O artigo começa por discutir "cultura escolar" e a necessidade de uma mudança de paradigma educacional. Em seguida, discute a contradição entre o objectivo de educar professores inovadores na utilização de Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) e a tentativa de fazer isso sob a influência da cultura tradicional embutida nas paredes e nas rotinas da escola, invocando Seymour Papert, como um dos principais críticos da escola fabril. Finalmente, é avançada uma possível forma de contornar aquela contradição, desde que os formadores de professores estejam conscientes de que ela existe e abordem a formação dos professores segundo uma abordagem construtivista e de acordo com o princípio de isomorfismo, formulado por Gaston Mialaret.

Marcas dermatoglíficas, Antropometria e as qualidades físicas básicas dos escolares da rede municipal da cidade de Manaus

The objective of this study of comparative descriptive character went aimed at to analyze the characteristics dermatoglyphics, anthropometrics and the basic physical qualities, in 180 selected scholars in a stratified way, distributed like this: 10 year-old boys = 32; 09 years = 32; 08 years = 32; 10 year-old girls = 28; 09 years = 28; 08 years = 28), studying the fundamental teaching of the School Good Municipal Hope, located in the area east, in the Neighborhood of the Crowned, in the city of Manaus, Amazon. For identification of the dermatoglyphics characteristics collected, was the fingerprints; for evaluation of the corporal mass, height and IMC, they were used a digital scale with an estadiometer of the mark Filizola. The tests: to sit down and to reach flexibility); Horizontal Impulse or I jump in distance stopped (force of inferior members); Flex and extension of the trunk (it Forces abdominal); Flexion and extension of the arms in suspension in the bar (Force of superior members); 30 meters (Speed) and 9 minutes (Resistance applied aerobic) was to evaluate the basic physical qualities. A correção como procedimento de reformulação em chat educacional escrito em espanhol por brasileiros: tipos de operacionalização e marcas

O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar, nas interações realizadas por escrito dentro de um chat educacional, os tipos de operacionalização para o processo da correção - enquanto procedimento de reformulação, de acordo com a Perspectiva Textual-Interativa. O corpus, constituído por 31 sessões e por 17 participantes (1 professor e 16 alunos), mostrou a presença de quatro tipos de operacionalização da correção: autocorreção autoiniciada, autocorreção heteroiniciada, heterocorreção autoiniciada e heterocorreção heteroiniciada. O maior número de ocorrências foi o da autocorreção autoiniciada. Esse resultado sugere que: i) os participantes, nesse contexto, parecem se preocupar em preservar a auto-imagem, já que a correção não era essencial à compreensão do texto; ii) os escreventes conhecem as regras e, por isso, se monitoram; iii) a própria ferramenta chat contribui para a autocorreção autoiniciada; e iv) a preferência pela autocorreção autoiniciada parece evitar que o professor assuma o papel de corretor do curso de língua. Foram identificados, ainda, padrões de reformulação com e sem marcadores inscritos na materialidade do texto.

This work presents a surveyabout the short stories of Sagarana. first book by Guimarães Rosa, publishedin 1946, and that marked the Brazilian litterature definitely, since we are in front of a new construction of the language, linked to the establishment of a new Portuguese, trough the association between the cult speech and the speech from the sertão, always with a pretence sensitivity that rouses when joins archaisms, neologisms, regional expressions and literary language. Among the nine short stories that made up the work, we will select the following ones, to be analysed: "O Burrinho Pedrês", Traços Biográficos de Lalino Salãthiel ou A volta do marido pródigo , "São Marcos" and A hora e vez de Augusto Matraga". Among the hypothesis that organize and surround this work, we will approach the narrative aesthetics, the creative process and the orallity, i.e., how Rosa trans1ate the oral world, rescuing the archaizing speech in the written narrative construction.We will choose for the establishment of developed questions in this ressearch the theories of Paul Zumthor, Câmara Cascudo, Sílvio Romero, Antonio Candido and Alfredo Bosi, among others. Therefore, we will see, through the narrative reading, how the popular parlances are used, which they are linked. The citations that show the popular tradition presence will be pointed out, through anecdotes, folk songs, legends, myths, folktales and proverbs. Therefore, we, readers, will see the popular tradition presence, that will show itself, and the Rosa's thinking will be known through language art, what is the result of the writer's deliberate choice. We will see the popular experience turned to art

