncia estatstica de -valor < 0,05. Entre os 179 profissionais, 100,0% tinham menos de 5 anos de tempo de servio, 55,9% tinham menos de 5 anos de experincia na rea de urgncia, 88,3% referiram trabalhar na instituio porque gosta, 55,3% possuiam outro vnculo de trabalho, 54,3% com jornada semanal de 30 a 40 horas, 98,9% participaram de treinamento, 83,2% valorizam o treinamento em servio, 87,2% tm boa frequncia de participao no treinamento e 96,6% sentem necessidade de realizar mais treinamentos. Com relao categorizao dos itens em indicadores de estrutura ou de processo, os juzes determinaram para estrutura: estado de conservao das ambulncias; estrutura fsica geral do servio; conforto dentro da ambulncia; disponibilidade de recursos materiais; segurana para o usurio dentro da ambulncia; segurana para o profissional; educação permanente; segurana demonstrada pela equipe profissional; remunerao do profissional e a satisfao profissional. E para processo: acesso ao servio; acolhimento; humanizao; atendimento realizado; tempo resposta; privacidade ao usurio; orientaes sobre o atendimento; relacionamento entre o profissional e usurio; oportunidade do usurio realizar reclamaes e articulao multiprofissional. O instrumento quando submetido validao de contedo constatou-se que as contribuies dos juzes permitiram melhorar/otimizar o instrumento de avaliao da qualidade da assistncia pr-hospitalar mvel de urgncia, uma vez que os ndices Kappa e IVC foram considerados bons e timos e o contedo foi validado. Na avaliao da qualidade da assistncia, constatou-se que a qualidade da assistncia prestada pelo SAMU 192 RN est prejudicada nas dimenses estrutura, com relao estrutura fsica, segurana dos pontos de apoio descentralizados, o conforto e o estado de conservao das ambulncias. J com relao aos indicadores de processo, os profissionais avaliaram todos positivamente. A avaliao da qualidade da assistncia contribui para a busca de solues dos problemas detectados, permite novas perspectivas e colabora para a consolidao do servio.

The antimanicomial psychiatric reform is a process that seeks to deconstruct the exclusionary logic caused by hospitalizations, providing strategies for social reintegration of individuals. In this sense, the primary care through the Family Health Strategy - FHS comes progressively becoming strategic space in mental health interventions, configured as a field of practice and production of new modes of care. In this perspective, there has been a process of implementing this proposal in the Areia Branca City/RN, through the articulation of Psychosocial Care Network and the Family Health Strategy / ESF. However, this process has not been able to bring changes in practices. From the view that the relationship between mental health and primary care is a challenge currently being faced, that improving the care provided and the expansion of the access to services with guaranteed continuity of care depend on the effectiveness of this joint, established themselves as research objective: To investigate how is the relationship between the FHS team and CAPS team in care mental health in the town of Areia Branca - RN from the speeches of professionals. And if you had specific purposes: 1) Know the demand in existing mental health in the town of White Sand - RN served by FHS; 2) Identify limits and difficulties in the relationship between the ESF teams and CAPS; 3) Identify potential for linkages between ESF teams and CAPS for the establishment of local RAPS. This was a descriptive, exploratory study with a qualitative methodological design, whose subjects were professionals from the Family Health Strategy, professionals Psychosocial Care Center and responsible for the conduct / management of mental health in the municipality. The research tools used informal observations, semistructured interviews and focus groups were used. The data obtained were analyzed for the content analysis of Bardin, allowing discuss the relevance of the theoretical framework with data obtained through observation and interpretation of the relationship between the Family Health Strategy and the network of Psychosocial Care in Areia Branca-RN. On the one hand, there was strong demand for mental health arising from users and their families and / or caregivers. On the other, it was verified that although there is some progress with regard to perceptions of mental health, there are still practical, historical and contextually rooted, which act as barriers to effective response to this demand in view of deinstitutionalization. In this sense, it is considered important to emphasize that the teams of the Family Health Strategy should be trained to ensure the health practice with integrity and incorporating the mental health network in the municipality. This training must occur through continuing health education.

