激光熔覆大厚度Fe_(57)Co_8Ni_8Zr_(10)Si_4B_(13)非晶表层及其微结构研究

利用激光熔覆制备出1.2mm厚的Fe_(57)Co_8Ni_8Zr_(10)Si_4B_(13)大厚度非晶表层。用XRD,ES,TEM,DSC及硬度对获得的非晶表层进行了多种分析，研究了非晶合金表层的微结构与非晶形成能力。初步探讨了大厚度非晶表层的形式机制。

Factors associated with chronic pain in patients with bipolar depression: a cross-sectional study

Background: While pain is frequently associated with unipolar depression, few studies have investigated the link between pain and bipolar depression. In the present study we estimated the prevalence and characteristics of pain among patients with bipolar depression treated by psychiatrists in their regular clinical practice. The study was designed to identify factors associated with the manifestation of pain in these patients.- Methods:Patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder (n=121) were selected to participate in a cross-sectional study in which DSM-IV-TR criteria were employed to identify depressive episodes. The patients were asked to describe any pain experienced during the study, and in the 6 weeks beforehand, by means of a Visual Analogical Scale (VAS).- Results: Over half of the bipolar depressed patients (51.2%, 95% CI: 41.9%–60.6%), and 2/3 of the female experienced concomitant pain. The pain was of moderate to severe intensity and prolonged duration, and it occurred at multiple sites, significantly limiting the patient’s everyday activities. The most important factors associated with the presence of pain were older age, sleep disorders and delayed diagnosis of bipolar disorder.- Conclusions: Chronic pain is common in bipolar depressed patients, and it is related to sleep disorders and delayed diagnosis of their disorder. More attention should be paid to study the presence of pain in bipolar depressed patients, in order to achieve more accurate diagnoses and to provide better treatment options.

A reforma da Lei de Arbitragem no Congresso Nacional : PLS 406/13 - PL 7108/14

A Lei de Arbitragem (Lei nº 9.307, de 23 de setembro de 1996) foi submetida a um processo de revisão por Comissão de Juristas nomeada pelo Senado Federal para estabelecer novo marco legal para a mediação e a arbitragem no Brasil. Em função das provadas virtudes da Lei já existente, a Comissão resolveu apresentar duas proposições: um projeto de lei sobre mediação extrajudicial, e um projeto de lei com reforma pontual da Lei de Arbitragem. As matérias tramitaram no Senado e vieram à Câmara dos Deputados como Casa revisora. O presente estudo se ocupa de analisar o Projeto de Lei nº 7.108, de 2014, que trata da reforma da Lei de Arbitragem. São considerados os temas de direito material e processual, além de questões de técnica legislativa e processo legislativo.

Plano nacional de educação : atribuições e prazos intermediários da lei nº 13.005/2014

Analisa aspectos da Lei n° 13.005/14, que aprovou o Plano Nacional de Educação-PNE, para o decênio 2014-2024, que estabelece (art. 3°) que as metas previstas em seu Anexo serão cumpridas no prazo de vigência do PNE, desde que não haja prazo inferior definido para metas e estratégias específicas.

Orientación emprendedora, hostilidad del entorno y la rentabilidad de la Pyme: una propuesta de contingencias

En este artículo se investiga el efecto de la orientación emprendedora (EO) en el desempeño financiero de las Pymes en un período de tres años, así como una propuesta de un modelo de contingencias para explorar los efectos moderadores de la hostilidad del entorno sobre la relación entre la EO y la rentabilidad. Para examinar las hipótesis propuestas se ha utilizado información de 121 Pymes pertenecientes a la industria manufacturera en España. Los resultados confirman la influencia positiva de la EO sobre la rentabilidad de las empresas, y más importante aún, la influencia es más positiva cuando existe un ajuste entre la EO y el entorno. Implicaciones para la academia y el mundo empresarial, con respecto a la EO en el contexto de las Pymes, son presentadas y discutidas.
