MESSIANISMO - DE RUTE AO BRASIL CONTEMPORÂNEO: SOFRIMENTO E ESPERANÇA

Esta dissertação analisa a relação existente entre os temas dialogados pelo redator do livro de Rute (4,1-12) e os livros que fazem parte da composição da História Deuteronomística. Havia três propostas, cada uma com a sua própria maneira de ver a situação, a missão e a organização do povo. A primeira é a de Zorobabel e Josué (Ed 3,1-13). A segunda de Esdras (Ed 9,1-10,44) (Ne 8,1-18) e a terceira de Neemias (5,1-19). Como abordar a pericope neste contexto foi realmente um desafio. Em um primeiro momento, ela foi situada no momento da História de Israel, vivenciando o pós exílio, com a volta dos deportados da Babilônia, época de reestruturação nacional de Judá. Em seguida, os personagens foram colocados em seus devidos papéis sociais. O povo da terra ficou em Judá e nos arredores. As injustiças sociais eram muitas: os campesinos estavam sendo desapropriados de suas próprias terras, pelos irmãos judeus que chegaram da Babilônia (Ne 51-5). Esses mesmos irmãos judeus são os que emprestaram dinheiro ao povo da terra e cobraram o pagamento com usura. O cenário era desanimador; os problemas intermináveis e de todos os tipos. A pobreza e a fome eram cada vez maiores (Ag 1,6), os pobres, estrangeiros e viúvas sobreviviam da respinga (Rt 2,2)

A política nacional de educação ambiental: limites e desafios para a sua efetivação na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte

The Environmental Education is a plural and diversified knowledge field, composed by a group of social agents of specific State, government and civil society sectors, with different world views and theoretical matrices that exercised and influenced its genealogy and constitutive dynamic. The Environmental Education – while specific knowledge field – has been produced, systematized and diffused in Brazil in the last decades by official State organisms, through public policies, as well as by social movements of popular education, and constitutes a large and historical movement about the environmental question, that was worldwide projected in the 1960 decade (the environmentalist movement). Concerning the creation of public policies and specific programs to the Environmental Education, in the scope of the governmental initiative, the approval of the National Policy of Environmental Education, by means of the Law n. 9.795/99 – together with its regulatory decree, the Decree nº 4.281 – represents the consolidation of a inclusion process of the environmental dimension in the educational field. These normative acts, beyond charging the public power with the incumbency to define public policies that incorporate the environmental dimension and to promote the Environmental Education in all education levels, also charge the educational institution with the duty of promoting this component in an integrated and articulated way with the educational programs that such institutions develop. In this context, it is aimed to identify and analyze under the light of the dialectical and historical materialism, the practices and concepts developed under the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), with regard to its institutional policy on Environmental Education, relating it to establishing the Pnea. The analysis by means specific legislation on the subject and institutional documents UFRN. The research showed that, in general, the National Environmental Education Policy has limits to its effectiveness given the absence of specific funding for this purpose and the little government involvement in that the Brazilian State assumes, by through effective policies, the material conditions of financing actions with respect to this field of education. The fragmented and disjointed way the analyzed actions are developed constitutes a limit to the challenge for the UFRN implement, consistently and objectively, an Environmental Education policy, which can be monitored and evaluated as an effective public policy, both landmarks major goal of own Pnea as the demands of development whose agenda a critical environmental perspective.

Consanguinidade e efeito fundador da mutação G377S da doença de Gaucher em população de Tabuleiro do Norte – Ceará – Brasil

Gaucher’s disease (GD) is caused by a β-glucocerebrosidase deficiency, leading to the accumulation of glucocerebroside in the reticuloendothelial system. The prevalence of GD in Tabuleiro do Norte (TN) (1:4000) is the highest in Brazil. The purpose of this study was to present evidence of consanguinity and founder effect for the G377S mutation (c.1246G>A) among GD patients in TN based on enzyme, molecular and genealogical studies. Between March 2009 and December 2010, 131 subjects at risk for GD (GC in dried blood ≤2.19 nmol/h/ml) and 5 confirmed GD patients from the same community were submitted for molecular analysis to characterize the genetic profile of the population. Based on the enzymatic and molecular analysis, the subjects were classified into three categories: affected (n=5), carrier (n=20) and non-carrier (n=111). All carriers were (G377S/wt). Affected subjects were homozygous (G377S/G377S). The identification of a single mutation in carriers and homozygotes from different generations, the history of the community and the genealogy study suggest that the high prevalence of GD in this population may be due to a combination of consanguinity and founder effect for the G377S mutation

