Nos rastros da história da assistência da psicologia no Pará: a inserção do psicólogo no Hospital Psiquiátrico Juliano Moreira (1978-1984)

A investigação da Inserção do Psicólogo no Hospital Psiquiátrico Juliano Moreira se constitui em uma proposta de resgate do desenvolvimento da Psicologia no Estado do Pará, com o objetivo de analisar tal percurso histórico no período 1978 a 1984, situando a formação e atuação do Psicólogo, posicionando-o historicamente no âmbito da referida instituição de saúde mental e seus reflexos na atualidade. Pretendeu-se, por meio da análise de conteúdo, trazer à tona o trabalho terapêutico, no contexto da Inserção do Psicólogo, desenvolvido por meio do recurso da história oral a ser viabilizada a partir de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com cinco sujeitos ex-estagiários do Hospital Psiquiátrico Juliano Moreira. Os resultados mostram que a Praxiterapia foi a base do trabalho terapêutico utilizado por esses psicólogos naquela época, mas que com o tempo houve avanços que permitiram a eles se posicionarem profissional e politicamente, processo esse possibilitado pelo estudo, pelas lutas, pela consolidação de sua identidade, como também por melhores condições de trabalho e assistência aos pacientes. Concluiu-se que o presente trabalho foi além do percurso histórico da Inserção e do trabalho terapêutico do Psicólogo, considerando o caráter protagonista e mobilizador que residia nesse profissional em prol de melhores condições para o lugar que, na prática, o formou.

REDD+ no Estado do Pará: a política ambiental climática paraense no contexto nacional e internacional

A inserção do mecanismo de Redução de Emissões por Desmatamento e Degradação Florestal (REDD) no contexto do ordenamento jurídico-normativo e institucional do Estado do Pará, é a temática abordada pelo presente trabalho. A metodologia aplicada na presente pesquisa se baseou em duas técnicas de coletade dados, quais sejam o levantamento documental e a aplicação de questionário estruturado junto aos órgãos estaduais responsáveis pela articulação e implementação desse mecanismo no território paraense. De recente surgimento no cenário das discussões internacionais sobre meio ambiente e mudanças climáticas globais, levadas a efeito no âmbito da Convenção-Quadro das Nações Unidas sobre Mudança do Clima, o REDD se apresenta como proposta de desmatamento evitado para os países em desenvolvimento, cuja preservação do patrimônio florestal, em vista dos potenciais benefícios para a mitigação do aquecimento global, deveria ser compensado por meio da remuneração de indivíduos, comunidades, projetos e países, conforme a proposta originalmente lançada no ano de 2005, durante a COP 11, realizada em Montreal, no Canadá. Nesse contexto, o Estado do Pará, que encerrou o ano de 2012 como líder nos números de desmatamento entre os Estados da Amazônia Legal, ainda em 2009 previu a inserção do mecanismo de REDD no quadro jurídico regulatório e institucional paraense como parte das ações do (Decreto Estadual nº 1.697/2009). Decorrida a primeira fase de execução do Plano, qual seja o interstício de agosto de 2009 a agosto de 2012, verificou-se que osprocessos decisórios para implementação do mecanismo não avançaram, em que pese a existência de projetos dessa natureza em curso no território paraense, e o avanço dos demais Estados amazônicos quanto à temática, cujos arcabouços normativos já dispõem de políticas públicas atinentes ao REDD e REDD+ e importantes medidas adicionais correlatas, a exemplo da regulação sobre pagamento de serviços ambientais e políticas estaduais sobre mudanças climáticas.

Educação democrática e trabalho associado no contexto político-econômico do movimento dos trabalhadores rurais sem terra

Os objetivos deste trabalho são os de expor os elementos pedagógicos principais presentes nas escolas Construindo o Caminho e Instituto de Educação Josué de Castro, verificar qual a força determinante na organização da proposta educacional do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra e elucidar se essa proposta contém elementos educacionais de interesse para as classes trabalhadoras em geral, do ponto de vista democrático e popular. A investigação revelou que o modo de apropriação do excedente econômico e a luta de classes constituem-se na força determinante na organização da proposta educacional e, também, que as escolas do Movimento, estruturadas e organizadas de forma diferente daquela usualmente encontrada nas escolas oficiais, colocam em epígrafe categorias educacionais como a união do ensino com o trabalho e a gestão democrática compartilhada entre alunos, professores e funcionários.

O trabalho do enfermeiro na vigilância à saúde da criança sob o olhar da gestão da Atenção Básica à Saúde

This study aimed at apprehending and analyzing the perspective of Primary Health Care managers concerning nurses’ work in Children’s Health Surveillance in a city in São Paulo state. The study population consisted of eight professionals from different professional categories with direct activity in the city’s management of the population’s Health Surveillance. It is a descriptive, qualitative study. Data were collected by means of recorded semi-structured interviews. The framework used for data analysis was the thematic Content Analysis Method. The results were systematized into three themes: 1- Managers’ conceptualizations concerning Children’s Health Surveillance and its application in practice; 2- Managers’ perspectives concerning nurses’ work in Children’s Health Surveillance; 3- Qualification of Children’s Health Surveillance under the view of the municipal management. The conceptualizations concerning Children’s Health Surveillance that were apprehended showed to be convergent as they indicated this model’s appropriateness to identify and prioritize children’s care in vulnerability conditions in the territory where they live. However, some managers did not include, in their statements, health promotion aspects as one of the cornerstones of their managerial action. Nurses were considered to be fundamental in the Children’s Health Surveillance process due to their competencies and responsibilities undertaken in this health provision level. The main difficulties for adequate implementation of Children’s Health Surveillance in Primary Health Care and the proposal to overcome them were pointed out. It was concluded that, under the managers’ perspectives, nurses can greatly contribute to Children’s Health Surveillance in Primary Health Care as members of the health care team; however, to that end, they need professional qualification, structural conditions and institutional support with that regard

