Uma análise dialógica de crônicas de Josué Machado: discursos em conflito

This coursework aims the dialogical analysis of discourses that constitute the statements given by Josué Machado, a journalist in the magazine Língua Portuguesa, publishing Segmento. The research aims to observe the ideologies that mark the statements in question, regarding to the values of the standard language and the quality of a text. Methodologically, we seek the understanding of how the discourse of analyzed chronic , publicized during the stated period from number 32 to number 70, dialogues with purist discourse and the discourse of sociolinguistics. The methodological theoretical support covers Bakhtinian studies of the discourse. The results show that the subject who enunciates in the analyzed chronicles shows in his speech a purist voice, in which the discourse of clarity takes emphasis. The values that define his discourse about language are those that prevail in the sphere of journalism

Os papéis dos RNAs não codificantes no desenvolvimento embrionário: um panorama geral

The genome of multicellular organisms shows a ruge index of RNA transcripts that are not protein coding. These ncRNAs act in housekeeping and genic regulation, as well in signaling and cell differentiation, crucial events to embryonic and ontogenetic development. Moreover, another events require the orderly expression these transcripts, as in cromossomic inactivation and genomic imprinting process, and their fail may cause several syndromes, malformations, illness and even death of affected individual. This review focus is to present the main acting pathways of ncRNAs already studied, as well to introduce the actual landscape of Dapper gene cluster and its performance in vertebrate development.

O conflito ideológico no discurso sobre a maconha: uma abordagem dialógica de matérias impressas veiculadas na mídia brasileira

According to data published on the World Drug Report 2012 by Unodc - United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime -, the world consumes nowadays the same amount of illicit drugs that it has always consumed. Contrary to this stable consumption, discussions surrounding the issue of drugs have intensified. The greatest controversies and the largest repercussion in the Brazilian media relate to marijuana use. This paper was developed in the context of polemic issues and its general goal is to analyze the conflict of ideologies present in the discourses about drugs on printed articles released by the Brazilian media, represented here by the magazines Veja, Carta Capital and Galileu. In the present paper, it is presented a general view about who they are and the activities science centers and museums mediators develop. The literature points out to the diverse roles attributed to these actors and that the presence of this type of professional is a consolidated practice in non-formal educational institutions. Data obtained among the mediators of a science center during mediated school visits are also presented and discussed, focusing in the role attributed to these professionals, with the objective of characterizing their actions during these visits. The data obtained and analyzed showed that during school visits, the roles that are attributed to the mediators are: (a) mediation of the knowledge involved in the expositions; (b) explanation of the scientific concepts involved in the expositions; (c) presentation of the thematic spaces; (d) reception and organization of groups of visitors; (e) preservation of the physical and moral integrity of the visitors, and the integrity of the physical spaces and their equipments; (f) complementation of the school knowledge, and (g) diffusion of the scientific knowledge.

Conflito, resistência e philía no Héracles furioso de Eurípides

In Heracles Mainomenos, by Euripides, the hero is submited to the ultimate test: win himself, accepting stay alive after committing an irremediable error. The dramatic action has dual motivation, human and divine. The human conflict requires resilience of families and friends of Heracles and the opposition of Lico is a key element to the action. In the subsequent clash between Heracles and the goddess Hera, victory lies with the deity, motivating the disaster, but confirms the heroics of Heracles, that resists the urge to annihilation after the murder of children. His friend, King Theseus, provides him the support needed to dissuade him from his purpose of annihilation and strengthens him for endurance. The valuation of philia is an important element in shaping the sense of this euripidean text.

Adolescentes em conflito com a lei e sua noção de regras no jogo de futebol

Adolescents with a course of life based on the lack of ethical and moral values are more vulnerable to the practice of infractions, and in this case the statute of the child and adolescent assumes their insertion on socio educative measures. The objective of this research is to identify the moral development phase in adolescents who are in confl ict with the law. Thirty male adolescents between fi fteen and eighteen years old, who are inserted on the socio educative care Center, were studied. Data were collected through futsal game observation, without the presence of a referee and structured interview, according to the general lines of the Clinical Method of PIAGET (1994). The arrangement of the collected data confi rmed our hypothesis – these adolescents are still with the characteristics of a heteronomical moral, confi rmed by the differences between conscience and the practice of rules in a game situation. Although they know the rules, these are only respected in order to get some benefi ts, like not charging foul, deceive the opponent or simply win the match. It is presumed that the rules would only be respected in the presence of an authority (referee), because he would impose punishments and privations. However, it is believed that the results of this study may become a parameter to educators in order to create favorable situations which can be preventive and interventive to the socio moral development, minimizing suffering and seizing opportunities to the formation of citizens with higher ethical and moral standards, who are able to choose the way to the solidarity, cooperation and justice.