The recognition of the food as determinant and health-disease process etching requires new explanations and interventions of the food and nutrition policy action and demand health care model based on the completeness of the actions and focused on health promotion. This study, characterized as research-action of interventionist character, sought to develop strategies to support the transverse insertion of healthy eating promotion in professionals practices a core of support for the health of the family and a family health strategy Unit in the city of Natal, capital of Rio Grande do Norte, from the analysis of perceptions and work processes of these teams. Several methodological strategies were adopted: Dialectical Hermeneutical Circle, direct observation, reflective and Thematic Meetings Workshop "Rethinking the educational practices for promoting healthy eating". For data logging, search diaries - SD were used and moments. The analysis of procedural form occurred in conjunction with research participants, in constant movement of reflection-action-reflection, based on hermeneutics-dialectic. About the results, in relation to the promotion of health, showed the following insights: health promotion and disease prevention-related harms; health promotion related to quality of life and well-being, in its various dimensions; health promotion as a responsibility of the State; health promotion related to the actions of health education; health promotion as an expression of efficaciousness and accessibility to health services. Regarding healthy nutrition, predominated the perceptions relating to nutritional aspects. With regard to food and nutritional education - FNE, it was observed a predominance of perception of FNE as information, guidance and knowledge transfer for changes of dietary practices. As regards the working process, it was observed that among the actions for health promotion, educational activities predominate, such as lectures, conversations, groups that mostly occur in fragmentary form, without joint planning teams, varying according to the professionals and the moment of work in which they are carried out. The results pointed to the need for reorganization of the work processes, in the context of intra-and intersectoral coordination and the construction of new technologies, such as: Health project of the territory HPT, Unique Therapeutic Project- UPT, Expanded Clinic and educational practices, Shared with active teaching and learning methodologies. From the results we believe that it is necessary to "thought reform", from changes in vocational training and strengthening of the permanent education spaces, whereas the complexity that involves feeding, food and nutrition education and health promotion. The reformation of thought must be articulate and closely tied to the production of knowledge and practices that encourage intersectoral approach, the transversality, dialogue and democratic and supportive attitude, based on the collective construction of know-how. We hope that this study can contribute with reflections and initiatives that encourage building practices that promote healthy eating in primary health care, in terms of completeness of the care and the attainment of food security and nutrition.

INTRODUCTION: In Brazil, the health training policies have been going through deep changes, which are the fruits of the sanitary reform and of the breakage with the biomedical model, still hegemonic. Nevertheless, the paradigm of comprehensiveness is being introduced in health and, in order to consolidate this concept, the training has been gaining new methodological approaches. One can mention the teaching-service interaction (education-health system/citizenship health), whose proposal enables the expansion of the perception of the health-disease process, as well as the warranty of compromises of training in relation to SUS. OBJECTIVE: Understand, from health professionals, the relevance of teaching-service-community interaction, vocational training of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences / UFRN. METHODOLOGICAL PROCEDURES: This study is grounded on qualitative approach. The technique used to obtain research data was the focus group. Two focus groups (FG) were accomplished in two family basic health units of the municipality of Santa Cruz RN, where there is participation of professionals of the Family Health Strategy. The discussions were performed from a previously elaborated script. The analysis of results was held from the categorical thematic content technique. RESULTS: The study had the participation of 18 health professionals, and 13 (72%) were females. For these professionals, the teaching-service interaction enables the student to understand the model of comprehensive health care, since the contact with the community enhances its perception about the health-disease process, but also enables recognizing the importance of teamwork to comprehensive health care. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The results highlight the importance of a policy of reorientation within the context of training so that students have an early contact with the service and therefore develop technical skills within the context in which they are inserted.

In order to qualify Primary Health Care in Brazil, the Ministry of Health implemented the Brazilian Telehealth Program to provide health support (telecare) and permanent health education (tele-education). In this respect, one of the primary services offered is teleconsultation. As part of the national expansion of the program, a local Telehealth Center, called Telehealth/RN, was created in Rio Grande do Norte state. The aim of this study was to describe the implementation of cardiological teleconsultations at Telehealth/RN, and analyze the characteristics of the teleconsultations in cardiology requested. Formative Second Opinions in cardiology, available at the web site of the Brazilian Telehealth Program, were also examined. This is a quantitative study with a descriptive, observational design. A total of 56 Formative Second Opinions in cardiology were identified, a majority related to hypertension (29%), focused on treatment support (30%), and requested by doctors (59%). At Telehealth/RN, 47 teleconsultations in cardiology were carried out, a majority also related to hypertension (50%), requested by community health workers (45%) and focused directly on treatment (52%). Cardiological teleconsultation, implemented at the Telehealth/RN in April 2014, is a practical and efficient strategy capable of ensuring health services and reaching those who live in remote areas. Knowing the demand for teleconsultations is extremely important, given that they provide the information needed to correct existing inadequacies related to care, management and/or education, as well as providing the basis for public policies that meet the demands of teleconsultation.