O ensino de física e a música: a experiência de um futuro professor frente o desafio de ensinar

Here we present an exploratory study on the subject of Physics and Music, discussing how this issue is addressed in two high schools belonging to state education network in Rio Claro – SP city. Initially, we conducted a critical analysis of the books that are used as the main tool to support the teacher in the classroom. Alert this analysis , it is possible to realize low-level content when we bring the topic into the classroom. Based in this analysis and an experimental class that was held as part of the course Teaching Practice and Supervised , the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity - UNESP Campus Rio Claro was an elaborate educational proposal related to Physics Teaching and Music with a thematic strategy different from the traditional approach , considering the use of experiments built with low cost (Ferreira and Ramos , 2008) materials , which can be an alternative to improve the teaching learning process student , because these experiments stimulate and provide a more dynamic and closer interaction with the objects class. We also seek to study, in greater depth , aspects of wave physics, discussing how a wave propagates in a string with its two fixed ends , which besides being a subject that is usually covered in books , is a phenomenon that is present in string instruments

Contribuições da TIC e da inclusão digital para alunos e professores das escolas participantes do Programa Acessa Escola

This study has its objective to analyze how the Technology of Information and Communication-TIC will be applied in the construction on new knowledge in the schools bounded to the program Acessa Escola.( School turned on) This program from São Paulo’s Government, developed by the Secretary of Education of the State , under the coordination of the Foundation to the Development of the Education-FDE, which has the work proposal to promote the digital inclusion to all the educational community. Making it possible the access of the Technology of Information and Communication to the users; Students, teachers, and school employees to have the exchange of information and knowledge. Therefore, there is the collaboration between teachers and student.For the development of this research, there will be semi-structured interviews with high school teacher from 3 different High Schools of Piracicaba-SP. These interviews will be done in a qualitative approach and will be submitted to the Ethic Committee from the University

The experiences lived in the Read and Write Program (Programa Ler e Escrever), through the scholarship project Public School and University at literacy (Escola Pública e Universidade na alfabetização), were the starting point for the preparation of this research. From this observations obtained in the classroom, it was noticed gaps present in the process of teaching-learning in the system imposed by the state government of Sao Paulo, preponderant factors to understand how and when children learn. This way, was noted that only one literacy proposal to be adopted by all schools revealed not being efective to meet different contexts, also disregards the individuality of each student. Thus, we applied the Paulo Freire's Method with children from Second year (Former First series) adapted in a playful way, during reinforcement classes at state shcool “Torquato Minhoto”, located in Bauru/SP. Sought to promote, properly, the comprehension of the language code and the development of learning in reading and writing. This manner, some barriers prevented a more thorough job covering a wider range of studantes over an extended period, however, the results were generally positives about the startup of literacy

Análise da proposta de melhoria do fluxo na área comercial central do municípo de Rio Claro-SP

The development of medium-sized cities in recent decade, caused, partly, by the industrial deconcentration process generated, beyond benefits, several problems for these cities population. The unplanned rapid growth of these cities, together with the capitalist model of production collaborated for the increase of socioeconomics questions in these locations. The urban mobility became one of these problems, embarrassing citizen’s lives, especially in downtown area. Therefore, the State began looking for solutions to improve urban mobility of the population, contributing to their quality of life and also to adapt the city to new market demand. In these work, we analyzed the situation of Brazilian medium-sized cities downtown area, as well as its growth process, tanking as an example the case of the city of Rio Claro – SP and it´s Public Administration proposal to improve the flow and urban mobility in a particular street in the town´s commercial centre

Proposta de trilha interpretativa para a Floresta Estadual Edmundo Navarro de Andrade (FEENA) - Rio Claro

Within the current context of environmental degradation, primarily caused by unsustainable pat terns of production and consumption (AGENDA 21, 1992), the Protected Areas (PAs) are considered internationally as one of the most successful measures for the conservat ion of biodiversity, according to the Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN). The city of Rio Claro (Sao Paulo, Brazi l ) has a significant conservation area in both environmental aspects as historical and cultural, the State Forest 'Edmundo Navarro de Andrade' (FEENA). Beyond the conservation measures, there is a need to develop environmental education that encourages community participation and appreciation in the unit 's maintenance and protection, as well as provide moments of reflection that could conduct perceptual changes, behavioral, attitudinal and evaluative on relations between human beings and their environment . This work brings the proposal to create an interpretive trail in the area of public use of FEENA to contribute to the Unit Management Plan in order to make it an Environmental Education tool. To prepare the planning of the interpretive trail, a deep bibliographic and cartographic review was performed on the subject. It was applied questionnaires in order to know the visitors better and map the features of public visitation, as well as map the visitor preferences about how they would like to receive information on the area and expose field studies in the track site. The trail was traced taking into account the environmental and social aspects, we propose a track suspended above the ground, in order to affect as little as possible and to include the area in the context of PAs people with reduced mobility and visually impaired

For this, it chose the Poly educational software, with which were developed teaching and learning activities for the polyhedra content provided in the São Paulo State Mathematics curriculum for the 7th year of elementary school. The objectives of this pedagogical proposal are to stimulate situations of social interaction among students and between students and the teacher, using an educational software as a mediator instrument and present a different way of using digital technology in math classes, aiming production of mathematical knowledge
