Análise do processo formativo de professores para a educação não formal realizada em organizações não governamentais

This article presents research academic-scientific aimed to examine the definition and theoretical approach or model curriculum that organizes and guides the training of teachers to work in the field of non-formal education made in non-governmental organizations (NGOs). We chose to adopt the perspective of qualitative research was conducted and the case study course called Teacher Training for NGOs, developed by an NGO based in the city of São Paulo. The research instruments were used: document analysis course, semi-directive interviews with their trainers and coordinator and literature review. Examined in the course curriculum is defined as a path to be followed by students and instructors and as organizer of the subjects studied. Adopts the approach named Integrated Curriculum, in which teaching occurs through the study of problem situations and integration projects of learning. At the end of the study, it is suggested that the improvement of the course and follow information that, hopefully, support the production of further comparative research.

Trabalho do formador de professores para a educação profissional

This article presents research that examined work of a teacher trainer for professional education, which aimed to study the work of these professional instruments , the design of pedagogical mediation underlying the prescriptive texts of the work and the theoretical-methodological arrays deployed in labor activity . The theoretical framework was Clinical Activity , strand of Work Psychology . We adopt a simple self-confrontation for data collection , combining interviews , document analysis, and video recording of the work . Were the volunteer coordinator and three trainers course in São Paulo educational institution. The results showed that the work of trainers activity is directed to others , using concrete and intangible instruments . Prescriptive texts suggest the use of cognitive education approach , but in the effective action of the trainers was adopted cultural-historical perspective of human development . At the end there are the limitations of this research and indicates the need for further scientific research on the subject.

A educação física no ensino médio em escolas particulares: as perspectivas de alunos, diretores, coordenadores e professores de educação física

Although physical education is regulated by law and recognized as a mandatory component of basic education class, which includes high school, there are many reports that these classes do not actually happen. Such evidence shows the situation experienced by the author of this study, which brought this research to the attention. Therefore, the objective was to investigate and understand the perspective of students, physical education teachers, principals and coordinators forward their ideas to this reality, about the high school physical education in private schools. The research made use of qualitative approach, guided by an exploratory study. The technique was undertaken to collect the questionnaire with open and closed questions, involving 263 students enrolled in high school of four schools in two cities in the state of Sao Paulo and also the director, coordinator and professor of physical education of each one of these institutions, resulting in 12 education professionals. The categories of analysis were defined as: 1. Regarding physical education in high school, 2. The occurrence of physical rducation in high school, 3. Content and dynamic strategies developed in class 4. Student participation in class. The results show that despite, although some schools have physical education classes, there are still many students who do not take them. This reveals a double challenge to the area, which is: although it is essential that such a curriculum component is included in the grades (respecting the regional law legal system) that is not enough students that actually participate in it. As teachers, coordinators and directors recognize the importance of effective physical education, there are numerous of factors that deserve consideration to better understand this reality. The design of oral health has as its most important to bring knowledge, prevention and treatment for the population of municipalities that have this important means of promoting health in general. These programs are based on socio-educational projects, such as tooth brushing, educational lectures, projects, preventive and, fluoride use, application of sealants in pits and even the prevention of oral cancer. In the area of healing, the centers of dental specialties (CEO) associated with the PSF are responsible for implementing treatment of periodontal diseases, trauma, restoration of teeth affected by dental caries, prosthesis design for functional rehabilitation of the patient, biopsies of oral lesions , among other specialties. This study aims to evaluate the students of the Graduate Program in Dentistry, Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho, Campus de Araçatuba, in order to coordinate a program to promote health in their communities. The result based on parameters in the OMS showed that the majority of graduate students of the Faculty of Dentistry Araçatuba acquired knowledge to a reasonable oral health program in their city as a coordinator.