Aqui, desde sempre

Este livro traz novos artigos publicados n’O Jornal de Hoje, depois daqueles publicados em Mais Notícias Genealógicas do Rio Grande do Norte. Acrescento outros artigos que postei no meu blog e outros mais que compus especialmente para esta edição. Devido ao espaço limitado que tenho no jornal, complementei alguns artigos, quando necessário, com algum comentário. Também eliminei informações que só eram necessárias para a publicação no referido jornal. As principais fontes desses artigos foram os documentos da Cúria, das Casas Paroquiais do Assú, de Angicos e de Macau, do Instituto Histórico e Geográfico do Rio Grande do Norte, do Instituto Arqueológico, Geográfico e Histórico de Pernambuco, dos Fóruns de Assú e de Macau, do Museu José Elviro, da Hemeroteca Nacional e dos documentos digitalizados da UNB. Além disso, algumas informações vieram de colegas pesquisadores.

This work intends to describe and analyze the parties of forró that happen in Serra da Gameleira, in São Tomé/RN. Serra is a divided social space: groups of different ethnic origins live together in Gameleira de Baixo, Salgadinho (or Gameleira de Cima) and Chaves Belas. They are approximately two hundred families that live exclusively from agriculture. We try to understand how the parties inform about the social organization, the ethnic composition of the families that live there and the past of Serra, through the genealogy offorró players. In the discussion, we identify the festive places: in the total, we have Five houses of forró that function regularly one of them has been described. The private and public spaces inside them are intimate related, with no clear limits between the house of forró and the residence. Each house of forró has an owner, that regularly makes the parties, mobilizing a big part of the inhabitants, and provoking the straitening of the social relations. Observing the festive sociability between different social segments, the forró appears like na element that minimizes social conflicts, providing news ways of association and cooperation in the space of Serra da Gameleira. For the collection of facts, we used the ethnographic method, through the direct observation, interviewing and documentary research. The local history is recounted following the routes of oral memory and historical documents analysis. In the end of the analysis, we concluded that music and party are elements that aggregate the different groups that live in the location and determine forms of expression of what is seen as a traditional culture

Estratégia : origem e fundamento

O artigo lida com a teoria da estratégia e desenvolve uma análise sobre a origem e os fundamentos da estratégia, enquanto saber sistemático de caráter filosófico-científico fundamentado. Com base na genealogia da estratégia, e no seu desenvolvimento posterior, apresenta igualmente elementos para a sua fundamentação teórica. A estratégia brota da guerra, e é na guerra que se encontram os fundamentos originais desta disciplina científica. Interessa por isso analisar a identidade da guerra antes de conhecer o significado da estratégia. Divide-se assim o texto em três secções. Na primeira analisa-se a autoconsciência da guerra ou seja, o modo como as sociedades ocidentais foram narrando a origem da violência armada. Na segunda, disseca-se a identidade da guerra e refere-se a sua especificidade única, assim como a sua íntima relação com a política. Na última secção propõem-se elementos para um maior conhecimento e uma mais ampla fundamentação da estratégia, partindo, quer da sua evolução histórica, quer do conhecimento teórico mais puro sobre si e sobre a guerra.