This study aimed to construct and carry out a distance course of pedagogical training for health professional performing preceptorship functions in public health institutions. The preceptorship in health is a pedagogical practice that occurs in workplace, led by assistance professionals with teaching position or not, where the vast majority of these acts intuitively, reproducing their own training, confusing transmitting information with education. These preceptors often do not dominate the pedagogical knowledge, necessary for the organization of training activities, such as the various teaching-learning processes and the different assessment types. Student supervision is essential in the training process of students in the health field, and on the occasion of supervised internships that the teaching-learning process is based on practical experience with participation in real life situations and professional work. It was realized an exploratory study, descriptive with qualitative approach, with the development of tutoring teaching course in health as final product. Applied semi structured research instrument from may to july 2014. It were evaluated 162 health professionals who perform the preceptorship, which made it possible define the preceptor's profile and identify the educational requirements related to the educational process, which justified the construction of the program content and the professionals perception analysis about preceptorship through identification of three categories: clinic knowledge valuation; valuation of professional orientation and valuation of professional future. The course was available on distance mode through Moodle platform with forty hours of work load from October to November 2014. With the aim of capacitate the health professionals to development of necessary abilities and skills to tutoring performance through thoughts about tutoring concepts, professional training within the curricular guidelines and SUS precepts, the role of health professionals as educators, application of active teaching methodologies, and evaluation methods. The applications were done online through the provided link; 300 vacancies offered, 243 professionals applied, chosen 134 that works on tutoring, where 49 represented professionals that works on the location of the study. The course lasted 45 days, and counted with tutors responsible to interact and evaluate the students. 28 professionals joined the course, 12 concluded. Opportunities were identified to stimulate the involvement, however the professionals satisfaction shows that, make an investment on tutors education, starting from the Permanent Education precepts, will provide a bigger appropriation of the knowledge to the education and therefore the awareness of their role as an educator on work ambit, proportioning essential tools to tutors act while enabler of integration between theory and practice and result better teaching-learning process.

OBJECTIVE: to identify a profile of the main causes of inappropriate referrals from primary care to specialized services, as strategy for the curriculum development of core competencies related to maternal health. METHODS: a cross-sectional study was performed using document analysis of all referrals of pregnant women from primary care to the high-risk pregnancy service, state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. All pregnant women referred from June to December 2014 (n = 771) were included. According to their causes the referrals were categorized as adequate, inadequate or inconclusive. RESULTS: a total of 188 referrals were classified as inadequate (24.4%) and 93 inconclusive (12.1%) totalizing 36.5% of inappropriate referrals. The main causes identified in these inappropriate referrals were: low-risk pregnancy (12.8%), unconfirmed hypertension (12.1%), risk of abortion (8.9%), teenage pregnancy (7.1%) , toxoplasmosis (5.3%), Rh incompatibility (4.6%) and urinary tract infection (4.3%). These data contributed to the formulation of the following products: 1) a continuing education program for health professionals working in primary care, undergraduate students and residents; and 2) development of a virtual platform to support professionals who need to refer patients to high-risk pregnancy service. CONCLUSION: the results of this study are relevant in the current context of education of health professionals, with potential for positively impact not only in the development of skills related to maternal health in undergraduate and graduate education, as well as contributing for improvement of the health care of the population.

The current discussion on Education and Health has shown the need for greater integration between health services and academia, and this issue has been addressed by researchers in the area as being of great importance. How do we say what we need to do? The National Policy on Education Permanent Health proposes the dissemination of pedagogical skills at SUS, so that the public health clearance to constitute an area of teaching and learning in work performance. This study aimed to know how is the process of integration between education and health services in primary health care, from the knowledge on the role of mentors in the training of undergraduate students in the healthcare field in UFRN. Qualitative Methodology possible, from the use of the techniques of Semi-Structured Interview and Direct Observation of achieving this goal. The analysis of data taken from the Hermeneutic-Dialectic Approach, taking as mediators knowledge of the areas of Education, Health Education and Public Health, showed that the performance of preceptors constitutes an important strategy to enable the integration of teaching and service, and the professionals involved in the preceptorship educate themselves while they educate. The educational process is permeated by knowledge and experiences heterogeneous, highly favorable to the training of students and professionals factor. Innovative educational practices proven capable of starting the mediation of preceptors and other professionals involved in the Work Programme Education for Health, extend learning. The curriculum components Integrated Activity of Health, Education and Citizenship, and Tutorial Program for Integrated Health Work chosen as the basis for this experiment set, for preceptors, the need to seek new knowledge, allowing each actor transcend its specific area of academic training and interact with other areas, which makes learning interesting, enjoyable and meaningful.

