This work of completion is inserted at the interface between violence and school, and how you want to portray violence in school is represented in film productions. We consider important to first discuss in depth the concepts of violence to better understand the phenomenon of school violence, which is a subject much discussed in recent times. One of the types of violence very often nowadays, taking forms that we can call as new, in primary education schools, as well as in society in general, is known as bullying, for some authors the concept is very close to the definition of prejudice in with respect to social factors that reflect the target groups of this type of violence. Other authors also research on the expansion of the recent phenomenon known as School Shooting, which means school shootings, very common in American schools. Our study builds on ideas Debarbieux and Blaya (2002) that treat violence more broadly, taking into account the reports of the victims, including symbolic violence, the institutional and physical. For them, every concept must take into consideration how it was socially constructed, to thereafter be searched. Our goal is to analyze and understand how the issue of school violence is treated theoretically and also as is portrayed through the lens of cinema. Violência no contexto escolar: um estudo das representações de alunos e alunas do ensino fundamental

Um dos temas mais discutidos na instituição de ensino é a problemática da violência dentro do espaço escolar. Porém sabemos que essa questão é delicada e complexa e, para o seu enfrentamento, é necessário, entre outras medidas, o conhecimento de como os jovens percebem sobre esta questão no contexto da escola. Para tanto, este trabalho buscou o prisma dos estudantes sobre o assunto. O objetivo dessa investigação foi compreender a visão de alunos e alunas, estudantes de uma escola municipal, localizada no interior do estado de São Paulo, na cidade de Botucatu, sobre as manifestações violentas (físicas, verbais, psicológicas), no âmbito escolar, as possíveis causas dessas ações, bem como suas sugestões para solucionar o problema da violência no interior das instituições educacionais. O estudo foi desenvolvido a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa e os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários individuais, discussões em grupo de textos jornalísticos, produção individual de desenhos e produção de cartazes em grupo. Os dados coletados e analisados revelam que as representações sobre a violência escolar mais freqüente estão relacionadas à violência física, sendo que a violência verbal e psicológica aparece com índices semelhantes e com uma freqüência muito menor que a violência física. O estudo também identifica a maneira como essas ações agressivas são identificadas e tratadas pelos alunos; quem são os envolvidos nos atos de agressão; os locais e horário de maior incidência de violência dentro da escola; qual a vivência dos participantes da pesquisa sobre a violência; e que medidas eles buscariam para solucionar essa problemática em sua escola. Conclui-se que, para a maioria dos alunos, a solução do problema da violência é necessária aplicar punições disciplinares e policiais cada vez mais radicais. The aim of this study is to conduct a reflective analysis of violence symbolic in the light of the specific case of ideology. For its realization as we starting point the participant observation in classrooms of elementary school. In this process selected two cases (from many observed) that have become emblematic in the production of this work, which brought elements of evident symbolic violence experienced by students. The schoolis part of a social system and ideological and historically constructed in its place there are many cases of students victims of this violence, which reveals the need for this issue to receive the appropriate attention. Remember that you need to understand the deeper aspects of violence practiced on a symbolic way which creates a culture that camouflages violent ideology behind.

Gestão Estratégica: a toxicomania organizacional e a naturalização do sofrimento no trabalho

The general purpose of this study was a reflexive-theoretical analysis, based on the authors of Psycho-Sociology, seeking to understand how to establish working relationships in organizations considered strategic in the contemporary world. To do so, we identify the strategies that these organizations use to hold the individual in theirs meshes of power, emphasizing the effects of the psychological dynamics and the illusion of “drug organization”. Finally, we elucidated some of the major diseases related to working in organizations with strategic management model, which reflect the violence imposed by managerial policy that promotes a moral harassment and naturalization of suffering at work.

A Psicologia e a judicialização dos casos de violência sexual

The violence is a phenomenon to be faced by several public actions and requires a formal notification system that preserves the victim of suffering from public exposure. This article discusses, in the specificity of Psychology action at the Court of the State of Sao Paulo, the importance of public policy in confronting sexual violence and the assistance of the victims. The main objective of this article is to provide a review of the relationship between the Judiciary and the Public Policy, focusing on networking and the unnecessary judicialization of actions that should be developed in another environment. The way the fact is treated in the family and the society will determine the victims' reactions and their readiness to talk about it, both in the police investigation, as in the judicial lawsuit, or yet, in specific assistance programs.