Estética, técnica e ética: guiados por António Branco

Esta página tem tido poucos artigos sobre obras de não-ficção, mas hoje reequilibro um pouco, ao escrever sobre o livro que António Branco (professor da Universidade do Algarve e seu atual reitor) publicou recentemente, intitulado Visita Guiada ao Ofício do Ator: um Método (Grácio Editor). Esta obra tem duas partes distintas: uma primeira, em que contextualiza a sua experiência teatral, a criação de um mestrado nessa área e consequente criação de um grupo de teatro, a assunção de pertença a uma determinada linhagem, da qual é um dos seus elos, estruturada sob a figura tutelar de Fernando Amado, através da atriz Manuela de Freitas. Aí se apresentam e discutem conceitos fundamentais, como os de genealogia, linhagem, autenticidade, ética, estética, técnica, mas também descrições de exercícios e outros aspetos práticos do ofício de ator, próprios de uma visita guiada (algo diferente de um manual). A segunda parte é composta por todos os documentos possíveis de obter sobre a atriz Manuela de Freitas, desde entrevistas que deu na televisão ou em encontros vários e que aqui são transcritas pela primeira vez, a textos por ela escritos e dispersos. Ficamos a saber muito sobre a sua vida como atriz e quais os valores sobre os quais fundou a sua postura no teatro.

Family Tree Applicazione web per la gestione degli alberi genealogici e creazione della propria storia familiare.

In questa tesi viene descritta l'analisi, progettazione e realizzazione di una applicazione web per la creazione degli alberi genealogici. Partendo da una serie di motivazione personali e uno studio sui rapporti bilaterali di parentela nel campo della genealogia, sono stati delineati le basi per la costruzione del progetto.

Sistema informático de gestão e análise de genealogias

A selecção do tema e consequente trabalho de que emerge o titulo desta dissertação decorreu do facto de se ter tomado conhecimento da necessidade que os membros do projecto FCOMP-01-0124-FEDER-007360 - Inquirir da Honra: Comissários do Santo Oficio e das Ordens Militares em Portugal (1570 - 1773) tiveram para satisfazer alguns objectivos em particular relacionados com a Genealogia da rede de Comissários. O sistema de trabalho manual que até aqui era utilizado, continha uma quantidade considerável de informação complexa, descrevendo ao pormenor as características não só dos indivíduos, mas também do que estava associado ao mesmo, incluindo quem e como se relacionava com as demais figuras. O principal objectivo consistiu assim em responder à pergunta: "Como será possível efectuar uma gestão de toda a informação genealógica recolhida no papel e permitir a sua análise no computador, recorrendo a tecnologias que, por um lado sejam eficientes, e por outro, fáceis de aprender pelos utilizadores?". Para conseguir responder à questão, foi necessário conhecer em primeira mão, o universo da Genealogia e a forma como opera, para que posteriormente, se desenhasse e moldasse toda uma aplicação às necessidades do utilizador. No entanto, a aplicação não se centra apenas em permitir ao utilizador efectuar uma gestão, recorrendo a um sistema de gestão de bases de dados MySQL e permitir a análise genealógica "tradicional" em programas como o Personal Ancestral File. Pretende-se sobretudo, que o utilizador faça uso e responda às perguntas "do presente" esperando que a própria aplicação sirva de motivação para novas perguntas, com a integração da tecnologia XML e do Sistema de Informação Geográfico, Google Earth, permitindo assim a análise de informação genealógica no mapa-mundo. ABSTRACT: The choice of this essay's work subject is set on the need to accomplish determinate goals related with the Genealogy of the network lnquisition Commissioners on behalf of the project FCOMP-01-0124-FEDER-007360 members - Inquirir da Honra: Comissários do Santo Ofício e das Ordens Militares em Portugal (1570 - 1773)- To Inquire Honor: Inquisition Commissioners and the Military Orders in Portugal. The manual work system used till now presented a considerable amount of complex information, describing in detail characteristics not only of individuals but also of what is associated to it, including whoandhow. The main goal aimed at thus responding to: «How could it be possible to select and examine all the genealogical data registered on paper and allow it to be analyzed on computer, by means of technology that on one hand are efficient and on other hand easy to learn by its users? ». ln order to get to the answer to that matter, it was necessary to acknowledge firstly the Genealogy's universe so afterwards it could be possible to outline and shape an entire application to user needs. Nevertheless, the application does not only focus on allowing the user to carry out the system’s management, using MySQL database management system and allowing the "traditional" genealogical management in programs such as the Personal Ancestral File. Above all the user should get involved with it and answer the key questions of 'the present’ hoping that the application serves by itself as motivation to arouse new questions with the integration of XML technology and Geographic Information System, Google Earth, thus allowing the analysis of genealogical information worldwide.
