Vigilância eletrônica no trabalho bancário: do controle consentido ao totalitarismo corporativo

This dissertation addresses the electronic surveillance theme in the banking context. The research that originated it, which was held in an organization called for the fiction name Banco Total, started from the following driving question: How do workers at a bank perceive electronic surveillance at their process of work? The research s main objective was to comprehend how workers perceive electronic surveillance at their process of work. The study adopted an interdisciplinary perspective, having Management as the original field, establishing a dialogue with others disciplines, like Philosophy and Sociology. About its methodology, it s a qualitative research that addressed its object in oral (interviews with live history elements) way. . Ten individuals were interviewed. The analytical process utilized the hermeneutical-dialectics technique.. From the analyses (hermeneutics) of the data, the following themes have emerged: (i) Acquiescence ; (ii) Monitoring; (iii) Time and Motion; (iv) Fear; (v) Interdiction; and (vi) Resistance . From the discussion (dialectic) of the results, this work presents three synthetic propositions that culminate in the following dimensions (i) control; (ii) acquiescence; (iii) corporative totalitarianism. It can be concluded that electronic surveillance is one mechanism of control emerged from the apply of technology at Total Bank; that information technology has been improving the control mechanisms of management theories; and that the imbrications between management and material technology control mechanisms at a context where there is acquiescence by workers contribute for the emergency of corporative totalitarianism components

Uso corporativo do território e turismo no Rio Grande do Norte

Tourism has in recent years a significant growth in the economy, bringing repercussions on use of the territory. Hence the importance of discussing how the activity has been planned by public authorities and business, important actor in this process. Our objective is to analyze the corporative use of the territory Norte-Rio-Grandense by tourism, based on the renewal of geographical thought in Milton Santos and other authors coherent theory. Although planning is seen as a practice that incorporates various scientifics contributions is undeniable eminently geographical base, as it comes to relationshipsand process in the territory. The project Parque das Dunas/Via Costeira driving the development of tourism in Natal as to its construction, the city had a quality hotel infrastructure capable of receiving a greater number of tourists. One of the guiding instruments of state planning in accordance with the Federal Government is the Planejamento Pluri-Anual - PPA, which has the discourse territory, but establishes sectoral actions, which included tourism with the allocation of resources. Psicoesfera: uso corporativo da esfera técnica do território e o novo espírito do capitalismo

Durante algum tempo acreditou-se que as grandes transformações no meio técnico-científico informacional levariam, necessariamente, à renovação das sociabilidades. Mas, o que dizer quando nenhum acontecimento, nenhum evento é capaz de romper a estabilidade dos padrões éticos normativos dos sistemas de ações hegemônicos de nossas sociedades capitalistas? Este artigo visa compreender tal fenômeno, retomando de maneira sistemática a idéia de psicoesfera e tecnoesfera. Para tanto, procura analisar a indissociabilidade dos sistemas técnicos e dos sistemas de ações; indissociabilidade fundada numa racionalidade técnico-científica capaz de constituir valores e critérios normativos de justificação e estabilização nas sociedades capitalistas, mesmo em um meio geográfico em que é aparente a desagregação e decomposição das sociabilidades, precedida pelo aprofundamento das desigualdades territoriais.

Densidades do sistema financeiro: uso corporativo e desigualdades regionais do território brasileiro

Diante da histórica situação geográfica de desigualdade regional brasileira, procuramos destacar a questão da desigual distribuição do dinheiro, analisando tanto a instalação dos fixos bem como a dinâmica dos fluxos do sistema financeiro em território nacional. Demonstramos a territorialização do sistema financeiro, por meio de suas agências bancárias, que controlam hoje a dinâmica dos fluxos monetários no território brasileiro. Contudo, apenas o conhecimento dessas formas geográficas, sua quantificação e topologia de nada nos adiantariam se não investigássemos os fluxos de crédito e de depósitos, revelando as desigualdades resultantes do uso corporativo do território brasileiro. Por último, levantamos dados e realizamos revisão bibliográfica que demonstra a consolidação da cidade de São Paulo como centro financeiro do território nacional.
