Este artigo apresenta o resultado de uma pesquisa com professores de Educação Física da rede pública. Procuramos identificar as fontes de conhecimento que orientam a sua prática profissional. Concluímos que este grupo está preso à sua formação historicamente datada, à acomodação à situação da Educação Física na escola e a própria experiência profissional. Isto o impede de procurar os recursos da ciência para implementar uma educação Física mais competente e sintonizada com as novas tendências pedagógicas.

Solar energy can be considered the largest source of energy available on earth and has attracted in recent decades, attention and interest for its rational use. The use of energy sources in a sustainable manner is essential to the survival of future generations, due to the scarcity of natural resources and their exploitation in a disorderly way. Studies related to the applications of renewable sources becomes then relevant, given its great importance as regards the conscious use of resources provided by nature, with the least possible impact on it. The present study presents an evaluation of generation potential and feasibility of implementing a solar photovoltaic connected to the grid and connected to the roofs of some buildings of the Faculty of Engineering of Guaratinguetá - FEG, to supply the demand of electric energy consumption on campus and attempting to inject a possible surplus power generation in local power grid, increasing network capacity and reducing peak loads

Matemática comercial e financeira com a utilização de recursos digitais: uma experiência no ensino médio

This work aimed to investigate the possible contributions of the use of digital resources in the teaching and learning process of Commercial and Financial Mathematics concepts to high school students. Its development has included a survey of some researches on the topic as well as an experimental study of a qualitative type, in which the Webquest was used as methodology. It uses the computer, more precisely the internet resources, to assist students in building up knowledge. Eight meetings were held, in the after-school period, with a group of students of the second year of high school at a state public school in the city of Guaratinguetá. Aiming to evaluate the knowledge that students had about the theme, it was applied a diagnosis at first glance for further analysis and development of activities and interventions according to the students’ answers. Once the research data was analyzed, it was noted that the students had little knowledge regarding the basic contents of Commercial and Financial Mathematics, in addition to presenting difficulties in handling some of the digital resources used in the meetings. Nonetheless, from the students’ works, it was seen significant advances in understanding and building up knowledge on concepts such as percentage, simple and compound interest, savings, and sales involving prompt payment or in arrears

Telejornalismo na era digital: interatividade e acesso à informação

Este trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve por finalidade investigar quais recursos interativos estarão disponíveis para o telejornalismo com a chegada da televisão digital e como esses recursos poderão ser usados como instrumentos para a ampliação do acesso à informação jornalística. Para tanto, foi feita uma reflexão sobre a produção de sentido e a prática discursiva, com ênfase nas alterações nos enunciados telejornalísticos no contexto da convergência midiática. Foram analisados dois telejornais, o “Jornal Globo News” e o “Jornal Hoje”, ambos da rede Globo. O referencial teórico-metodológico utilizado na leitura dos telejornais foi o da semiótica discursiva de linha francesa, com ênfase nas estratégias enunciativas dos conteúdos interativos, por considerar que estes referenciais sustentam o estudo dos processos de produção de sentido. O “Jornal Hoje” foi analisado enquanto produto que propõe nos conteúdos apresentados introduzir novas formas de relação de comunicação, privilegiando a perspectiva de interatividade por parte dos telespectadores. Isso porque os conteúdos remetem a audiência a interferir por meio de outra mídia, notadamente o computador, acessando o site do telejornal para poder participar. Assim, observa-se que se o conteúdo já se manifesta convergente, os suportes ainda não estão integrados, pelo menos nessa fase de transição. O “Jornal Globo News” foi analisado enquanto representante de um telejornal produzido e veiculado já na plataforma digital, o que não significa que possa ser considerado de imediato interativo. Foram ainda realizadas entrevistas com especialistas e pesquisadores da área temática da pesquisa, que contribuíram para o amadurecimento e crescimento da mesma. Desenvolvimento regional e sustentabilidade: a indústria intensiva em recursos naturais na região administrativa de Ribeirão Preto

The natural resource intensive industries have moved from center to periphery in Brazil. This shift is related to the environmental impacts generated by this type of industry, as occur biggest benefits to these industries in small towns as tax exemptions and donations of land, and local institutional capacity is lower in pollution control. In the 1970s began, in the state of São Paulo, a process of industrial deconcentration of Metropolitan Region of São Paulo to the inside of state, which generated an intense industrialization of the region of Campinas, Ribeirão Preto, Sorocaba e São José dos Campos. This process of industrial deconcentration had support in state policies restricting new industries in the Metropolitan Region and the creation and financing of infrastructure and improvement of road. This research project aims to verify whether there has been a shift of natural resource intensive industries for the Administrative Region of Ribeirão Preto, as well as aspects of the sustainability of this process

O ensino de redação em sites: diálogos em rede

We know that studies on reading and writing take place within the Linguistic for several decades and, with de computer, the language entered the network and this is opening a learning space for writing classes, no more reduced to a classroom but expanded to a universe that has no geographical boundaries, namely de Internet. Our research fits into this context and is part of the project The discourse on writing practices in contemporary Brazilian media: the art making, the pedagogical practice, and the production of meaning to develop discourse analysis on the practice of writing on sites dedicated to teaching and learning of this practice. The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between school attendance of redaction - made here as discourse gender, as you know Bakhtin - and the discourse of the sites that constitute our corpus. We set out the hypothesis that the sites are intended for the teaching/learning of writing seeking to create virtually teaching imaginarily conditions similar to those that exist in school attendance of the Portuguese language. We are interested in, therefore, observe, discursively, as the image is created of the interlocutors to which they are intended considering that the enunciators are not in front of those who occupy the place of real students, because they are virtual students. We, too, to know as the gender class manifested itself in those sites, as these sites dialogue with the face-to-face class in relation to ideology, the function of the teacher, the conception of language and writing. The constitution of the corpus was from search tools on the internet.