Os acidentes de trabalho e os valores humanos em operadores de uma fábrica de calçados

The study present analyzes the relation between work accident and human values. It was developed with the sample of 156 operators of a factory, through to an application of structured questionnaires. The data were submitted to quantitative analyses (for example, analyses of frequency distributions, Chi-Square, test t). It was verified that 27 employees that filled out the questionnaires suffered work accidents. The results evidence that there aren´t significant differences between the people s values that suffered work accidents and those that did not suffer. The employees presented a hierarchy of different values comparing with the others Brazilian studies. It was observed that the work accidents varies for organizational sectors. So, we get the conclusion, the occurrence of the work accidents is not associated to the values, but they are probably associated to work conditions

A fábrica de professores e a padronização do conhecimento

This paper concern the general subject of teacher career construction, since the period of the initial formation in the teaching course of pedagogy crossing the first effectives experiences of professional performance, until the reflections about the results of the continuous formation propositions. The specifics subject is the formative quotidian in the teacher s life beyond of the traditional stereotypes about individuals and institutions bring up for discussion a micro sociological approach about the professionals uncertainty and the personal hopes, the teacher displeasures and the pedagogical satisfactions. The epistemological reflection about the different formatives experiences, taking as example the Programa de Formação de Alfabetizadores PROFA (Alphabetizers Formation Program) developed by the Secretaria Municipal de Educação of Natal City, consider the ambiguous tension between the knowledge that the teachers acquire in their formation and the concrete teachers practical since those experiences. The study methodology is based in the qualitative comprehensive research, sustained by observations, impressive reflective accounts, and also in the theoretic analyses with contemporary references to the critical pedagogical through and education sociology. I used the autobiographic reflective account by the writer-researcher in her owner academic and professional way. I propose an image of a teacher s factory in such a way for its conformist aspects to the continuity stands as much the internal contradictions of the system. Gears, pieces and manual instructions are the educational components of this factory as ideological, institutional and technical structures to aim at to limit the critics and the changes. However the teachers thinking and acting with their owner creativity to adapted uncontexted professional knowledge s to their pedagogical lives. Under those analogies I propose the problem of this research the teacher s formation and theirs pedagogical practices- and also examine briefly its theoretic-philosophical and methodological basis. From the analysis and interpretation of my owner experiential life as teacher s educator I put the necessity of re-thinking the teacher s formation in terms to rebound more meaningfully in their pedagogical actuation. I believe an important part of the teacher s formation process is the personal wish to learn more about the office, explicitly connected to human convictions and values such as to a positive professional identity. Thus, the teacher able to reflect about your owner educator life can find the best way to help the students to think critically about their culture and history, valorizing creative exits by themselves to face the conformist social stands connected with school education

Identificação de marcas moleculares associadas à ausência de sementes em videira

A ausência de sementes tem sido uma característica bastante exigida pelos consumidores de uvas de mesa. O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar marcas moleculares associadas à ausência de sementes, utilizando as técnicas RAPD e fAFLP. Foram utilizadas folhas jovens de 19 cultivares. Na análise RAPD 30, iniciadores possibilitaram amplificação de todas as amostras, produzindo 392 bandas polimórficas. Foi possível encontrar uma marca específica para a ausência de sementes, utilizando o iniciador UBC 443, que poderá futuramente ser utilizado para o desenvolvimento de marcadores SCAR, possibilitando a criação de um teste de identificação rápida e precoce de apirenia em videira. A análise fAFLP proporcionou a visualização de um dendrograma com grupos específicos de cultivares com sementes, sem sementes e porta enxertos.