Novas faces da violência escolar: possíveis diálogos entre moral e violência

A violência, fenômeno multifacetado e socialmente recorrente, há muito invadiu os muros das escolas. Diversos são os relatos sobre manifestações de violência na escola que vão desde a violência simbólica, verbal até a física. Sendo assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender as atuais concepções sobre a violência e articular estas com as teorias do desenvolvimento da moralidade humana, com o intuito de estudar as formas de como essa violência, segundo a teoria do desenvolvimento moral, aparece nas escolas na contemporaneidade. Concluímos que as teorias do desenvolvimento moral, tanto na sua parte teórica quanto metodológica, andam se tornando fundamentais na busca de diálogos que promovam mais amadurecimento de conceitos como: a dignidade, a justiça, a bondade, a solidariedade e ao respeito a outros seres humanos, com o intuito de promover uma educação pacificadora e, desta forma, anular significativamente a violência e a sua banalização, principalmente nas escolas.

Desafıos do profıssional de saúde na notifıcação da violência: obrigatoriedade, efetivação e encaminhamento

The notification of the occurrence or suspicion of violence is mandatory for health professionals and is a key tool for epidemiological surveillance and the definition of public policies for prevention and intervention. However, professionals feel unprepared for this assignment, which renders underreporting prevalent. To address this issue, the objective is to identify the means available to the professional to submit notification as well as ensure due process follow-up. For this purpose, research and document analysis was conducted in Brazilian legislation, ordinances, and government programs, codes of ethics and consultation of the literature in databases on the subject over a period of five years to establish a brief comparative analysis with other countries. The conclusion drawn is that while some measures are inapplicable, knowledge about the appropriate process for the notification and routing to specific organs will enable healthcare professionals to make the appropriate decisions for the protection and safety of the victim, besides the measures in order to change this situation of violence in the country.

Modern society lives daily with groups of human beings who have high rates of aggression and violence. Scholars in the field point to the influence of certain environmental condition for the development of aggressive behavior. Among such circumstances, we can quote various aspects including the influence of media, and more specifically, the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). The MMA is now one of the world's most popular sport, having international visibility through your largest organization, the UFC® (Ultimate Fighting Championship). The sport's global coverage is surely source of influence for our children and adolescents, who without the correct direction, can take the scenes seen in the sport as common facts of everyday life, making aggression and violence acceptable behaviors in their lives. Many studies show behavioral changes related to violent practices in virtue of exposure of individuals to aggression scenes by media. Works provide some interesting theoretical models to explain the observational learning. Under such aspects, the determined reality brings a need for in-depth studies on the subject addressed, looking for a better understanding of relations between the sport's violence and your influences on social behavior of individuals in this context, and then, look for possible solutions to deal with the problem pre supposed

Notificação de violência contra criança: conhecimento e comportamento dos profissionais de saúde

Introduction: The violence against children and teenagers severely damages physical health and psychological development of their victims. Health professionals are in a strategic position to detect cases of assault and legally obliged to report such cases, even suspected. Objectives: This study aimed to assess the knowledge of health professionals who work in the National Health System (SUS) on reporting of violence against children and adolescents. Methods: We conducted interviews with 54 primary care team of four cities from the region of São José do Rio Preto. Results: Through the study could be seen that 92.6% of respondents suspected or witnessed violence against children exercising their profession in the SUS. About Order 1968/2001, 75.5% of practitioners claim ignoring it. 96.2% were not informed about completing the notification form of violence. 88.9% do not know about the existence of the same workplace. The association between obtaining information on work and the act of notification was significant (p = 0.0276). Conclusion: The professionals are still unaware of the legal issues related to notification. It is suggested that the training of them to deal with the bureaucratic side of the issue, once notify contributes to the delineation of the epidemiology of violence and consequent development of public policies