A atuao eficaz dos trabalhadores da sade no atendimento imediato da parada cardiorrespiratria possibilita o efetivo processo de implementao da hipotermia teraputica, reduzindo possveis danos cerebrais e proporcionando um melhor prognstico para o paciente. O presente estudo objetivou conhecer o processo de implementao da hipotermia teraputica ps-parada cardiorrespiratria em hospitais do extremo sul do Brasil. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo descritiva. O cenrio do estudo foram duas Unidades de Terapia Intensiva de dois hospitais onde a hipotermia teraputica ps-parada cardiorrespiratria realizada. Os sujeitos do estudo foram mdicos, enfermeiros e tcnicos de enfermagem atuantes nas referidas unidades. A coleta de dados foi composta por dois momentos. Primeiramente, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa retrospectiva nos pronturios dos pacientes e, posteriormente, foram aplicadas entrevistas semiestruturadas por meio de roteiro de entrevista com os profissionais citados, as quais foram gravadas com aparelho digital. A coleta de dados ocorreu durante o ms de outubro de 2014. Para interpretao dos dados, foi utilizada a anlise textual discursiva, construindo-se trs categorias. Na primeira categoria, processo de implementao da hipotermia teraputica, constatou-se que o hospital com uma implementao sistematizada e organizada utiliza um protocolo escrito e, em relao s fases de aplicao da hipotermia teraputica, ambas as instituies utilizam os mtodos tradicionais de induo, manuteno e reaquecimento. A segunda categoria, facilidades e dificuldades vivenciadas pela equipe de sade durante a aplicao da hipotermia teraputica, identifica a estrutura fsica, harmonia da equipe, equipamentos para a monitorizao constante das condies hemodinmicas dos pacientes e a otimizao do tempo de trabalho como facilitadores. No que tange s dificuldades, constatou-se a aquisio de materiais, como o gelo e o BIS; disponibilidade de um nico termmetro esofgico; inexistncia de EPIs; conhecimento insuficiente e inaptido tcnica; ausncia de educação permanente e dimensionamento inadequado dos profissionais de enfermagem. Na terceira categoria, efeitos adversos e complicaes encontradas pela equipe de sade durante a aplicao da hipotermia teraputica e cuidados de enfermagem realizados, verificou-se, como efeitos adversos, a ocorrncia de tremores, bradicardia e hipotenso e de complicaes como hipotermia excessiva e queimaduras de pele. Os cuidados de enfermagem direcionam-se aos cuidados com a pele e extremidades, uso do gelo, sedao, higiene, conforto e preparo de material para monitorizao. Concluiu-se que a hipotermia teraputica possvel de ser aplicada, na realidade das instituies pesquisadas, de maneira segura, eficaz e de baixo custo.

This collection is the result of theoretical considerations made in the education field with emphasis on the teachers professional development. The diversity of authors, which came from distinctive higher education institutions located in Brazil and some arising from international context, reveals a multiplicity of relations between the themes that blend the centrality of Rede de Aprendizado em Foco. The studies and researches are organized around three themes: teachers learning in initial training and professional integration; teacher learnings evaluations process and policies; and teachers professional development. The professionalitys formation in a period of deep and complex transformations in the social and educational scenarios is projected as a big challenge, especially when it is understood that a person is not born as a teacher, but it is constituted as such by processes that occur over a long period. The contact with the professional practice stands as an essential element in the context of teacher training, which in the course of professional learning experience different stages of training. The one that should be highlighted would be the learning moments that involve teachings practices. Thus, the main point of this work was based on the reflection of the teachers formative processes from the initial training to the professional development going through the teaching practice, which is considered as the beginning of the relationship between theoretical and practical knowledge in the context of educational reality and reporting formative experiences that have contributed to this training.