Efeito de dois programas de alimentação sobre o desempenho e o rendimento de carcaça de duas marcas comerciais de frangos de corte

Com o objetivo de avaliar dois programas de alimentação (3 e 4 fases) sobre o desempenho e rendimento de carcaça de duas marcas comerciais de frangos de corte (Hubbard e Arbos Acres), utilizaram-se 1600 pintos de 1 dia, sendo 800 de cada marca comercial. Foi usado delineamento inteiramente casualizado, em arranjo fatorial 2 x 2 x 2 (programas x marcas comerciais x sexos), com quatro repetições e 50 aves por unidade experimental. No período de 1 a 46 dias, não houve efeito dos programas de alimentação e das marcas comerciais de frangos de corte sobre o ganho de peso e consumo de ração. Para conversão alimentar, houve interação entre a marca Arbor Acres e o sexo, os machos tiveram resultados melhores que as fêmeas. Quanto ao rendimento de carcaça eviscerada (sem pés, cabeça e pescoço) e porcentagem de gordura abdominal, não houve diferença entre as marcas comerciais de frangos de corte e os programas utilizados. Nas condições em que foi realizado este experimento, é possível utilizar qualquer programa de alimentação.

A compostagem como processo catalisador para a reutilização dos resídues de fábrica de celulose e papel

Recognizing the great potential of this residue to increase the eucalyptus forests produtivity - when used in its humidified form - the main objective of this project was to decompose the solid residues generated at Luiz Antonio mill, in a fast and artificial way, by means of piles or ridges of composted materials. The materials used in this composting process were: activated sludge, dregs and grits, wood ash and biomass. Applications of both phosphorus and potassium have been used during the planting phase. Nitrogen, in the form of urea, has been applied in two treatments with the main purpose to decrease the C/N ratio and to speed up the decomposition process. The experiment was carried out in 120 days. The best results were obtained in residue piles with a 3:1 ratio, i.e., 75% residues + 25% biomass. This mixture provided an extremely good aeration, thus enabling an appropriate material mixing and homogenization. Under the technological viewpoint, the results obtained from the composting process were quite satisfactory for VCP industrial residues treatment. This composting process enabled a material accelerated stabilization (lower C/N ratio) and homogenization. After this experiment, it became possible to use all residues just as they were generated by Luiz Antônio pulp and paper mill. This project is of the utmost relevance to VCP's forestry department as far as a significant amount of nutrients is getting back to the soil in the form of mineral and organic materials.

Avaliação da atividade mutagênica do resíduo sólido de uma fábrica de confecções de meias e lingerie em ensaios com Salmonella typhimurium

Cancer is one of the most hazardous effects to human health caused by the exposition to chemical agents. The search for new technological solutions in the industrial field led to a rapid increase in the productive sector, causing the workers to be exposed to millions of potentially toxic agents, substances potentially harmful to health. This study presents the mutagenic activity of sweepings from a sock and lingerie factory in Araraquara-Brazil, assayed with Salmonella typhimurium. All the extracts from the factory had mutagenic on activity the YG1024 strain, which is extremely sensitive to detect the mutagenic activity of the arilhydroxilamines, nitroarenes and aromatic amines. The extracts were non-mutagenics for the strains TA100 and TA98. The analysis of the mutagenicity of industrial residues is highly important because employees that participate in the production are directly exposed to those agents, as well as to the environment where the garbage is deposited.

Identificação e priorização dos fatores críticos de sucesso na implantação de fábrica digital

A Digital Factory is a concept which improves the collaboration among product development processes. Despite the benefits brought by this concept, failures may occur in its implementation. This paper aims to present the Critical Success Factors in the implementation of a Digital Factory project in a Brazilian company. These factors were identified by an exploratory survey on the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning and Product Lifecycle Management among other systems. Following this identification, the factors were prioritized using the Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process; this evaluation was carried out by professionals from enterprises which implement Digital Factory projects, in Brazil and abroad. Nine factors were identified. The five main priorities were: Continuous Support and Commitment from Top Management; Comprehensive Business Reengineering; Skilled and Experienced Partners; Participation and Commitment of Users; and Appropriate Role of the Project Manager.