No setor hospitalar, o marketing compe um grupo interdependente de servios e tem como objetivo principal aproximar clientes - externos, internos e corpo gestor -, atravs de estratgias especficas que promovem satisfao e qualidade. Esta organizao possui uma larga diversidade de profissionais da sade e o marketing, neste sentido, auxilia no processamento de seus servios de forma a lapid-los sob a tica do cliente, buscando efetividade e produtividade. Neste cenrio encontra-se o enfermeiro, cujo trabalho composto pelas dimenses cuidar, gerenciar, educar/pesquisar, que se entrelaam e caracterizam o servio deste profissional. No entanto, costumeiramente, a enfermagem no declara o marketing como uma ferramenta estratgica ao seu processo de trabalho fato verificvel na explorao de publicaes cientficas -, e, paralelamente, depara-se com empecilhos na execuo de seu trabalho que podem comprometer a sua excelncia. Assim, este estudo busca analisar a relao do marketing com o trabalho do enfermeiro nas dimenses cuidar, gerenciar, ensinar/pesquisar. Para sua efetivao, optou-se pelo referencial metodolgico Estudo de Caso, onde o fenmeno verificado como ocorre em seu cenrio real. Assim, a coleta, caracterizada por pesquisador e unidade nicos, ocorreu em um hospital universitrio, geral e pblico no sul do pas que declara publica e virtualmente o marketing institucional. Como fontes de evidncia, foram utilizadas: entrevista focada com quatro sujeitos de reas estratgicas para esta pesquisa; anlise de documentao criada pela assessoria de marketing e observao direta. O tratamento e a anlise dos dados ocorreram por meio da Anlise Temtica, que possibilitou a exposio dos resultados atravs de dois artigos: A relao do marketing com o processo de trabalho do enfermeiro na dimenso cuidar e A relao do marketing com o processo de trabalho do enfermeiro nas dimenses gerenciar e educar/pesquisar. Os resultados evidenciaram que o marketing no cuidar - auxilia a efetividade do cuidado atravs de novas estratgias de comunicao com o usurio, produz materiais elucidativos, ldicos para sua continuao e manuteno e o divulga no meio intra e extra-hospitalar; no gerenciar - auxilia a o enfermeiro a ter um mtodo mais inovador e criativo, a focar no cliente e no bom relacionamento interpessoal com a equipe; no educar/pesquisar - cria canais de comunicao interna e campanhas nicas que, alm de auxiliar na realizao da educação permanente e na atualizao de enfermeiros, propicia meios para transmitir novos achados cientficos prtica da enfermagem hospitalar. Atravs deste estudo, percebeu-se que aes de marketing podem contribuir para a efetividade do trabalho do enfermeiro em suas facetas dimensionais, aproximando este agente de sade do usurio ao qual seu servio destinado e da gesto da organizao, propiciando a este profissional maior visibilidade e valorizao no espao hospitalar e social.

Relatrio EPE - Relatrio de estgio em Educação Pr-Escolar: O presente Relatrio de Estgio de Qualificao Profissional situa-se no contexto de Educação Pr-Escolar, tendo como propsito revelar o que foi sendo realizado no Centro Social da Parquia Nossa Senhora da Ajuda ao longo de quatro meses em contexto de creche. A prtica educativa sustentou-se num quadro terico-concetual de referncia, com vista construo de saberes para a Educação de Infncia, pelo compromisso e responsabilizao progressiva da ao docente, tendo sido encarado como um momento de singular importncia. O contexto de formao assumiu-se, portanto, como um lugar privilegiado de articulao entre teoria e prtica, onde o processo de ensino e aprendizagem ficou pautado por intencionalidades educativas com vista ao desenvolvimento integral de cada criana, bem como para a construo de saberes e competncias profissionais. No mbito da investigao-ao e associada observao, planificao, avaliao e ao propriamente dita, esteve sempre presente a comunicao e a articulao, pois so estas etapas interligadas que revelam a intencionalidade do processo educativo que carateriza a interveno profissional do educador. A reflexo evidenciou-se tambm fulcral, pois s mediante uma reflexo na ao e sobre a ao possvel uma introspeo pessoal, despoletando uma compreenso mais sustentada da ao, facilitando a tomada de decises conscientes. Salienta-se, ainda, a importncia de uma formao profissional ao longo da vida, de modo a potenciar o desenvolvimento de uma atitude perante a Educação cada vez mais crtica, indagadora e reflexiva, em prol do desenvolvimento de cada criana.

This article presents an analysis of the results of an action of teacher continuing education in a public Brazilian university. It presents and discusses relations that proved to be necessary between the aforementioned action, the development of classroom pedagogical practices and the promotion of teachers health. Its theoretical and methodological foundations consist on a clinic, developmental and dialogic-argumentative character and employ the method of simple and crossed self-confrontation,in order to address professional teaching gestures. The results indicate the necessity of actions related to teachers continuing education, focused primarily on the concrete classroom work, which, in addition to allowing the development of pedagogical practices, makes the promotion of teachers health itself possible.
